Lindo hotel resort 5 estrelas próximo às encostas de Aspen. Lindo para visitar em qualquer época do ano! O serviço aqui é fantástico, deixando pouco a desejar. Meu quarto deluxe com cama king-size foi lindamente decorado e tinha muito espaço para minha curta estadia. O serviço de quarto foi rápido e dentro dos prazos de entrega declarados, embora meu filé mignon estivesse um pouco cozido demais e o macarrão com queijo não tivesse sabor. Meu café da manhã com panquecas de frutas vermelhas e um pouco de bacon estava maravilhoso. O serviço foi de alto nível - ansioso para uma estadia mais longa durante a temporada de esqui!
Hermoso complejo hotelero de 5 estrellas cerca de las pistas de Aspen. ¡Magnífico para visitar en cualquier época del año! El servicio aquí es fantástico, dejando poco que desear. Mi habitación de lujo King estaba hermosamente decorada y tenía mucho espacio para mi corta estadía. El servicio de habitaciones fue rápido y dentro de los tiempos de entrega indicados, aunque mi lomo de ternera estaba un poco recocido y el macarrones con queso no tenía sabor. The St. Regis in Aspen, Colorado lives up to hype being of the finest hotels in the world. It delivers legendary service, without being pretentious. The entire hotel 🏨 vibe is very casual and relaxed, but the staff is very focused and on-point. They make you feel at home. There is an amazing pool area, and the spa is ranked in the top 5 overall in North America. We felt extremely safe in the COVID world that we live in.🌳 ⛰ 🏔 🎿 ⛷
Truly 5-star resort. Plenty of staff and options. Great guidance for what to see and do in Aspen, whether e-bikes, gondola rides, shopping or hitting Escobars. Loved the pool and outdoor terraces. Staff know how to care and cater to any guest from anywhere. Found the suites spectacular and the amenities worth the price of admission. Not a cheap place to stay, but treat yourself at least once. Worth every dollar.
Beautiful, 5 star resort hotel right near the slopes of Aspen. Gorgeous to visit anytime of year! Service here is fantastic, leaving little to be desired. My deluxe King room was beautifully appointed and had plenty of space for my short stay. Room service was quick and within their stated delivery times, though my beef tenderloin was slightly overcooked and the mac and cheese had no flavor. My breakfast of berry pancakes and some bacon was wonderful. Service was top notch all around - looking forward to a longer stay during ski season!

Review for the spa - absolutely outstanding! It's always very quiet and peaceful, the staff is so helpful if you need anything, and WOW the polar plunge pool is incredible. Waterfalls and hot tub is also flawless. They provide delicious snacks and oxygen in the treatment waiting area as well. I cannot wait to go back here! Request Mical for a massage he is the best there is.
Great hotel in every aspect! The welcoming staff is very friendly and attentive,concierge guys are so amazing,flexible and willing to give you a ride,the rooms are perfectly designed and impeccably maintained every day through the turn down and regular service. BMW X7 complimentary is definitely a big plus! Made me chose the St Regis over some other hotels. What amazed me the most was the attention for the smallest of details by the hotel staff. Above and beyond! All in all everything is what would you expect from the St Regis,profesional and sophisticated. I will definitely come back for the winter!

Fantastic hotel. Service is excellent. Beds were super comfortable. Grounds around the pool and courtyard are beautiful. However, what kind of hotel charges over $400 a night and has no parking on site? $60 for valet or park 15 minute walk away? I don't mind tipping a valet but $60?? We drove around for 20 minutes to find a spot in the garage which was under construction and most entrances were closed. Then we had to take the shuttle back to the hotel. Also the concierge is lacking in local knowledge. It seems like they are just reading off a list. They send us to a pizza joint for our wedding anniversary claiming it was an Italian restaurant. When we walked in the door, we immediately canceled the reservation they made for us and walked across the street to Steakhouse 316 and waited for a bar seat there.

Loved it, the property was clean and accommodating and there isn’t much better in Aspen. Sam and Rob with valet were fantastic, and Tomas at the bar was also great. The front desk agents were so nice and helpful. My one chief complaint that truly ruined my day was Theresa with room service. She was horrible! She was passive aggressive and rude about a food allergy I have, and when I had to order a different item, she came back with it and did not say a word to me. I was baffled as i greeted her with a smile and many thanks. When I spoke to the front desk agent about it, she said Theresa can act like this sometimes, and it just happens. It should never happen at a 5 star hotel and she should not have a job. It truly rattled me and ruined my day. I hope something is done about it.

Su disposición a cooperar con nuestras necesidades y tomar medidas hace que este lugar sea de primera categoría. También es un gran edificio y una ubicación aún mejor.

The best post-pandemic luxury hotel experience we've had so far. Attentive staff and despite a couple errors, things were handled professionally once mistakes were brought to attention. Their willingness to cooperate with our needs and take action makes this place top notch. It's also a great building and even better location.
Food was fantastic and quick (we got poolside lunch + room service for breakfast + celebratory chocolate strawberries/champagne), service was 10/10, and the property was beautiful. Highly recommend spending time in one of the three hot tubs, scheduling a spa treatment, drinks before a dinner reservation.

Dulled diamond. After a four-night couples stay, our one word to describe St. Regis Aspen is “inconsistent,” which is an odd word for the storied luxury brand now in the Marriott family (my wife and I are long-time Marriott loyalists). There is much good here and some baffling concerns—I’ll cover both. This gorgeous property sits in a fantastic location for enjoying Aspen with easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the gondola. The staff is generally friendly, but not all were the “A-Team.” Valet was perhaps the most troubled service—staffed with nice enough folks but inconsistent in performance especially for $50/night (the worst valet I’ve seen in any hotel): absent upon arrival, forgot a pickup request, hard to communicate with, phone to voice mail. I urge management to take a close look at Valet! Front Desk was excellent on each interaction. Concierge was consistently staffed and knowledgeable but seemed less than eager to actually help plan local experiences. The king room was beautiful and well-furnished but a bit cramped even for two people (unusual long couch taking up the whole window wall is a bad fit). The bed was very comfortable with quality linens and pillows. The double sinks were nice but lacked space. The room lacked engineering maintenance: short in night stand outlet set, inop refrigerator, HVAC problems, weird light switch behavior. The view of the mountain and courtyard were nice, but the windows were very dirty. Noise was a huge problem—we didn’t get a single night’s peaceful sleep due to plenty of late-night-to-AM hall noise and one night where the hotel allowed a loud wedding party to yell and scream in the main courtyard outside our window until midnight. The spa is run by an excellent, friendly staff, is well appointed, and offers great services—the spa is a real gem. The Velvet Buck restaurant staff is friendly but some servers are not professional-level and the food was inconsistent and overpriced. The drinks at the bar were excellent, especially the Bloody Mary set. This resort hotel is expensive; due to the inconsistent service and availability of great resort hotels in Aspen, St. Regis is not a good value. Management needs to polish this property—this should be a shiny diamond of Aspen. At its current state, I can’t recommend St. Regis Aspen.

Super nice hotel, didn't get the chance to stay in the rooms to see how they were but attended a marketing event here and there staff was above and beyond, I have never had better service than what I have received here. I really enjoyed having the event hosted here for 3 days. If in town I will be planning to stay here just dude to the service I received.
We were looking forward to staying here for our first wedding anniversary later this month and I called the hotel to understand what upgrades might be available due to the occasion. The room prices seem to be peak season even during the pandemic but we felt the celebration warranted the cost. When I called reservations today to ask, the woman with reservations was unaccommodating and frankly pretty rude. When you're spending over $600 a night you would expect a little better service. We stayed here to celebrate our engagement and thought they were great but honestly will most likely take our business elsewhere this time around.
