What a wonderful place! My family (a group of 7) stayed for three weeks, and had an amazing time. Great location just outside of Chania, walking distance to a beautiful local beach and fantastic restaurants. The house was so clean (truly spotless) with comfortable living and sleeping spaces. We found the host to be incredibly helpful, respectful, responsive, and knowledgeable as he played the role of concierge for us during our stay. He provided us with multiple recommendations on attractions and meals that we fantastic. Highly recommend staying at S&K Villa if you have the chance! We will for sure be back.

Fantastic experience, from the moment we booked & having to postpone due to COVID we had the most amazing experience.
As a host, Stavros was fantastic - meeting us personally upon arrival, showing us the Villa & providing a well stocked fridge with provisions. He also provided comprehensive list of recommendations for places to see, and restaurants - we tried all of his recommendations and they were top notch.
The Villa’s location is also great with it being 150m from the beach and bus stop.

Fantastic Villa in a lovely location in the heart of Kalamaki a 2 minute walk from a great beach with some good snorkelling. We were family with teenagers but this would also be perfect for families with young children as Kalamaki beach is extremely safe and well life-guarded. Nearby our favourite restaurant was Nesaki which we just kept going back to you as the food and cocktails were so good (make sure to book in advance and can get very busy so patience is needed for service sometimes!). For breakfast we loved Kalamaki Mare - just past Nesaki restaurant which is also a little hotel run by a lovely couple- great smoothies, pancakes, granola etc. Chania is an amazing town so beautiful with cobbled medieval streets with huge choice of restaurants and shops ( Ginger Concept was delicious restaurant and the staff went out of their way to help us plan a surprise for a friend's daughters' 18th birthday)
Crete is so beautiful the water so clear and the beaches in such abundance (Fallasarna well worth a visit) but we only covered a small patch of it in a week.
Stavros is a great host and his villas are exceptional- nothing was overlooked , so clean and a drinks fridge full of water, beer and wine for us with a welcome basket- such a great gesture especially if you are arriving late. He is extremely welcoming good fun and offers to arrange any trips that you would like - would definitely recommend S and K villas!

This place is just fantastic! From the moment we made the booking everything was just hassle free. Stavros made sure we always had what we needed and arranged everything from airport transfer to welcoming us with a well stocked fridge and pantry (even with specific dietary needs like us). The house is well kept and better than the photos. It's clean and practical and holds everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Loads of restaurants nearby, and the local beach is clean and beautiful. Highly recommended! We will return.
