Room was incredibly clean! I brought my own cleaning supplies because it's Covid time and not a single surface, light switch, door handle, remote, phone, or space in the room came up dirty! This was the first time that ever happened!
Room was spacious, modern, and the hotel was quiety. Staff was friendly.

I travel all most 300 days out of the year. So feeling at home is important to me. I have stayed in alot of hotels and this by far is the best one I have ever stayed at. I normally stay at other brand name hotel and it all feels the same, But this Springhill makes you feel like your at home. The rooms, lobby, gym and dinning area was very clean. The staff is wonderful and met any needs I had. But the real super star is the man that checked us in at front desk. His name is Johnny. I have never had that kind of service in my life. As soon as we walked in he welcomed us and it felt like he knew what we needed before we did. This Man is a true professional. When we got to room we was missing a few. Call down to Johnny and he said he would take care of it, and within minutes he was at our door and had everything we needed. I can't wait to stay there. I also put this review on other sites

We arrived the afternoon before hurricane Zeta hit. The staff was amazing, they helped us feel very safe. Even after losing power for several hours overnight, they provided a hot breakfast and updates on local conditions to their guests. We're very impressed !

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and I didnt want to get out of bed. The hotel have breakfast down in the lobby but you need to have a mask or face covering and wear gloves. When I come to Gulfport again will definitely come back here.

En general, bueno y completamente nuevo, pero realmente carecía de limpieza y el personal en el check-in fue bastante lento y grosero.El inodoro tenía un pelo, el papel higiénico no estaba doblado, el piso del baño tenía 3 puntos pegajosos y el lavabo también tenía suciedad endurecida. Había algo que parecía comida para perros en la alfombra (ver foto). En general, simplemente no te hizo sentir cómodo y espero que al menos todas las sábanas hayan sido cambiadas.Aparte de eso, las habitaciones eran grandes, modernas, con excelentes opciones para sentarse y el desayuno era genial. Especialmente la señora que reabasteció el buffet fue muy amable y amigable.

No geral, bom e novo, mas realmente faltava na limpeza e a equipe no check-in foi bastante lenta e rude.O vaso sanitário tinha um fio de cabelo, o papel higiênico não era dobrado, o piso do banheiro tinha três pontos pegajosos e a pia também tinha um pouco de sujeira endurecida. Havia algo que parecia comida de cachorro no tapete (veja a figura). No geral, isso simplesmente não fez você se sentir confortável e espero que pelo menos todas as roupas tenham sido trocadas.Além disso, os quartos eram grandes, modernos, com ótimas opções de assentos eo café da manhã foi ótimo. Especialmente a senhora que reabasteceu o buffet foi muito gentil e amigável.

Overall good and brand new but really lacked on cleanliness and the staff at check-in was quite slow and rude.The toilet had a hair on it, toilet paper wasn't folded, bathroom floor had 3 sticky spots and sink also had some hardened dirt. There was something that looked like dog food on the carpet (see picture). Overall it just didn't make you feel comfortable and I hope that at least all the linen were changed.Other than that the rooms were big, modern with great seating options and the breakfast was great. Especially the lady who restocked the buffet was very kind and friendly.
