Ao longo dos poucos anos, eu ou minha família ficamos neste estabelecimento e sempre foi uma ótima estadia. Era um local tranquilo até que o One Loudoun fosse construído como é agora... e não é surpresa que a propriedade esteja ainda mais movimentada.Primeiro meus agradecimentos ao GM Jacob Alibrandi que me encaixou com uma boa atualização. Ele administra uma propriedade muito legal (1 pequeno soluço com o serviço de limpeza explicado mais tarde).O café da manhã é o destaque da propriedade especialmente por causa de Rohina Salman que consegue cumprimentar todos os seus convidados, manter o buffet fresco e completo e permite que todos que vi saiam muito felizes. Dadas as notícias de vários cortes no Marriott, este estabelecimento oferece um buffet muito bom e ouvi o mesmo de vários convidados.Os quartos são espaçosos e bem distribuídos com uma secretária. A smart TV é bacana e um diferencial para o Marriott.Academia pequena, mas eficiente. Parece que alguém foi embora com alguns pesos (10 libras) e você precisa lembrar a equipe para garantir que toalhetes limpos estejam disponíveis, especialmente neste ambiente de pandemia.Muito estacionamento do lado de fora e fácil acesso ao One Loudoun e praticamente em qualquer lugar com a Rota 7 e a Rota 28.Uma sugestão sobre arrumação. É todos os dias, mas você tem que notificar a recepção. Eu fiz e senti falta, embora eu também tenha falado pessoalmente com as 2 senhoras da manhã.Mohammed, o funcionário do turno da noite, era o rei para me fornecer toalhas limpas e um refresco. Over the few years I or my extended family have stayed at this property and its always been a great stay. It was a quiet location until One Loudoun was built out as it is now…and no surprise the property is even more busier.
First my thanks to GM Jacob Alibrandi who fit me in with a nice upgrade. He runs a really nice property (1 minor hiccup with Housekeeping explained later).
Breakfast is the highlight of the property especially because of Rohina Salman who manages to greet all of her guests, keep the buffet fresh and full and allows everyone I saw to leave very happy. Given news of various Marriott cutbacks, this property delivers a really good buffet and I heard the same from several guests.
The rooms are spacious and well laid out with a desk. The smart TV is nice and a differentiator for Marriott.
Small but efficient gym. Looks like someone walked away with some weights (10 pounds) and you have to remind staff to ensure clean wipes are available especially in this pandemic environment.
Lots of parking outside and easy access to One Loudoun and just about anywhere with Route 7 and Route 28.
One suggestion on Housekeeping. Its every other day but you have to notify the front desk. I did and was missed even though I also personally spoke to the 2 ladies in the morning.
Mohammed the night shift person was king to provide me clean towels and a refreshment. The next day it was cleaned.
A really nice stay. I provided gratuities to Housekeeping and Ms. Salman just to show my appreciation. I hope other guests do the same.

Adorei o design de interiores do quarto. A cama era confortável e era muito silenciosa em geral. O estacionamento é gratuito e o wi-fi não era ruim. Teve café-da-manhã de cortesia de manhã e uma pequena loja para lanches e necessidades na recepção. Do outro lado da rua é um Taco Bell e Chick-fil-A. CVS e um monte de lojas estão a menos de cinco minutos de carro. Definitivamente recomendo

Loved the interior design of the room. Bed was comfortable and it’s was really quiet in general. Parking is free and the wi-fi wasn’t bad. Had free breakfast in the morning and a small shop for snacks and necessities by the front desk. Across the street is a Taco Bell andChick-fil-A. CVS and a bunch of stores are less than a five minute drive away. Definitely recommend

Minha família (4 crianças) e I hospedado aqui para 3 noites. A localização era em frente a um Chick fil-A e era de baixo tráfego e me senti muito seguro. Os quartos eram limpos e bem conservados. O nosso quarto tinha um sofá-cama que foi ótimo para as crianças. Eu gostei que os quartos eram limpos e muito espaçosos.O lobby e a equipe que cuidou da recepção foram gentis e rápidos com tudo o que pedimos. O lobby também era muito limpo e bem cuidado.Fomos para a piscina durante a nossa estadia e, embora seja bastante pequeno, as crianças ainda adoraram.A melhor parte foi o café da manhã. Todas as manhãs, fomos recebidos com um sorriso por Rohina. Ela garantiu que minha família e eu tivéssemos tudo o que precisávamos para o café da manhã. Café-da-manhã mudou a cada dia e cada dia nós realmente apreciamos o que eles ofereceram. Quiche, sanduíche de ovo, bagels, frutas, etc.Com certeza, ficaria aqui novamente se eu visitasse DC. Dirigimos 30 minutos de DC até este hotel porque viemos durante o Festival da Cereja, mas eu faria o passeio novamente porque gostei muito da área e da manutenção deste hotel!

Quarto tinha 1 1/2 banhos. O gerente da noite durante a semana foi muito útil para nossos pedidos. Quartos modernos e em boa forma. Check-out antes do café da manhã. Sem queixas.

Se hospedaram no local e em um período de três meses. Ótima localização com muitas boas opções de comida ao redor. A equipe da recepção é incrível e ótima para conversar tarde da noite. O serviço de café da manhã melhorou durante a minha estadia também. Estará de volta novamente.

Estávamos na cidade para um casamento no DC Prime. Tivemos vários quartos no estabelecimento. Meu primo estava perguntando sobre o status do nosso pedido de check-in antecipado. A sócia Layla acusou meu primo de estar bêbado, o que ele não estava. Isso nos deixou muito perturbados. Quando Lynn entrou para nos registrar, Layla tentou se desculpar por suas ações para nós, as esposas. Ela nunca se desculpou com a pessoa a quem ofendeu com sua suposição. Tentei não sentir que era racialmente motivado, mas foi assim que me senti. Sou membro do Marriott há anos e já me hospedei em vários locais diferentes nos EUA. Eu nunca vou ficar neste local novamente. Ela era uma má representante naquele dia para a marca.

Quartos muito espaçosos, banho e toalete sperate não é muito comum e adorei. Chuveiros e jatos verticais foram muito relaxantes e não vi muito por aí. Howver topo isso, fiquei muito impressionado com a hospitalidade de Rohina e Salman. Me fez sentir em casa, e cuidou de pequenas coisas que importam muito quando você está longe de casa. Obrigado pessoal!

We were in town for a wedding at DC Prime. We had several rooms at the establishment. My cousin was inquiring about the status of our early check in request. The associate Layla proceeded to accuse my cousin of being drunk, which he wasn't. It left us so perturbed. When Lynn stepped in to check us in, Layla then tried to apologize for her actions to us, the wives. She never apologized to the person whom she offended with her assumption. I tried not to feel like it was racially motivated, but that's how it felt. I've been a Marriott member for years and I've stayed at several different locations throughout the US. I will never stay at this location again. She was a bad representative on that day for the brand.

Very spacious rooms, sperate bath and toiliet is not very common and loved it. Rain showers and verticals jet were very relaxing and have not seen around a lot. Howver to top this, i was highly impressed by hospitality from Rohina and Salman. Made me feel at home, and took care of small things that matter a lot when you are away from home. Thank you guys!

My family (4 young kids) and I stayed here for 3 nights. The location was across from a Chick fil-A and was low traffic and felt very safe. The rooms were clean and well kept. Our room had a pullout couch which was great for the kids. I liked that the rooms were clean and very spacious.
The lobby and staff that took care of the front desk were kind and prompt with anything we asked for. The lobby was also very clean and well tended.
We went to the pool during our stay and though it is fairly small, the kids still loved it.
The best part though was the breakfast in the morning. Each morning we were greeted with a smile by Rohina. She made sure my family and I had everything we needed for breakfast. Breakfast changed each day and each day we really enjoyed what they offered. Quiche, egg sandwich, bagels, fruit, etc.
I would definitely stay here again if I visited DC. We drove 30 minutes from DC to this hotel because we came during the Cherry Festival, but I'd do the drive again because I liked the area and the upkeep of this hotel so much!

Have stayed at this location on and off over a three month period. Great location with lots of good food choices around. The front desk staff is amazing and great to chat with late at night. The breakfast service has gotten better during my stay as well. Will be back again.

La van del hotel te puede movilizar de ida y vuelta a requerimientoen un radio de 5 nm sin costo. Excelente ubicación a 3 minutos de la universidad George Washington. Desayuno típico americano, con pocas cosas naturales, no tiene servicio de restaurante, pero hay un pequeño centro comercial a unos 300 mts (tener en cuenta la temperatura) y un buen servicio de delivery de dominos pizza, bastante variado, q se pide x Internet, café y chocolate de cortesía 24h. Habitación un poco oscura y no tan amplia como parece en la foto, gimnasio y piscina pequeños pero funcionales. Computadoras d uso público disponibles. Amplio estacionamiento de cortesía.
