O serviço de quarto simplesmente arrumou a cama e foi embora. Não havia toalhas limpas, sem artigos de toalete, sem café, etc. eu tive que ligar para a recepção para solicitar essas coisas e, em seguida, recebi-as por volta das 23h.3. Existem muitos serviços anunciados, mas o hotel na verdade não tem. O maior é o pool não estar aberto, embora a página on-line indique que existe um. Depois de tentar ir à área da piscina, fomos informados de que a piscina estava fechada desde dezembro de 2021.Sinceramente, nunca mais vou ficar no local dele. Estou ficando aqui apenas por causa de um problema de reforma do meu apartamento, e seria mais um inconveniente sair. Reservei este quarto por 4 dias e 3 noites pensando que é Sheraton, nunca tenho problemas com eles ... errado. Pior estadia de todos os tempos! 1ª noite fiz o check-in e fui para o quarto, estava cerca de 87 graus no quarto e condensação nas janelas e espelhos. Liguei o ar condicionado e fui para a cama esperando que ele “ligasse” errado novamente. Demorou quase 24 horas e 3 visitas de manutenção que me disseram que funcionava porque estava soprando ar, embora o ar estivesse QUENTE para eles finalmente perceberem que o ar condicionado simplesmente não funcionava e mudar meu quarto. Ok novo problema do quarto resolvido errado novamente. Enquanto estou desfazendo as malas às 23h no novo quarto legal, entro no banheiro para descobrir apenas a banheira cheia de água cinza turva. Nesse ponto, desço as escadas para falar com um supervisor e, claro, não há disponibilidade, mas eles podem trocar de quarto novamente. Então eu concordo e eles enviam o mesmo homem de manutenção comigo para garantir que a nova sala não tenha problemas. Enquanto vamos para o quarto com a banheira cheia eu aponto porque eu não queria ficar naquele quarto e que é nojento e eu estou realmente com nojo e a resposta dele foi “oh, isso não é problema eu vou consertar isso direito agora e passa a retirar a rolha da banheira e deixa a água escorrer e diz “tudo consertado”. Perguntei se alguém ia limpar ou higienizar e ele disse que não, é só água, que estava imundo! Com todas as doenças e protocolos não me senti nada confortável, então fui à loja e comprei mais de $20 em produtos de limpeza para limpar o quarto antes de dormir! Não me foi oferecido um reembolso. Não me ofereceram desconto. Foi-me dado um voucher de café-da-manhã e enviado no meu caminho, que devo dizer que o Nancy no local do café da manhã era bom, além de que 0/10 recomendo!

I have had many issues with my stay since I’ve been here and no one has been able to help me.
1. I was told by Miguel from your customer support that a pet fee was $40 per reservation. I then check in and discover that it is $40.00 per night. I am fine with paying this, but this leads me to my next complaint.
2. I have had to ask, not once, but twice for my room to be cleaned. On September 1st, my room was not cleaned even though I paid $40.00 for “deep clean.” Then on September 4th, I had to ask to have my room cleaned again. The room service simply made the bed and left. There were no clean towels, no toiletries, no coffee, etc. i had to call the front desk to request those things, and then got them around 11pm.
3. There are many services that are advertised but the hotel actually doesn’t have. The biggest is the pool not being open, even though the online page states that there is one. After attempting to go to the pool area, we were told the pool has been closed since December of 2021.
I honestly will never stay at his location ever again. I am only staying here because of an issue of my apartment being renovated, and it would be more of an inconvenience to leave. This could be a nice hotel, but clearly it is not.
I have reached out about these issues now four separate times and keep going in circles. I expect that someone will be contacting me.

Booked this room for 4 days 3 nights thinking it’s Sheraton I never have issues with them…wrong. Worst stay ever! 1st night I checked in and went to the room it was about 87 degrees in the room and condensation on the windows and mirrors. I turned the ac on and went to bed hoping it’ll “kick on” wrong again. It took almost 24 hours and 3 room visits from maintenance who told me it worked because it was blowing air even though the air it was blowing was HOT for them to finally realize the ac just didn’t work and change my room. Ok new room problem solved wrong again. As I’m unpacking at 11pm in the new cool room I go into the bathroom to only discover the bathtub filled with cloudy gray water. At this point I just go down stairs to speak to a supervisor and of course there’s non available but they can switch my room again. So I agree and they send the same maintenance man with me to make sure the new room doesn’t have issues. As we go to the room with the filled bathtub I point out why I didn’t want to stay in that room and that it’s disgusting and I’m actually grossed out and his response was “oh that’s no problem I’ll fix that right now and proceeds to remove the stopper from the bathtub and allows the water to drain and says “all fixed”. I asked him if anyone was going to clean or sanitize it and he says no it’s just water, which was filthy! With all the diseases and protocols I did not feel comfortable whatsoever so I went to the store and bought over $20 worth of cleaning products to clean the room myself before I went to sleep! I was not offered a refund. I was not offered a discount. I was given a breakfast voucher and sent on my way which I must say the Nancy at the breakfast location was nice besides that 0/10 recommend!

We stayed here this past weekend and the hotel is subpar at most, unfortunately.The pros: there's a proper Starbucks within the lobby. The staff is incredibly kind and solid workers, even though you can tell they're experiencing short staffing like the rest of the world. The bed was comfortable enough.Cons: the rooms are pretty dirty. The carpet in our room had random stains all over the place, there were stains on the walls of the bathroom and room (gross). The mini-fridge doesn't really work so my medicine I brought with me, we had to keep buying ice packs. The coffee maker in the room didn't work. The AC started to make these really weird sounds, almost like something was stuck within it and shaking. The sheets also had stains on them, and our sink in the bathroom kept leaking water all over the counter so we kept our items outside of the bathroom. We were also put into an adjoining room we didn't ask for, and we could hear *everything* in the other room. At check out, we were charged for dining charges but we never ate at the restaurant downstairs (over $100 worth). Thankfully the staff was easy to work with and removed those charges. However, please watch your bills because I've seen people throw random room numbers around for free food if the staff doesn't verify by ID. There's also no microwave in the room. Only a communal one within the laundry area, which...I don't want people's gross laundry near my food haha.All of this to say: if you need to stay here for a night, you'll be okay. But anything beyond that, it's definitely not worth the price.

Un par de aspectos destacados que, sinceramente, creo que deberían mencionarse en el sitio web que hacen de este un buen lugar para quedarse: - ¡Starbucks en el vestíbulo! No como uno de Barnes & Noble, uno realmente honesto con Dios que toma la aplicación Starbucks y tiene comida. ¡Gran ventaja! - Sobrealimentador Tesla en el estacionamiento. Great room, clean, plenty of parking. Tesla chargers available (don’t have one but good to know) supermarket next door and plenty of shops nearby. Great place to stay with reasonable rates for a small escape from the city. Will definitely come stay here again.

Like others have said, this is a perfectly reasonable Sheraton at a good price. A couple highlights that I honestly think should be mentioned right on the website that make this a good place to stay:
- Starbucks in the lobby! Not like a Barnes & Noble one, a real honest to god one that takes the Starbucks app and has food. Big plus!
- Tesla supercharger in the parking lot. Tons of stations for charging, but limited to 150kW. Still, charged my rental Model 3 up fast!
- Shares a parking lot with a Stop & Shop. Easy to get groceries or snacks for your stay.
- As of May 2022, they’re still doing daily room cleaning and towel swaps. Hard to find in the pandemic!

For my first impression, I had a terrible experience. Do Not I repeat Do Not check in on the weekends at night. You’ll get terrible customer service. I went there and booked corner suite and wasn’t greeted and the lady was more focused on cleaning her computer than checking me in even when I told her my family was in the car. We were very tired from a long trip and wanted to check in and nothing. Marriot or spring hill is better. Not worth the money, I’m telling you.

Excelente equipe e recente reforma de 2019. O café da manhã poderia ser melhor (estação de omelete ou waffle) em vez de todo o buffet, mas eles estão fazendo um ótimo trabalho pós Covid. Os quartos são melhores do que a maioria do pátio/Spring Hill e arrumação diária foi ótimo.Quincy na recepção é um dos melhores que encontrei no ano passado. Ele vai além e é claramente uma prática comum para ele. Parabéns.

Great staff and recent 2019 renovation. Breakfast could be better (omelet station or waffle) instead of all buffet but they’re doing a great job post Covid. Rooms are better than most courtyard/Spring Hill and daily housekeeping was great.
Quincy at the front desk is one of the best I’ve encountered over the past year. He goes above and beyond and it’s clearly common practice for him. Kudos.
