O hotel era muito bom, mas o serviço ao cliente era horrível. Deixei algo no meu quarto e conversei com Jenny e Kelsey sobre isso e eles não ajudaram em nada. A comunicação quando liguei pela primeira vez para saber se havia deixado algo na Sala foi horrível. Conversei com Jenny e me disseram para ligar de volta em 2 dias para falar com Mark. Eu não queria esperar 2 dias, então ela me disse para ligar de volta e falar com a governanta porque ela não sabia de nada sobre as coisas deixadas nos quartos. Liguei no dia seguinte e falei com a supervisora de limpeza, ela disse que me ligaria de volta, mas nunca ligou. Então, no dia seguinte, liguei e falei com Jenny novamente e ela realmente não foi útil, então pedi para o gerente da recepção me ligar no dia seguinte. Horas se passaram e o gerente da recepção nunca me ligou, então eu liguei e finalmente consegui falar com Kelsey, ela disse que iria checar com a empresa de limpeza que eles usam para seus lençóis e ela iria checar com a arrumação. Ela finalmente me ligou de volta hoje e basicamente disse que sinto muito, mas seu item não foi encontrado. Como um item simplesmente não é encontrado ?? É na empresa de limpeza ou em algum lugar do hotel e a limpeza o encontrou, mas simplesmente não fez nada com ele. Como meu marido pagou antecipadamente pelo quarto, ela disse que não há nada que eu possa fazer a respeito de nada, nem do atendimento ao cliente nem de nada. Eu sei que há algo que ela pode fazer porque eu trabalhei em um hotel e já devolvi reservas de terceiros antes. Ela disse que poderia me atualizar no futuro e eu disse que provavelmente não ficaria lá por causa do péssimo atendimento que recebi. Além disso, eu não tinha uma placa de não perturbe no meu quarto, então o serviço de limpeza bateu na minha porta às 8:00 da manhã. Por que vocês não estão verificando os quartos em busca de placas de não perturbe para se certificar de que tudo está no quarto para seus convidados? Você tem placas do Trip Advisor que dizem que você é um hotel de 9 entre 10 estrelas, mas você não cumpre isso com seu péssimo atendimento ao cliente.

El hotel era muy bonito, pero el servicio al cliente era terrible. Dejé algo en mi habitación y hablé con Jenny y Kelsey al respecto y no nos ayudaron en absoluto. La comunicación cuando llamé por primera vez para saber si había dejado algo en la habitación fue horrible. Hablé con Jenny y me dijeron que volviera a llamar en 2 días para hablar con Mark. No quería esperar 2 días, así que me dijo que volviera a llamar y hablara con el servicio de limpieza porque no sabía nada sobre las cosas que quedaban en las habitaciones. Sé con certeza que hay algo que ella puede hacer porque he trabajado en un hotel y he reembolsado reservas de terceros antes. Ella dijo que podría mejorarme en el futuro y le dije que probablemente no me quedaría allí debido al mal servicio al cliente que recibí. Además, no tenía un letrero de no molestar en mi habitación, por lo que el servicio de limpieza llamó a mi puerta a las 8:00 a.m. ¿Por qué no revisa las habitaciones en busca de letreros de no molestar para asegurarse de que todo esté en la habitación para sus invitados? Tienes carteles de Trip Advisor que dicen que eres un hotel de 9 de cada 10 estrellas, pero no estás a la altura con tu horrible servicio al cliente.

The hotel was very nice but the customer service was awful. I left something in my room and I talked to Jenny and Kelsey about it and they we not helpful whatsoever. The communication when I first called about finding out if I left something in the Room was horrible. I talked to Jenny and was told to call back in 2 days to talk to mark. I didn't want to wait 2 days so she told me to call back and talk to housekeeping because she did not know anything about stuff left in rooms. I called the next day and talked to the housekeeping supervisor she said she would call me back and she never did. So the next day I called and spoke to Jenny again and she really was not helpful at all so I asked for the front desk manager to give me a call the next day. Hours went by and the front desk manager never called me so I called and I finally got a hold of Kelsey, she said she would check with the cleaning company that they use for their sheets and she would check with housekeeping. She finally called me back today and basically just said I'm sorry but your item was not found. How does an item just not get found??? It's either at the cleaning company or somewhere at the hotel and housekeeping found it but just didn't do anything with it. Because my husband prepaid for the Room she said there's nothing I can do about anything, not the customer service or anything. I know for a fact that there is something she can do because I have worked at a hotel and I have refunded 3rd party reservations before. She said that she could upgrade me in the future and I said I probably wouldn't stay there because of the bad customer service I received. Also, I did not have a do not disturb sign in my Room so housekeeping knocked on my door at 8:00 a.m. Why are you not checking rooms for do not disturb signs to make sure that everything is in the Room for your guests. You have Trip Advisor signs that say you are a 9 out of 10 star hotel but you do not live up to it with your horrible customer service.

I normally give this place a 5 star but the staff the morning of check out was less than helpful. My safe got stuck and wouldn’t open and I needed to check out I waited for an hour and had to leave with out getting into my safe. I still have no herd back from them and am worried I won’t. The lady at the front left me with no confidence that the situation was or will be handled. If I do not get my belongings back I will be seeking legal action.

Beautiful Hotel. Love the historic architecture. The lobby fireplace is an amazing work of art. Our room had fantastic windows with great views of the City while we were awake and efficient room darkening drapes for sleeping.

Nós hospedado aqui uma noite para verificar UCCS. É um antigo edifício de troca de mineração convertido em hotel com uma história legal. Eu amei o manobrista que nos cumprimentou na chegada. Ele foi tão amigável e feliz! Escolhemos o serviço de manobrista porque a outra opção de estacionamento ficava na mesma rua. Grande banheiro agradável, quarto limpo e espaçoso. Ele foi a uma curta caminhada de restaurantes que foi nice. No geral, uma boa estadia.

We stayed here one night to check out UCCS. It’s an old mining exchange building converted to hotel with a cool history. I loved the valet guy who greeted us upon arrival. He was so friendly and happy! We chose to valet because the other parking option was a lot down the street. Nice big bathroom, clean room and spacious. It was walking distance to restaurants which was nice. Overall a good stay.

Estivemos lá na semana passada ... e fizemos check-out na sexta-feira 2-26-21. * Toda a equipe Bell foi incrível ... tipo, cumprimentou-nos cada vez e nos fez sentir como a realeza !!!! Nós ficamos por 6 dias e eu realmente esperava vê-los porque cada encontro começava e terminava meu dia dentro e fora do dia estava com energia positiva O quarto suíte foi um bom tamanho amei o 1.5 banheiro também. Gostaria de ver um pouco de segurança no saguão já que não eram muitas pessoas que se sentia isolada. Graças Colo Springs para tornar o nosso tempo confortável lá, não estávamos lá de férias, mas por razões familiares. Agradecemos os hotéis Wyndham.

*The entire Bell staff was Amazing...kind, greeted us each time and made us feel like royalty!!!!
We stayed for 6 days and I actually looked forward to seeing them because every encounter started and ended my day in and out through out the day was with positive energy
The room suite was a nice size loved the 1.5 bathroom as well. Would have like to see a little security in the lobby since it was not many people it felt isolated. Thanks Colo Springs for making our time there comfortable we were not there on vacation but for family reasons. We appreciate Wyndham hotels.

Este foi um passeio de trem super fofo que as crianças amaram !! Nós fomos durante as férias, então tivemos a chance de ver o pólo norte e conhecer o Papai Noel. Ele foi super legal e deu sinos de rena a todas as crianças e elas SE REALIZARAM e amaram cada minuto.Eles também serviram chocolate quente e biscoitos por conta da casa e todos foram super fofos.

Este hotel combina a classe do Velho Mundo com comodidades modernas. A equipe foi muito gentil e eficiente. Mencionei na recepção que provavelmente pediria. Ele ligou para meu quarto mais tarde naquela noite, quando ele teve uma entrega que não tinha certeza do quarto porque ele se lembrava de nossa conversa. Definitivamente, recomendo o Wyndham para uma escapadela romântica ou apenas um lugar para descansar. Esteja ciente de que o estacionamento não fica nas mesmas instalações. É descendo a rua, mas apenas a meia quadra a pé.

¡Este fue un viaje en tren súper lindo que a los niños les encantó! Fuimos durante las vacaciones, así que tuvimos la oportunidad de ver el polo norte y conocer a Santa. Fue súper amable y les dio a todos los niños campanas de reno y se voltearon y amaron cada minuto.También sirvieron chocolate caliente y galletas en la casa y todos fueron súper dulces.

This hotel blends Old World Class with Modern amenities. The staff was very kind and efficient. I mentioned to the front desk I would probably order out. He called my room later that evening when he had a delivery who wasn't sure of the room # because he remembered our conversation. Definitely recommend the Wyndham for a romantic getaway or just a place to lay your head. Be advised the parking lot is not on the same premises. Its down the street, but only a short half a block walk away.

This was a super cute train ride that the kids loved!! We went during the holidays so we got a chance to see the north pole and meet Santa. He was super nice and gave all of the kids reindeer bells and they FLIPPED out and loved every minute.They also served hot coco and cookies on the house and everyone was super sweet.
