Tudo isso depois que eles viram garrafas de água e latas de limonada na lata de lixo, enquanto eu as havia pedido junto com a pizza. De qualquer forma, se for por 2 mil lek, não atenda o telefone da próxima vez com aquela atitude de que você está bem.

Recebemos um serviço realmente inferior. Entramos em contato com o hotel quando seus voos foram cancelados. Anunciamos que não chegaríamos à primeira noite, mas iríamos em seguida. O hotel cancelou arbitrariamente nossa reserva por duas noites e seguiu em frente sem nos contatar. Quando chegamos lá na noite seguinte, não tínhamos espaço. No entanto, o hotel cobrou o preço total da acomodação e não concordou com o reembolso. O atendimento ao cliente foi rude e desrespeitoso.

Nice hotel em uma ótima localização. Qualidade de bom preço. Quartos novos, pequenos, mas muito agradáveis. No entanto ressalto: má insonorização dos quartos e janelas. Janela do banheiro que não fecha direito. Vedações da porta do chuveiro que deixam a água passar e o banheiro inunda. Toalhas “secas” que devem ser renovadas. Cortinas que não cobrem da luz.Enfim, pelo valor pago tudo bem de qualquer forma, mas com alguns cuidados pode melhorar muito!

Bonito hotel en una gran ubicación. Buen precio calidad. Habitaciones nuevas, pequeñas pero muy bonitas. Sin embargo, señalo: mala insonorización de las habitaciones y ventanas. Ventana del baño que no cierra bien. Sellos de la puerta de la ducha que dejan pasar el agua y el baño se inunda. Toallas “secas” que conviene renovar. Cortinas que no tapan de la luz.En general, por la cantidad pagada, está bien de todos modos, ¡pero con algunas precauciones podría mejorar mucho!

Delicioso hotel a poucos passos do centro! Quartos bem mobiliados e impecáveis, buffet variado de café da manhã (doces e salgados), e a equipe realmente merece um 10 +++. Fiquei 4 noites e dia e noite a equipe é muito prestativa e gentil. Por agora será o meu ponto de referência para as próximas viagens a Tirana. Em breve!

¡Encantador hotel a tiro de piedra del centro! Habitaciones impecables y bien amuebladas, buffet de desayuno variado (dulce y salado), y el personal realmente merece un 10 +++. Me alojé 4 noches y tanto de día como de noche el personal es realmente servicial y amable. A estas alturas será mi punto de referencia para los próximos viajes a Tirana. ¡Pronto!

A good hotel, not expensive. A huge advantage is a private parking place (not to big, you must did a reservation for your car). But the breakfast was terrible and the coffee from their machine... it had nothing common with a coffee.

Hi All, Please do not book this hotel, never. In Tirana many other best and cheap hotels are available.I booked this hotel from 6th August 2021 to 17th August 2021.1. In this hotel breakfast is very poor quality, coffee ☕ machine is rubbish.Juice machine instead give orange 🍊 juice, it comes water. 2. Toilet flush was not working,I asked from the reception to fix the problem, she said go to room someone will fix immediately. After 2 hours I called to the reception, other guy said she is gone home and she did not tell me.I paid for this hotel and booked for 11 days. I did big mistake to book this. I will contact to Booking.com. This is just advice to all visitors, please do not book this hotel.

The hotel was wonderful, so was the staff. Our room was very well decorated, clean and comfortable. The property is located near the center not far from all the tourist sites. We liked that we were able to park inside of the hotel.
