Ser flexível com o menu de café da manhã, por exemplo, fazer café gelado foi ótimo e fácil check-in / check-out.Pontos negativos: ar-condicionado muito alto, exaustores que não funcionam no banheiro, travesseiros muito macios, então um menu de travesseiros seria bom, também plugues mais próximos das unidades de cabeceira, pois estas ficam perto do chão, atrás da mesa de cabeceira. Talvez fosse bom ter uma SMART TV, embora não passássemos muito tempo assistindo TV. Além disso, os espigões da estrada no estacionamento tendiam a arranhar a parte inferior do meu carro, portanto, talvez seja necessário procurar uma alternativa. Apenas uma reforma geral dos quartos também pode estar em ordem.No geral, uma excelente estadia e irá visitar novamente no futuro.

Positives: Spectacular stay at the hotel once again, upgraded us to a Junior Suite and gave us complimentary drinks vouchers as it was my Birthday. Being flexible with the breakfast menu e.g making iced coffee was great also easy check-in/check out.
Negatives: Very loud air conditioning, extractor fans not working in the bathroom, pillows too soft, so a pillow menu would be nice, also plugs nearer to the bedside units as these were near the floor behind the bedside table. Perhaps a SMART TV would be nice to have even though we didn't spend much time watching tv. Also the road spikes in the car park tended to scrape the bottom of my car, so an alternative might need to be looked at. Just a general refurb of the rooms as well might be in order.
Overall a great stay and will visit again in the future.

A vista era espetacular e os funcionários foram simpáticos, mas o menu à noite de bloqueio foi muito nada assombroso e os carregadores EV não funcionam. O quarto principal com cama king-size era adorável, com uma enorme cama confortável. Eu iria novamente quando as instalações estão abertas, mas ao contrário de outros hotéis, este não oferece nenhuma surpresa extra para compensar a falta de instalações.

The view was spectacular and the staff were friendly but the lockdown evening menu was very underwhelming and the EV chargers dont work. The premier king bedroom was lovely with a huge comfy bed. I'd go again when facilities are open but unlike other hotels, this one didn't provide any extra surprises to make up for the lack of facilities.

It was such a pleasant family stay, front desk is top services, very friendly and supportive. Trizia & her colleague on the check out day were both super service as high class standards. We plan to return to the hotel in some families’ occasions in 2021.
Room is amazing for special occasion with the bay view, the best hotel in Cardiff as we experienced some other 5 stars. The bed was so clean and comfortable.

Dê uma olhada nas fotos, cenários sublimes.Desvantagens:Um grande problema foi o A / C quando desligado estava tão alto. Realmente impactou nossa visão geral do hotel. Eu uso protetores de ouvido para dormir e ainda posso ouvir o A / C claramente.O restaurante estava muito ocupado, e devido a isso eu tive que esperar mais de 30 minutos para pegar minha bebida grátis. Lovely hotel with amazing scenic views from your junior suite. Staff were amazing and very welcoming. The spa (pool and jacuzzi pool) were lush and very relaxing.You have a free drink voucher when staying at the hotel which is a lovely touch. The bed was so comfy and cwtchy, I would love to have the same one in my room!Honestly the views are breathtaking and really make the stay so much better! Take a look at the photos, sublime scenery.Downsides:One major issue was the A/C when turned off was so loud. It really impacted our overall view of the hotel. I wear ear plugs to bed and still could hear the A/C clearly.The restaurant was very busy, and due to this I had to wait over 30 mins to get my free drink. I cannot stress this was not the staffs fault, they were clearly short staffed, with a fully book restaurant.
