Este lugar é o melhor avaliado na área. Estou aqui há anos. Se você ficar por algumas noites com certeza vai adorar, tenho certeza!Veio para um fim de semana romântico, não fiquei desapontado. Ficamos na suíte executiva. Ótimo serviço no hotel, eles recusaram nosso quarto para se preparar para a cama. Amei!

This place is the best rated in the area. I have been staying here for years. If you stay for a few nights you for sure will love it I'm sure! Came for a romantic weekend, was not disappointed. We stayed in the executive suite. Great service in the hotel, they turned down our room to get ready for bed. Loved it!

Também é um shopping anexo ao hotel com muitas lojas de ponta. Também fica a 5 minutos do shopping da esquina de Tysons. Serviço de quarto foi fantástico quartos são limpos funcionários são simpáticos serviço 5 estrelas não procure onde mais este hotel vale cada centavo.

Eu não recomendaria este spa. Eles têm grandes problemas de pessoal e tivemos vários problemas tentando. para lidar com a resolução de problemas de 20/11 até agora a partir de uma visita de 26/12. Eles não forneceram os serviços descritos e também estragaram a resolução. Não perca seu tempo ou dinheiro. Existem melhores opções na área de DC Metro. Não recomendo. A estadia no hotel foi principalmente boa.

Best hotel I have stayed at! You get 5 star service the entire stay. We enjoyed the restaurant in the hotel with live band! Also it's a mall attached to the hotel with lots of high end stores. It's also like 5 minutes from Tysons corner mall. Room service was fantastic rooms are clean staff are friendly 5 star service look no where else this hotel is worth every penny.

I would not recommend this spa. They have major staffing issues and we have had multiple issues trying. to deal with resolving issues from 11/20 through now from a 12/26 visit. They did not provide the described services and they bungled the resolution as well. Don't waste your time or money. There are better options in the DC Metro area. Do not recommend. The hotel stay was mostly fine.

O atendimento foi top! Todo mundo foi tão amigável, ansioso para ajudar e simplesmente agradável de estar por perto! Absolutamente incrível equipe do manobrista, bem-vindo no lobby, decoração deslumbrante. Quartos super limpos e silenciosos. Nós amamos todas as comodidades: piscina, banheira de hidromassagem, vapor, sauna. Muitas garrafas de água em todos os lugares para se manter hidratado. Obtenha o nível do clube, se puder, vale cada centavo. Nosso concierge Shima era um anjo. Deliciosas refeições/bebidas gratuitas no club lounge. Queime algumas calorias andando no luxuoso shopping ao lado. Definitivamente voltaremos na próxima vez que visitarmos a Virgínia.

Thanks to Kierra at front desk our stay here was really good. She helped us with our requests and provided us with services that makes you feel welcomed at a 5 ⭐️’s hotel. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, and tempo of room was good. Pool looked nice but didn’t have time to swim or try Spa. Access to mall was a good thing also because there plenty of restaurants to choose from.

The service was top notch! Everyone was so friendly, eager to help and just pleasant to be around! There was construction being done in the lobby but we stayed over the weekend so we didn’t hear a thing. They popped champagne in the late afternoon and even had hors devours. The coffee in the lobby was delicious in the morning and so we’re the mimosas. The housekeepers were as friendly as can be as well as the valet. The location of this property cannot be beat if you’re looking for a getaway full of shopping and eating. We cannot wait to come back to see the new lobby and restaurant.I’ve stayed at numerous five start hotels and I have to say that this might be one of my favorites. Thanks for a memorable and enjoyable stay!

Absolutely amazing staff from the valet, welcome in the lobby, gorgeous decor. Super clean rooms and quiet. We loved all the amenities: pool, hot tub, steam, sauna. Plenty of water bottles everywhere to stay hydrated. Get the club level if you can, its worth every penny. Our concierge Shima was an angel. Delicious complimentary meals/drinks at the club lounge. Burn some calories walking at the luxurious mall next door. We shall definitely return next time we visit Virginia.

This is my go-to hotel when visiting D.C./McLean, Virginia. It is beautiful, and the service is fantastic! This location has luckily been able to uphold high standards and customer service from check-in to dining, concierge services, you name it! I’ve had amazing experiences speaking to agents on the phone, who are actually on location, check-in services, the wonderful greeter who is always happy to direct me in the right direction, especially while under construction! I hope the Ritz maintains this level of enthusiasm as well as standard for cleanliness… I also look forward to having breakfast at Entyse, the bistro. Mona has been serving us for years and we absolutely love catching up with the staff! I would definitely give them 10 stars if possible!

Really appreciative of the staff at the Ritz who accommodated us despite the short notice booking due to the recent winter storm and resulting power outage in our area. I had just given birth a week ago and the staff were just top notch and accommodated our needed requests, particularly with a newborn. Rooms were clean and quiet. Everyone we encountered also wore masks. Thank you so much for making our experience there wonderful and comfortable despite the circumstances. 5 stars all the way!

I love the Ritz. Our company put us up in the Ritz after our holiday party last. It's such a nice elegant hotel with nice rooms. I enjoyed my stay. I had breakfast at the Bistro this morning. The food was great. I had a Belgium waffle with fruit, crispy bacon, eggs fried hard, potatoes, asparagus was on the plate also. The orange juice tasted freshly squeezed. Very delicious! Of course I could not eat all that, so I had to take a to-go container. I enjoyed everything. The service was great also.

This Ritz is beautiful and stately as most would expect from a Ritz Carlton in Virginia. It is perfectly located with a back entrance to the mall, easy access to a variety of dining options, and close to one of my favorite restaurants, Founding Farmers Tysons. It is also easy to get into the city from this hotel with a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station.

We loved our quick weekend getaway to the Ritz. The rooms are beautiful and immaculately clean. The turn down service was great. Parking was easy and inexpensive at $12. The bed was comfy. Loved that it was connected to a nice mall with several restaurants. We will definitely be back!

The absolute detail to luxury the hotel exudes. From the staff greeting you at the entrance , to being walked all the way to your room. The bellman even filled up my ice tray before departing. The 24 hour in room dinning, was just the cherry on top. Well it is not something I did not like, it is just a beforehand reminder to bring cash for tipping the bellman other services you might inquire through your visit.
