This is not a luxury hotel. The prices are luxury high and the lobby looks nice, but the rooms are dated and dirty. We booked a suite that came with stained furniture, chipped tile, and walls that need a paint job. The throw pillows had hair all over them from a previous guest. The room smelled like cheap cleaning solution and the windows didn't open. I'm sorry but for the price point, there has to be better places to stay while visiting San Antonio. Staff was friendly enough. if you decide to stay here, it's $45 per day to valet with no parking options nearby.

Ótimo para moradores e turistas!Desde julho, o St. Anthony oferece alternativamente música ao vivo em seu bar da cobertura aos sábados, e uma banda ao vivo no estilo Roaring 20's, às terças-feiras no amplo Lobby.O St. Anthony Club vinha servindo drinks especiais exclusivos todas as terças-feiras, assim como aperitivos. (Minhas preferidas são as batatas fritas de pato).A música da pré-Segunda Guerra Mundial é tocada pela Dirty River Jazz Band, e há estacionamento com manobrista GRATUITO com qualquer compra no bar. Great for locals and tourists! Since July, the St. Anthony has been alternatively offering live music on their rooftop bar on Saturdays, and a live Roaring 20's-style band, on Tuesdays in the expansive Lobby. The St. Anthony Club had been serving unique drink specials every Tuesday, as well as appetizers. (My favorite are the Duck Fat Fries.) The music of pre-WWII is performed by the Dirty River Jazz Band, and there is FREE valet parking with any purchase at the bar. The service is excellent, and the band is great! Such a treat every Tuesday. Do check it out.

Belo hotel, quartos grandes e agradáveis. Eu realmente queria gostar deste hotel 100%, mas o serviço geral está faltando. Identificado como um hotel 5 estrelas de luxo, as expectativas são de um serviço de alta qualidade ou, pelo menos, acomodando as solicitações / necessidades básicas dos hóspedes. Vários pedidos básicos, como conseguir travesseiros extras, nunca foram atendidos. Tentar obter água engarrafada extra (que é grátis, e nós somos a elite Platinum) foi um aborrecimento. Realmente não é muito amigável ... muitos erros cometidos. O único serviço consistentemente bom era o serviço do carregador diferente, então, obrigado por isso. Também tivemos uma suíte muito agradável, mas a água literalmente desligava ao tomar um banho e usar as pias. Beautiful hotel, large nice rooms. I really wanted to like this hotel 100% but the overall service is lacking. Identifying as a Luxury 5 Star hotel, expectations are high quality service or at least, accommodating basic guest request/needs. Several requests for basics like getting extra pillows were never fulfilled. Trying to get extra bottled water (which is free, and we are Platinum elite) was a hassle. Really not very friendly....many mistakes made. The only consistently good service was from the service of the different Bellman so thank you for that. We also had a very nice suite but the water literally kept turning off when taking a shower and using the sinks. I really wanted to make this my go to hotel when visiting San Antonio but sadly, I will probably never visit again. It has so much potential.........

O check-in foi uma experiência maravilhosa e inesquecível com a Mariana, ela foi muito prestativa me contando as comodidades do hotel, sobre meu lindo upgrade e me desejou uma ótima estadia após o check-in. Minerva também foi divertida, ela entrou na conversa para nos contar sobre instruções para o elevador. Obrigado a ambos! Além disso, Imelda do serviço de quarto (acho que é o nome dela) entregou nosso café da manhã com um sorriso e até se ofereceu para servir o café para nós, serviço excelente !! Meu bife estava perfeitamente preparado e a apresentação estava no ponto! Linda decoração, quarto muito limpo, todos tomaram precauções para a pandemia e garantiram que estávamos seguros, a equipe da recepção estava feliz e divertida! 15/10 recomendaria e def ficar lá novamente!

É realmente uma experiência única. Todo o lugar é visualmente agradável. A vista do quarto poderia ter sido melhor, mas a atenção aos detalhes é extraordinária. Ofereço coisas que nem sei que preciso até ver (kit de balanço, protetores de ouvido ...). Rebelle me ofereceu algumas refeições maravilhosas. Quero colocar uma palavra especial sobre Henry, um carregador que ficou muito feliz em levar meu piano eletrônico grande e a parafernália para meu quarto. A quinta estrela foi perdida para a pior pilha de panquecas que já recebi. Espero poder ficar lá novamente.

It is truly a unique experience. The whole place is visually pleasant. The view from the room could've been better, but the attention to detail is extraordinary. I provides things that I don't even know I need until I saw them (swing kit, ear plugs...). Rebelle treated me to a few wonderful meals. I want to put a special word for Henry, a bellhop who was only too happy to take my full-size electronic piano and paraphernalia to my room. The fifth star was lost to the worst stack of pancakes I have ever been served. I hope to be able to stay there again.

Check in was a wonderful and memorable experience with Mariana, she was so helpful telling me the amenities of the hotel, about my beautiful upgrade and wished me a great stay after check in. Minerva was fun too, she chimed in to let us know about directions to the elevator. Thank you both! Also, Imelda from room service(I think that's her name) delivered our breakfast with a smile and even offered to pour the coffee for us, outstanding service!! My steak was perfectly cooked and the presentation was on point! Beautiful decor, very clean room, everyone took precautions for the pandemic and ensured we were safe, the staff at the front desk was happy and fun! 15/10 would recommend and def staying there again!

Reservei um quarto com área de estar e um lindo banheiro com penteadeira para ele e para ela. O serviço foi excelente e a piscina da cobertura foi nice com vista para o centro de San Antonio. O próprio hotel tem uma história rica, muito luxuosa e com um serviço superior. Eu esperava que a piscina fosse maior e o quarto não tinha necessidades básicas, como geladeira ou micro-ondas. Para conseguir gelo, tive que ligar para o serviço de quarto e demorou um pouco! Suponho que seja uma ótima estadia com belas vistas se você estiver planejando relaxar! Definitivamente não é um lugar para festa!

I reserved a room with a living room space and a beautiful restroom with a his and hers vanity. The service was Superb and the rooftop pool was nice with an overlook of Downtown San Antonio. The hotel itself has a rich history, very luxurious with superior service. I expected the pool to be bigger and the room lacked basic necessities such as a refrigerator or microwave. To get ice, I had to call room service and that took some time! I suppose it's a great stay with nice views if you're planning to relax! Definitely not somewhere to party!
