Your vehicles are not safe and the front desk staff is unprofessional. The front desk staff is too busy playing games on their phone to address customers standing in front of them. Plus if you report a suspicious person dragging a trash bag around and looking into cars on the property, you will be accused of being racist. I do not recommend this hotel. Great location as we go to Houston for medical reasons and the hotel is just minutes away. The rooms are clean, service is great. Everything is nice and clean. Excelente localização, pois vamos para Houston por razões médicas e o hotel fica a poucos minutos. Os quartos são limpos, o serviço é ótimo. Tudo é bonito e limpo.

Hotel "suite" had no table or chairs to eat at. The extra bed/couch was incredibly uncomfortable. The front desk staff and breakfast were outstanding. I wish the room was better. This hotel had the MOST FRIENDLY staff we have had at a hotel.It literally surprised us on how friendly they were.Every single person from the front reception staff to the breakfast staff and the cleaning staff it was amazing.The only issue with the room is the bathroom which is very small in the placement of the door in relation to the toilet and shower.The toilet is situated very close to the door making it necessary to walk in, shut the door then use the toilet.The door covers more than half the shower when open so you have to shut the door to use the shower.Very low water pressure as well.Otherwise it was great.Good value for the money, close to downtown, museums, NRG, etc.Parking is regulated which gives a sense of security. Este hotel tinha a equipe mais amigável que tivemos em um hotel. Literalmente nos surpreendeu em como eles eram amigáveis. Cada pessoa, desde a equipe da recepção até a equipe de café da manhã e a equipe de limpeza, foi incrível.O único problema com o quarto é o banheiro que é muito pequeno na colocação da porta em relação ao vaso sanitário e chuveiro. O banheiro está situado muito perto da porta, tornando necessário entrar, fechar a porta e usar o banheiro. A porta cobre mais da metade do chuveiro quando aberta, então você tem que fechar a porta para usar o chuveiro. Pressão de água muito baixa também. Caso contrário, foi ótimo.Boa relação qualidade/preço, perto do centro da cidade, museus, NRG, etc. O estacionamento é regulado o que dá uma sensação de segurança.

Staff was friendly, parking situation made me feel like my vehicle was secure. Large room that unfortunately can never make up for how tiny the bathroom is. More attention to detail should have been paid during renovations and for daily cleaning. A equipe foi amigável, a situação do estacionamento me fez sentir como se meu veículo estivesse seguro. I’m so impressed with the hospitality of each member of the staff. The food was exceptional and they offered a wide variety. Hoyel comodomuy cerca del Estadio Reliant en Houston. En la zona conocida como de hospitales ya que también está cerca de toda la zona médica. Esta cómodo. El servicio regular. El día de ayer no limpiaron la suite. Es muy incómodo. Y al avisar a la recepción por ma tarde ya no tienen servicio de housekeeping. La suite es grande y tiene refri micro, 2 camas Queen y sofá cama muy grande. Pueden quedarse 4 personas muy comodamente
