Reservei este hotel usando o Booking.com e tive a opção de cancelar a estadia até 3 dias antes do check-in. Tive uma mudança de planos de viagem e cancelei via Booking.com uma semana antes do check-in e recebi uma mensagem informando que meu cancelamento foi taxa de $ 0, não há problema. Mas quando chegou a noite do check-in cancelado, recebi uma ligação do hotel informando que eles me cobrariam como não comparência. Tentei dizer à pessoa no telefone que foi cancelado corretamente, mas eles foram rudes e não me ouviram. Na manhã seguinte, fui ao hotel falar com o gerente e ele se recusou a reembolsar meu dinheiro porque disse “que Booking.com não avisa quando alguém cancela, então não é problema dele”. Sério?? Você aceita reservas do Booking.com sem problemas, mas não cancelamentos? Ele foi rude e continuou dizendo que não era problema dele. Estou trabalhando com a Booking.com para forçá-lo a reembolsar. Enquanto estava lá, também fiquei feliz por não ter ficado lá devido ao péssimo atendimento ao cliente e todo o lugar parece tão degradado. Não fique aqui a menos que queira ser enganado!

I booked this hotel using Booking.com and had the option to cancel the stay up to 3 days prior check in. I had a change of travel plans and canceled via Booking.com a week before check in and got a message stating that my cancellation was $0 fee, no problem. But when the night night arrived of the canceled check in I got a call from the hotel stating they would charge me as a no show. I tried to tell the person on the phone that it was properly cancelled but they were rude and would not hear me out. The next morning I went to the hotel to speak to the manager and he refused to refund my money because he said “that Booking.com does not tell him when someone cancels so it’s not his problem.” Really?? You accept reservations from Booking.com just fine but not cancellations? He was rude and just kept saying not his problem. I am working with Booking.com to force him to repay. While there, I was also glad I didn’t stay there due to terrible customer service and the whole place looks so run down. Don’t stay here unless you want to get ripped off!

Realmente bom quarto barato. O motel fica na estrada principal, portanto, há algum ruído da estrada e, embora a limpeza do banho e da superfície fosse meticulosa, o piso poderia estar mais limpo.

Minha experiência aqui é ótima, eles sempre atendem se você precisar de alguma coisa e não são rudes se você pedir outro cartão quando perder o seu ou o seu parar de funcionar. Pessoas muito respeitosas. Eles também têm uma piscina aberta durante todo o ano.

É limpo e tranquilo, bom banheiro tem um lugar para passear com seu cachorro, além de estar perto de todos os tipos de lojas e estações de abastecimento e ao lado da artéria principal, para se locomover é fácil. Eu gostei.

Mi experiencia aquí es excelente, siempre atienden si necesitas algo y no son groseros si pides otra tarjeta cuando pierdes la tuya o la tuya deja de funcionar. Gente muy respetuosa. También tienen una piscina abierta todo el año.

Es un baño limpio y tranquilo, tiene un lugar para pasear a su perro, además está cerca de todo tipo de tiendas y estaciones para repostar y está justo al lado de la arteria principal, por lo que moverse es fácil. Me gustó mucho.

Really nice inexpensive room.The motel faces on the main road, so there is some road noise, and while the bath and surface cleaning was meticulous, the floor could have been cleaner.

My experience here is great they always tend if you need anything and are not rude if you ask for another card when you lose yours or yours stops working. Very respectful people. They also have a pool open all year round.

It's clean and quiet nice restroom has a place to walk your dog plus it's close to all kinds of stores and stations for fueling and right by the main artery so getting around is easy. I enjoyed it.

Meu marido e eu viemos aqui uma noite às 2 da manhã depois de dirigir um pouco com nossos 2 filhos (2,5 e 6 meses) Eu sei que os preços são baratos, mas meu quarto parece as fotos irmã inútil. Algumas luzes não funcionam. A prateleira está prestes a cair da parede e mal está segurando o ferro lmao A tv é loucamente torta, os móveis parecem que eles pegaram o caminho de alguém e havia um sinal de “livre” nele. Quando acendemos a luz do banheiro, o ventilador também liga e faz esse barulho horrível de serra elétrica enferrujada, então você só usa o banheiro com a luz apagada e a porta aberta. TODAS as pias e banheiras estão um pouco entupidas, não havia panos e os pisos não estavam limpos o suficiente 🤷🏻♀️

My husband and I came here one night at like 2am after driving awhile with our 2 kids (2.5 and 6 months) I know the prices are cheap but my room looks like the pictures trashy sister. Some lights don’t work. The shelf is about to fall off the wall and is barely holding the iron lmao The tv is mad crooked, the furniture looks like they picked it up off of somebodies drive way and there was a “free” sign on it. When we turn on the bathroom light the fan comes on as well and it makes this loud awful rusty chainsaw noise, so you just use the bathroom with the light off and the door open. ALL of the sinks and bathtub are somewhat clogged, there weren’t any wash cloths, and the floors weren’t clean enough 🤷🏻♀️
