Gostei muito do hotel, a localização é excelente, perto da estação de metrô e outros pontos turísticos. O hotel possui máquina de café e wifi gratuito, os funcionários educados e atenciosos. O quarto e cama são pequenos, possui ar condicionado, são bem limpos. Não possui frigobar mas foi prontamente disponibilizado quando solicitei. Me hospedaria novamente.

This hotel is okay, but it is on the older side of things. They only have one elevator that is a very small old elevator that has a regular door you need to open and close in order to use it. Sometimes you can be waiting a while for the elevator to arrive or for the elevator to be empty so you can get inside depending on how many people need to use it. Room key is a regular key that needs to be returned to front desk every time you leave the hotel as per management, the keys are very expensive to replace if it gets lost. It can also be a little noisy in the area at night so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Bathroom window in my room failed to lock but wasn't a big deal as we were on a high floor. Aside from that the hotel was decent with great staff and a little lounge area for guests.

Pro: é um bom hotel e a oportunidade mais barata em Midtown Manhattan que estava disponível no booking.com. Hotel é bom, pequeno e bonito. Todos os quartos são limpos e vale a pena pensar em alugar os quartos com banheiro compartilhado no mesmo andar. Aparentemente, existem apenas 2 quartos sem banheiro em cada andar. Então você tem que dividir o banheiro do andar com apenas 1 ou 2 pessoas. O banheiro compartilhado está sempre limpo e você tem 2 banheiros em cada andar. Durante a nossa estadia, sempre houve um banheiro disponível. Contras: de manhã, a equipe de limpeza fazia muito barulho porque, aparentemente, a equipe tinha que sair e entrar na sala a cada 10 segundos por mais de uma hora. A porta continuou batendo na fechadura com um estrondo. Toda vez. Existem muitas maneiras de evitar que a porta trave completamente. Por favor, use-os. A máquina de café estava quebrada. Nunca foi corrigido. Acima de tudo, teríamos ficado extremamente satisfeitos se pudéssemos ter dormido sem ser acordados pela equipe de limpeza. Talvez, eles usem algumas maneiras de parar as portas batendo. Seria fantástico

We stayed in a room with a shared bathroom on the floor. So here is the entire review.
Pro: It is a good hotel and the cheapest opportunity in Midtown Manhattan which was available on booking.com. Hotel is nice, small and cute. All rooms are clean and it is worth thinking about taking the rooms with shared bathroom on floor. Apparently, there are only 2 rooms without bathroom on each floor. So you have to share the floor bathroom with only 1 or 2 parties. The shared bathroom is always clean and you have 2 bathrooms on each floor. During our stay, there was always a bathroom available.
Cons: In the morning, cleaning staff was extremely loud because, apparently, staff had to leave and enter the room in every 10 seconds for over an hour. The door kept slamming back into the lock with a loud bang. Every time. There are so many ways to prevent that the door latches completely. Please use them.
Coffeemachine was broken. Never got fixed.
Over all, we would have been extremely satisfied if we could have slept in without being woken up by the cleaning staff. Maybe, they use some ways to stop the banging doors. Would be awesome

por um preço tão barato, é um ótimo negócio. os funcionários são muito legais, o design do quarto é elegante, há café e chá de cortesia pela manhã e uma máquina de venda automática com gelo. dei uma estrela a menos porque as paredes são um pouco finas e você meio que pode ouvir as pessoas falando, mas não incomodou muito a minha estadia. também o elevador exige que você abra a porta manualmente, de modo que foi divertido e novo para mim. no geral, isso foi ótimo e você deve definitivamente ir aqui se você ficar por um curto período de tempo.

Small independent hotel with funky decor, and very clean rooms. Rooms are tiny but well designed so it works. Staff is friendly and they don't do the predatory resort fees that a lot of other Midtown hotels do. Overall good experience, would recommend.

for such a cheap price, it’s a great deal. the staffs are really nice, the room design is stylish, there is free coffee and tea in the morning and a vending machine and ice. i gave one less star because the walls are a little thin and u can kind of hear people talking but it didn’t bother my stay that much. also the elevator requires u to manually open the door so that was fun and new to me. overall, this was great and you should definitely go here if you are staying for a short while.

The staff are very helpful, and will check your bags before your check-in time. The bathrooms are clean and modern, especially the showers. The decor is very pleasing and up to date.
Interestingly, the elevator has a bit of quirky operation that I would suggest you ask the staff to show you so you don't end up riding up and back down by mistake!
Lastly, the AC unit in our room was quite noisy and kept rattling and rattling away through the night. Such is life! Overall I had a very pleasant stay and this was a very convenient hotel to stay at! I would certainly visit again if I needed a bed in the area, mostly for the staff and the decor!

We took a chance that the information on line was accurate. It was perfect, just as advertised. Very cute, clean, and conveniently located within walking distance to many sites. They did not have a restaurant, but there were excellent restaurants near by. The back patio was very clean and nicely decorated. We drove into the city and parking was very conveniently located. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Customer service was unbelievable. There was even a problem with the public restroom which was resolved immediately. They stored our bags on the last day which enabled us another day of sightseeing after checkout. We loved it!! This is without a doubt my go to lodging when I go back to NY.

Escoger el hotel en Nueva York es difícil, el Seton ofrece un buen servicio a un precio muy económico. La recepción está muy bien, incluso te atienden en Español, han sito todo facilidades, las habitaciones son amplias, cuentan con lavado, el baño es externo pero siempre nos lo encontramos limpísimo. Por las mañanas te ofrecen te y café gratis. La ubicación es muy interesante, mere e la pena.

El hotel es súper cómodo, las habitaciones bien equipadas, un buen servicio de limpieza. No ofrece desayuno pero si un servicio de café por las mañanas. El personal de la recepción fue, toda nuestra estadía, más que amable.
