Um lindo apartamento um tanto envelhecido. O ar condicionado encontra-se apenas na sala de estar e não nos quartos. Situado no 4º andar sob o telhado; Estava muito quente. Além disso, um excelente acolhimento e ao nosso serviço e uma sala de jogos (pingue-pongue) .Para informação, a piscina é muito pequena e no 4º andar o wifi não funciona. As 3 estrelas são para uma ótima recepção

Un hermoso apartamento algo envejecido. El aire acondicionado solo está en la sala de estar y no en los dormitorios. Ubicado en el cuarto piso debajo del techo; hacía mucho calor. Además, una excelente bienvenida y a nuestro servicio y una sala de juegos (ping pong) .Para información, la piscina es muy pequeña y en el 4to piso el wifi no funciona. Las 3 estrellas son para una gran bienvenida.

1- Description not respected ! And Booking seems to be censoring reviews since october 2019 !!
2- During the check-in, the reception tell us that the pool was out of service dues to Health rules from the croatian government ! It was okay if it was the truth, but it wasn’t !! In ALL previous hotels in our road trip in Croatia in the previous days and the day after we could use the pools (Pula, Rijeka, Plitvice, Zadar, etc...) !
3- The bar was not available either !
4- The beach is NOT in 10 minutes walk, but in 10 minutes by car ! (And with a steep drop !)
5- The « hot » water... 5 seconds hot... 5 seconds cold, etc... etc...
6- We chose the payment during the check-in, but... surprise, our credit card was debited 5 days before arrival !
7- If the pool was unavailable for health rules from the government, logically the hot tub too ! We discovered the last night that the hot tub was usable without the reception telling us !
Run away from this accommodation as quickly as possible !

It is always a pleasure to stay here! All the staff and manager are extreamly helpfull and the rooms are nice and clean!!! Breakfast is also a huge advantage!!!!

This hotel is a very cozy place, located in a very centric area. Its a 5 minute drive from the city center. I really don't think there is another place in this city that can beat everything this location has to offer. The accommodation is superb, very spacious room, an extremely comfortable bed, air conditioner, amazing breakfast, pool. Amazinggggg staff, very helpful. If I were you, I would book without hesitation. I was lucky to get the last available room when I stayed however it didn't even feel like it was full. And the breakfast...oh WoW...this property is a 20 out of 10!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. We stayed in the Penthouse, it was great we did not want to leave! So nice to have the pool. I would highly recommend

Room was very nice, much better than originally expected. Food was okay, breakfast is limited but what is there is good. The hotel is VERY small but that worked quite well due to it being empty most of the time.This is around a 10 minute taxi or Uber from the centre of Split. Not walking distance although you can walk to the beach in about 15 minutes.Staff were really friendly and helped us book taxis and local knowlage.
