Deluxe resort for moderate-value price without feeling like you've sacrificed an ounce of quality. The ability to walk to both Epcot and Hollywood Studios is great. Pool area is lush and sprawling with friendly poolside service. Good or bad, the property doesn't give off much of a Disney vibe and there's pretty much no Disney theming on property besides the lobby gift shop. Both Swan and Dolphin distinguish themselves as better resorts to get a workout in - decent gyms are surprising rare at Disney World resorts.

Excellent location and price. The best feature and main reason I stay here is because it's walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood Studios (or take the boat in front) but without the insane Disney hotel prices. Excellent pool area is shared with Dolphin. Rooms are nice but not VERY nice, but for the price I'm not complaining. Beds are very comfortable. Dolphin has a better lobby with a bar if you are with a group and want to meet up for a drink. Restaurants are ok but there are better choices in the area. Self-parking fee is aggressive and the "resort fee" is obnoxious, of course.

Over all, this hotel was great. Pros: clean, friendly staff, nice rooms that are kept up, walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood Studios, Board Walk right next door. Definitely has high Disney standards. Check in was quick and easy and could even be done over the app if you wanted. The room had an A/C that worked well, although it was a little loud when running, so you could be comfortable at whatever temperature works for you. Cons: Costs $29 for parking daily ( $4 more than it costs to park at Hollywood Studios), the food in the little coffee cafe is high (about $7 for a coffee and $7 for a crescent), with social distancing you had to wait person/group by person/group for the elevator at peak times (unless a person was bold enough to let you on with them). Checking in/parking can be confusing at night on the first night. Some rooms next to each other are conjoined for big families who want a second room. So it’s awkward to have a door with a lock going into the next room with another family in there. It wasn’t an issue, but in the morning you could hear the kids fairly easily without a fan (that I brought) blowing for cover noise. Over all, I’d stay again. No real complaints. I just wanted to give an honest review with pros and cons.

Bathrooms need to be updated! Had to call maintenance the first day because the tub wouldn't drain at all to shower. Shower head was very grimy as well. Room was decent but could have been cleaned better for the price. Location is great but I will probably spend the same amount and stay at Coronado again next time. The staff was overall very nice and when we requested extra towels through the app they came promptly - just wish the rooms themselves were a bit nicer.

I have stayed here with my family, for our trips to Disney World. These resorts are amazing! I loved that it was right next to the Boardwalk, so you could dine there if you wanted. And the pools looked amazing, so I would love to visit those on a day off someday. The best part had to be that the resort, despite being a part of Marriott, there was still Disney transportation. I loves the Friendship, and being close to the parks. This Resort is just amazing.

Hotel good for 2-3 nights. Although the rooms are quite spacious, the kitchen and bathroom are unsuitable for 4 people. Bathroom tiny, very acoustic and in addition to the broken door. Ants in the kitchen, no place to prepare a meal. No garden
