Never stay in this hotel,coz i've been told to pay additional charges by the staff after at least 15minutes of his tried for wifi connection. He checked my booking in agoda and asked me to pay more as the price in agoda is too low🤬🤬 . No person was at the reception area when we reach there,staff are not helpful at all

The room was awful...the bathroom so dirty got a tea cup not wash..the bedsheet also not good..overall no cleaness at all...no tv remote....the water cold heater not working or what i dont know...not recommeded to others....

Worst hotel. I book tm hotel for my husband via agoda and has fully paid before chk in. On the day, my husband arrived at hotel around 4 pm, unfortunately the hotel didn't allow my husband to chk in, reason is the price that we got and paid via agoda is cheap and they ask my husband to add another RM150 in order to allow my husband to chk in. I called agoda and after the hotel still refused to allow the chk in unless we paid another RM150, agoda suggested to find another hotel (after 2 hrs waited for the solution on hotel lobby). Got another hotel, after 1 week, no refund, called agoda again, they said they already email on the same day at 8 pm that the hotel finally agreed to let my husband chk in. That is after my husband already chk in at another hotel. They cannot refund because my husband did not show up at TM hotel to chk in. I want to report to KPDN, and finally agoda agreed to refund the full amount back to me. The hotel is really sucks!!!

I booked a room for my family via booking.com and i already pay for it using my debit card , when i arrived guess what happen ? They give my booking room to other family.. what the heck ?? She said that she cant find phone my phone number and cant call me for confirmation.. i already paid so why still give to other people.. bad service at all and i dont hear any apologise from she.. and i cant refund at all.. i will sue this hotel.. the worst ever

The walls are disgusting.
The toilet is disgustingly dirty, with stains of red marks(probably blood) on the sink, toilet cover(looks like someone spilled periodl) the floor feels and looks like its never been washed, one of the soap ran out. Rm88 for a queen sized bed, and the sheets doesn't seem convincing at all..
Looks and feel of the room, toilet is comparable as if to that of an illegal massage parlour or mind i say brothel.
Had to come here due to limited choice at 3 am. Definitely not recommended if you're here for travelling alone or with family.... (obviously its a budget hotel).
Sorry for this comment but you really need to clean up your rooms and focus on hygiene.(even if people are just here for a couple of hours purpose)
