Absolutamente amo esta cadeia de hotéis. A primeira visita foi a SW Houston totalmente amamos, em seguida, e destinada a desfrutar deste. De relance, as coisas parecem novas, mas há atualizações que talvez precisem acontecer devido ao ac mínimo nas passarelas / corredores. Saboroso pequeno-almoço, eu mencionei incluído! Fora isso ... AWESOME AWARD!

Este lugar roubou-me outra noite. Isso foi depois de eu já ter feito o check-out. Liguei a semana toda apenas para dar um jeito e ainda não consegui falar com um gerente ou alguém responsável. Lugar horrível. Eu nunca vou ficar aqui novamente.

This place robbed me out of another night. That’s after I had already checked out. I have called all week long to just get the run around and still haven’t been able to speak to a manager or someone in charge. Horrible place. I will never stay here again.

Our child got locked in the room and fell asleep. The manager on duty spent an hour 1/2 knocking because there was no mater key. By this time it was past 1am I had already mentioned calling the fire department and the manager called the owner whom said not to do so because of the hassle and possible expense. 30 minitues later I said didn't care what their wishes were, I need to get to my child. I called the fire dept and when I told the manager he was furiously grunting. He wanted to speak with them before we could but I had already been outside waiting. I explained the problem and the FD was upset that we had not called sooner. The owner and manager are wrong positioned in our opinion and in the fire departments eye. Will never return and have told this event to anyone & everyone.

Excellent customer service. Hannah at the front desk is the sweetest ever!! Awesome room layouts, comfy beds, modern look/style. My favorite place to stay in Htown

Excellent service, and very spacious rooms. We stayed here while evacuating for Hurricane Laura, and the experience was stellar.
My only nitpick is that they use LG televisions made specifically for hotels, which are on a timer to dim the TV in the evening. I tried, but was unable to find a permanent workaround. This isn't a huge deal if you're watching TV to fall asleep, but it was annoying as a gamer who stays up into the wee hours.
This is a niche problem, so it doesn't warrant docking any points.

Es una instalación más antigua que se ha actualizado y se ve muy bien. Las habitaciones son grandes, bien equipadas y limpias. Las camas son cómodas y tienen muchas almohadas para que te sientas cómodo. Toman mascotas que es un plus. Por la noche hay comida, cerveza y vino. El desayuno es adecuado y ofrece una buena variedad. Mi única preocupación era la alfombra pegajosa. Sólo algo para que la gerencia tenga en cuenta.

É uma instalação antiga que foi atualizada e parece muito legal. Os quartos são amplos, bem decorados e limpos. As camas são confortáveis e têm muitos travesseiros para mantê-lo confortável. Eles levam animais de estimação que é um plus. À noite há comida, cerveja e vinho. O café da manhã é adequado e oferece uma boa variedade. Minha única preocupação era o tapete pegajoso. Apenas algo para a gerência estar ciente.

It's an older facility that has been updated and looks very nice. The rooms are large, well appointed, and clean. The beds are comfortable and have plenty of pillows to keep you comfortable. They take pets which is a plus. At night there is food, beer, and wine. Breakfast is adequate and offers a good variety. My only concern was the sticky carpet. Just something for management to be aware of.

Buen hotel, los empleados amables y preocupados por los huespedes. Hay desayuno buffete y cena de especialidad gratuitos. Cuenta con alberca, estacionamienro, lavandería, gimnasio y hay un dairy queen justo afuera. Las habitaciones son cómodas con cocineta y escritorio.

Absolutely Love this hotel chain.1st visit was to SW Houston totally loved it then and aimed to throughly enjoy this one.At a glance things appear new but there are updating that may need to happen due to minimal ac in the walkways/hallways. Tasty breakfast,did I mention included! Other than that... AWESOME AWARD!
