Rooms are chilly but thermostat works and the beds are firm. However the restaurant was GREAT and the staff FANTASTIC. Hotel staff are nice but the car valets give WONDERFUL Hugs and tip their hats. They were so CUTE and very GALENT.

Pésimo servicio, no ofrecieron estacionamiento sin autoservicio si tuve que pagar 36 por el valet y luego tuve que esperar más para que el valet encontrara mis llaves y que trajeran el auto, me dieron una tarjeta para llamar y fue inútil porque cuando fui a la recepción, el chico dijo que no funcionaba, ¿por qué repartirlo? Terrible service they didn’t offer self park si I had to pay 36 for valet and then I had to wait longer for the valet to find my keys and for them to bring the car they gave me a card to call and it was useless because when I went to the front desk the guy said that it did not work so why hand it out ?? Staff was not welcoming I tried to self park and the front desk guy rushed to close the garage parking and said I couldn’t come in to check in .. don’t recommend this is similar to a holiday in definitely not worth the money the only interesting is the lobby but it’s just bait .

Please note that my stay was during the pandemic.I stayed for only one night. Yes, my room was fine....nothing special at all....and the bed was very comfortable. However, I was disappointed with the front desk help....not unfriendly.....but not particularly helpful either. I was not able to park in the building and had to park at a nearby garage. Would not go back.

I’ve been to a few Westin’s and this was definitely the best that I’ve visited. The rooms are spacious, the room service is fast, and overall it’s a really comfortable experience.It’s not super instagramable, but the lobby is neatly organized. I didn’t visit the restaurant/ hotel attached to the bar, but I did go to the Thai restaurant across the street, which was delicious and very reasonable for the money.Overall, definitely it was great! I’d definitely stay again!

This is a great location in Alexandria. The hotel and rooms are very nice, clean, and comfortable. It like it shows on the website. The breakfast was disappointing. Not much variety and did not live up to what we expected for Westin. We also fined for dinner. Same disappointment. After first morning, we chose to eat out for breakfast. We would recommend the same.

This Westin has a very attractive wooden clock installation right in the middle of the lobby. If you visit, I suggest taking a good look and trying to figure out the mechanism. The rooms were of course very clean and quiet. The option to not have housekeeping was offered as a conservation measure. The food served at our workshop was very good quality and healthy.

NOT a "4 star hotel".Broken bathroom fixtures, mediocre AC that can't cool to anything under 70°F, and the most expensive, uninspired breakfast I've found in many years of globetrotting.Room was clean, but cable TV had a dysfunctional guide.Bathroom mirror was loose and wouldn't stay put, door stop was broken and there's mold stains on the shower curtain.There's also no pool at this overpriced hotel.You can find much better deals elsewhere around here with far better amenities and food.

We checked in used the valet parking grab our dog ( pet friendly) told the valet to hold our car at the front as we where going to check in then grab some dinner at the trade mark. We had a couple of the trade Mark craft cocktails the dragon fruit margarita, and The Mill House gin and tonic with the orange crisp, both excellent. For appetizers we had the tuna pops Asian crispy seared outside yellow fin great, and a house rub wings also great! They have 20 different whiskeys and 20 different varieties of scotch, a niceselection of craft beers and a great wine list, for dinner we had the ribeye steaks great presentation and excellent very tender. Then we pop back out got our luggage and went up to the room. The room was fabulous. In the morning the dog park is right across the street and it is beautiful. So if you're looking for a great place to stay and historic Alexandria this is definitely it!
