Las dos primeras noches encontramos bedbugs en una de las camas que me dejó más de 15 picaduras, le dijimos al personal y al parecer sabían ya que no se sorprendió, nos pasaron otra habitación la que no tenía ninguna aislación térmica y sonora estábamosal lado del la sala de máquinas del.ascensor que sonaba toda la noche. En general no lo recomiendo.

No vayáis. Nos encontramos una cucaracha enorme en la habitación y desde recepción no nos quisieron ayudar. Después de insistir vino un chico y mató al bicho entre risas y diciendo que no mordía. Jamás volvería a este sitio ni se lo recomendaría a nadie.

Péssimo atendimento , sófalam em inglês,e o mais grave da estadia de apenas 2 noites foi encontrar presevejos( bichos do clochao) no colchão onde dormimos, devido a falta de higiene , devia de ser fechado para que a praga fosse extinta. Pior hostel que ja fui .

Creo que las fotos lo hacen ver mejor de lo que verdaderamente es! Las habitaciones disponen de muy pocos tomacorrientes y los únicos que hay solo están disponibles para las literas inferiores. Como punto a favor está el precio y la ubicación tampoco es tan mala!

Beds aren't comfy neither are the pillows,
Windows near the road so it's a lot of noise coming in,really thin walls you can hear everything from other peoples rooms, the room I'm staying at 303 way too hot and thanks for the bites from the bed bugs, Price is over 800 there is only 3 beds that's it no tv like most of the rooms the same price and no private bathroo. Such bad Wi-fi you can't go on the Internet properly. I would ask you to stay away and don't make the same mistakes

Worst Hostel I ever stayed at. Sheets are dirty, drainage is blocked, it's noisy, WiFi doesn't work and doesn't look anything like the pictures on booking.com etc. Stay away if possible

Teniendo la confirmación escrita por dos pasajeros, el hostel no se hizo cargo de una de ellas... con lo que tuvimos que pagar una cama más.... la atención pésima de parte de la recepciónista y peor aún la reacción del "manager". Quien nos atendió por teléfono e invitó a que uno de nosotros se fuera en caso de no pagar la cama que ya teníamos confirmada con "Expedia.com". Quien tampoco nos dio una solución, ya que no tiene ningún tel publicado y de la única manera de comunicarse es por un chat en donde t atiende un robot el cual nos decía que el num de reserva no existía. En resumen tuvimos que pagar 2 veces la misma reserva. UNA VERGUENZA TOTAL POR PARTE DE EXPEDIA Y DEL HOSTEL!

Our check-in was around 11pm and didn't have any problems. The man on the reception was polite. When you enter the building you can smell moisture in the air.
We were in the room 204 - room for two with a private bathroom.
Room is ok for a night or two but definitely not worth the money. It is small, smelly with thin walls so you hear everything from other rooms and from outside. On the ceiling is a big water leaking spot not even tried to be repaired.
There is hot water in the bathroom but the doors of shower cabin are broken. Cleanliness is decent but all room needs renovation. Bed is not so comfortable.
In general it is ok for short stay and just sleeping. However the location is great - close to city center and easily reached from airport but way too expensive for what it offers.

De todos os lugares que fiquei, e não muito caros (preços médios), essa terá sindo uma experiência que nunca esquecerei, se acharem que "hotel Transylvânia" já tinham visto de tudo, pois aqui não viram nada. Paredes sujas, que nem vou tentar adivinhar o que era, um cheiro horrivel dentro do quarto, chão e tapete sujos, restos de comida dentro das mesinhas de cabeceira, uma delas sem gaveta. Candeeiro, desligado, pois assim ficava melhor, porque quando o tentei ligar, a lâmpada estava avariada. Cozinha partilhada, compreendo, nas aquilo parecia no mínimo uma vara. O banheiro, um nojo total. O rececionista, parecia uma assombração. E quanto à estrutura do hostel, dando que é 1 estrela, é a parte que menos tenho a dizer.

One of the most UNPLEASANT housing experiences ever, a VERY BAD, DISHONEST, TOURIST TRAP!
We had booked a double room with a private bathroom for the weekend (saturday & sunday), on arrival we were informed that the private bathroom was having problems and that day we would have to use the common shared bathroom for that floor. Plus, the room did not correspond to the pictures on the website and didnt have several of the commodities on the booking page. They assured us, though, that the bathroom problem would be fixed by the next day, offering us a discount of 8€(the tourist fee) for the trouble. We accepted that proposition only because we were arriving late and we couldn't manage to make a different booking for that day, fortunately we were able to stay in a friend's house for that night. The next day we came back in the evening only to find that the bathroom problem was not fixed (supposedly because the workers did not work on Sunday, which was quite predictable on Saturday when we first checked in ). They didn't have other room options (although later on check out the manager said they had, and that we were just misinformed..) so we had to stay there since it was too late to make other arrangements. The shared bathroom was quite disgusting, the room also very cold and did not have heating (contrary to the info on the book page) and to top it off, the next morning we were woken to the sound of heavy hammering on the room wall from ongoing construction work they were doing, starting at 08:00am and carrying on all morning.
On checking out we obviously asked for at least half our money back, since we didn't stay there one of the nights and the one we stayed was quite unpleasant, yet they refused to give us that compensation, giving dishonest excuses and offered only a 25% refund on an already quite overpriced reservation.
All in all, probably THE WORST housing experience in the last 10 years (and I´m including camping parks in this.)

O Hostel é barato então temos q ver algumas coisas: elevador não funciona... Então se Vc ficar no último andar terá vários níveis de escada para subir, carregando sua mala. Cheguei 22h e fui tomar banho. Não tinha mais água quente. Estava precisando de um banho... Então tomei banho de água fria mesmo, mas não gostei pq é complicado: estamos no inverno... Lá fora está frio. Daí vc quer tomar um banho quente e dormir e não consegue pq não há mais água quente!! Não gostei!! Isso porque eu ainda aluguei a toalha, por 2 euros!!

Atendimento péssimo! Fiz a reserva pelo booking para dois funcionários da empresa onde trabalho e não lhes disponibilizaram o quarto pelo qual pagamos e ainda queriam cobrar mais dinheiro! O proprietário é arrogante e quando lhe pedi o cancelamento dos restantes dias que tinha reservados disse me que não cancelava para cancelar pelo booking e após isso não me atendeu mais as chamadas. Se pudesse dar 0 estrelas dava. Não recomendo de todo!

Quarto agradável e espaçoso, com uma cama de casal e uma cama individual. O atendimento foi muito bom e a senhora foi muito simpática, mas o quarto e a casa de banho tinham um cheiro muito desagradável, quase como cheiro de esgoto, o que dificultou o aproveitamento da estadia, o cheiro era insuportável. Mas é a verdade que é um lugar bom para o preço que é.

O dono grita com os hóspedes, mal educado, o local fede, casa de banho com pelo, não tem limpeza no local, corredores com urina de cachorro e coco, a cozinha é pequena tem que esperar horas pra fazer comida pois existe uma fila enorme. Os quartos tem mofo. Não tem papel higiênico na casa de banho, não tem sabão líquido na cozinha, as panelas com óleo guardadas como limpas, resto de comida. Máquina de lavar deixa as roupas com mau cheiro pois eles lavam a cama do cão na máquina com pelo. Local é péssimo, não indico!

Calidad precio bien. Los baños de la tercera planta mejorables, pero las habitaciones bien. No muy céntrico, pero fácilmente se aparca y puedes coger transportes o pasear hasta el centro.

La habitación que reservamos está muy bien, solo que tenía un poco de olor a humedad. El personal es muy simpático y mantienen todo muy limpio. Incluso se nos olvidó colgar el cartel de no molestar y a la vuelta nos limpiaron la habitación y ordenaron todas nuestras cosas. El ascensor no funciona y teníamos que subir a la tercera planta por las escaleras, por lo demás, todo perfecto! 😊

Good location. Very clean. No towels, unlike some other hostels in the area. Needs more bathrooms. Nice little brunch spot and grocery store next door.The room (twin, private) had no where to hang a coat.No where to put/hang anything in the bathroom, either. Needs more hooks.

Clean hostel in a convenient location. Very close to 3 metro stations (different lines). A few eating places around. Would recommend for a budget-conscious traveller, but bring your own towel!
