Good Hotel in a busy area of bars and restaurants; you will like it if you enjoy crowd. It is at walking distance from Galata tower, the shopping streets, the Bazaar and the port. We had a late booking for 1 night after missing the flight and an early check out.The team of the hotel is excellent; all of them were very nice and welcoming especially Mr. Rodrigues who is professional, very attentive and very keen to provide good customer service. He granted us a Senior Room at an upper floor one of their best rooms; also he left a note to be able to get breakfast at 7h30AM instead of 8 Am. and was continously checking that all is fine. Also Mr. Rami was very nice when we first called the hotel and when we checked out; he is so gentle. The room was comfortable and clean with view on the city. During night the street gets noisy because of the bars but it was acceptable. The breakfast is excellent with a huge variety of delightful turkish cheese, vegetables and desserts. It is unfortunate to have the breakfast room located under the GF but I guess that this is due to lack of space and that the cafe at the reception area cannot accomodate all clients. The hotel is very decent and very good for people who would like to be in a hub area busy at night with music and restaurants and at a walkable distance from many attractions.

A localização é fabulosa, e as pessoas na recepção e no restaurante foram super receptivas e atenciosas conosco. O café da manhã era bom. A área ao redor era muito boa,… perto de todos os cafés e restaurantes de Karakoy e situada muito perto da área comercial Istiklal. Nós amamos a nossa estadia aqui e com certeza gostaria de ficar aqui novamente.

Stayed at this hotel for 10 days. I stayed in one of their standard rooms; the cleanliness and the size of the room was quite fine. The staff at this hotel were great and payed a lot of respect to us and our request.

Parece que tivemos o melhor quarto no último andar com vista panorâmica. A vista não é realmente grande. Prós: bom café da manhã, cama confortável. Das desvantagens: TV inteligente, mas sem a possibilidade de uma conexão estável à Internet; reparo cansado; e o mais importante, enorme menos, devido ao qual não voltarei a este hotel, é o cheiro forte e terrível de fragrâncias no lobby do hotel. O cheiro é tão forte que é difícil pensar em outra coisa senão chegar o mais rápido possível ao quarto ou sair correndo para a rua.
Parece que teníamos la mejor habitación en el último piso con una vista panorámica. La vista no es realmente genial. Ventajas: buen desayuno, cama cómoda. De las desventajas: televisión inteligente, pero sin la posibilidad de una conexión a Internet estable; reparación cansada; y el más importante, gran inconveniente por el cual no volveré a este hotel es el olor fuerte y horrible de las fragancias en el vestíbulo del hotel. El olor es tan fuerte que es difícil pensar en otra cosa que no sea llegar a la habitación lo antes posible o salir corriendo a la calle.

If you have no problems with a really loud Techno Disco next door, with a daily breakfast in the hotels cellar and carelessly cleaned rooms then this is your hotel. However, the staff is very friendly and concerned about the guests. The location is great for all the important tourist highlights in Istanbul.
They gave us what we think is the staff room next to the reception for the staff to rest! We paid normal price for a standard room and made us wait 1 hour and a half to give us that room without a window, they made us pay before we saw the room so we had to stay there for the night, it was horrible, the light for the room was outside, unbelievable. The bathroom had humid toilet paper with stains and there was a fly inside. A very bad experience. Pagamos preço normal por um quarto standard e nos fizeram esperar 1 hora e meia para nos dar aquele quarto sem janela, eles nos fizeram pagar antes de vermos o quarto então tivemos que ficar lá a noite, foi horrível, o a luz do quarto estava do lado de fora, inacreditável. O banheiro tinha papel higiênico úmido com manchas e havia uma mosca dentro. Uma experiência muito ruim.
Good stay! The staff are the top notch friendly and helpful. Definitely worth going up a level in terms of budget for bigger rooms. They did put us in different rooms the first night, but the rooms weren't a detriment compared to what we paid for. Quality is quite high! The finishing quality of the room builds is slightly lacking: oblong glass showers, askew/loose toilet paper holders, things like this. The details are only slightly off. Good value, would recommend. Location is not on the high hill in Galata, but we did that earlier in our trip. Boa estadia! Os funcionários são de primeira qualidade simpáticos e prestativos. Definitivamente vale a pena subir um nível em termos de orçamento para quartos maiores. Eles nos colocaram em quartos diferentes na primeira noite, mas os quartos não eram um prejuízo em comparação com o que pagamos. A qualidade é bastante alta! A qualidade de acabamento das construções da sala é um pouco carente: chuveiros de vidro oblongo, suportes de papel higiênico tortos / soltos, coisas assim. Os detalhes estão apenas um pouco fora. Bom valor, recomendaria. A localização não é na colina alta em Galata, mas fizemos isso no início de nossa viagem.
Pro: New hotel only 2 years old. The hotel is so good and CLEAN!!! Location wise is perfect, worth exploring. Hospitality was amazing could not ask for more. Management was good, there was some missed up in our reservation and they gladly helped us. Breakfast was delicious. Tea in the cafe is free.Cons: Rooms are small. We had hard time finding big cars enough for 6 ppl. Area is extremely crowded, I think this is why we could not find big taxi. There is a casino near by, so you can hear music clearly.I hope they would keep up the good work cause I would definitely book this hotel in the future. Pró: Hotel novo com apenas 2 anos. O hotel é tão bom e limpo!!! A localização é perfeita, vale a pena explorar. A hospitalidade foi incrível, não poderia pedir mais. A gestão foi boa, houve alguns perdidos em nossa reserva e eles nos ajudaram de bom grado. O café da manhã estava delicioso. O chá no café é gratuito.Contras: Os quartos são pequenos. El hotel es tan bueno y LIMPIO!!! En cuanto a la ubicación, es perfecta, vale la pena explorarla. La hospitalidad fue increíble, no se puede pedir más. La gestión fue buena, hubo algunos perdidos en nuestra reserva y con mucho gusto nos ayudaron. El desayuno era delicioso. El té en la cafetería es gratis.Contras: Las habitaciones son pequeñas. Tuvimos dificultades para encontrar autos grandes suficientes para 6 personas. El área está extremadamente concurrida, creo que es por eso que no pudimos encontrar un taxi grande. Nice & Modern Hotel with friendly staff. The manager went out of his way to accommodate us, even help with airport shuttles. My only complaint was that they didn’t clean our rooms while we were there and when we asked why, they told us you need to request cleaning and they don’t automatically clean all rooms. Overall positive experience Nice & Modern Hotel com funcionários simpáticos. O gerente saiu do seu caminho para nos acomodar, até mesmo ajudar com transporte para o aeroporto. Minha única reclamação foi que eles não limparam nossos quartos enquanto estávamos lá e, quando perguntamos por que, eles nos disseram que você precisa solicitar a limpeza e eles não limpam automaticamente todos os quartos. Experiência geral positiva

Personal muy abierto a resolver todas las dudas, hablan muy bien el ingles, hotel bien ubicado a unos pasos para tomar el ferry del bosforo.
El hotel es muy acogedor y la habitación muy limpia. Nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos y el trato del personal fue inmejorable. Fueron muy serviciales y amables en todo momento.

De lejos, LA PEOR experiencia que he tenido durante una estancia en un hotel. Primero reservamos una habitación, que no tenían y propusimos quedarnos una noche en un hotel diferente y luego regresar, indicando que no tenían más habitaciones (todavía tenían habitaciones en booking.com). Después de 2 h de espera nos dieron una habitación.Las habitaciones son extremadamente pequeñas, se ven bonitas, pero una mirada más cercana muestra que un hotel es muy viejo y sucio. El desayuno es en el sótano, sin medidas Covid; la comida era terrible.¡HOLOR TERRIBLE EN EL BAÑO! Al principio olía a solución limpiadora mezclada con amoniaco, nos fuimos a dormir, pero por la mañana el olor era tan fuerte y tóxico que uno no podía quedarse ni un minuto dentro del baño. Después de que le pedí al gerente que viniera personalmente a oler la habitación, estuvo tosiendo durante 5 minutos después de comprobar el olor.¡El gerente y todo eso son extremadamente descortés! Cuando tuvimos problemas con el check in o el olor en la habitación, no les importó mucho, solo dijeron "5 min" y no pasó nada. Cuando pedimos cambiar de habitación debido al olor, nos ofrecieron una habitación sin ventana. Cuando nos negamos, dijeron que no tenían habitaciones (lo cual era una mentira). Después de que nos negamos, se volvieron muy groseros y el gerente estaba dejando la conversación a mitad de camino para agarrar un cigarrillo. Salimos después de la primera noche allí y no recomendaré a nadie que se quede en este terrible hotel.

First we reserved a room, which they didn’t have and proposed to stay one night in a different hotel and then come back, stating that they don’t have any more rooms (they had rooms on booking.com still). The breakfast is in the cellar, without Covid measures; food was terrible.TERRIBLE SMELL IN THE BATHROOM! At first it smelled like cleaning solution mixed with ammonia, we went to sleep, but in the morning the smell was so strong and toxic, one couldn’t stay even a minute inside of the bathroom. After I asked the manager to come personally and smell the room, he was coughing for 5 min after checking the smell.The manager and stuff are extremely impolite! When we had problems with the check in or the smell in the room, they didn’t care much, only saying “5 min” and nothing happened. When asking to change the room due to smell, we were offered a room without a window. When we declined, they said they don’t have any rooms(which was a lie). After we declined, they became very rude and the manager was just leaving the conversation half way to grab a cigarette. We left after the first night there and I won’t recommend to anyone to stay in this terrible hotel.

Tuvimos una habitación grande y limpia, el personal fue muy educado y nos ayudó mucho. Su desayuno también fue un desayuno muy abundante para Estambul. Me encantó estar aquí.
Tínhamos uma grande sala limpa, o pessoal foi muito educado e nos ajudou muito. Seu desjejum também era um farto desjejum para Istambul. Eu adorei aqui.

TODOS os funcionários foram super gentis, prestativos, confiáveis e profissionais, especialmente a garota chamada Sakine deixou uma impressão muito boa. Estuvimos alojados en el hotel por una semana, y déjame decirte… TODOS los empleados fueron súper amables, serviciales, confiables y profesionales, especialmente la chica llamada Sakine dejó una muy buena impresión. Podríamos pedirle algún consejo durante el viaje y su inglés también era bueno. Nos sentimos realmente bienvenidos y vendríamos aquí la próxima vez, definitivamente lo recomiendo 10/10.
We booked a superior room in this hotel specifically based on the photos online, because it looked larger, but we later realized those photos were taken with a wide angle camera. Caution, if you are a light sleeper: it is located on a noisy street (loud music every night, construction work and traffic). Friendly staff but hotel management could be improved. The manager however listened to our concerns and made it up for us before the end of our stay. Breakfast experience was very inconsistent. The floor space is small and packed, therefore social distancing could not be respected. We recommend for the hotel to set a maximum capacity and identify seats to be left empty. In line with local standards, we also recommend that a staff member be in charge of the service at the buffet, or that guests be provided gloves. Last but not least, we haven’t seen any fumigation going on either (we have seen in other hotels, also in Turkey), which made us concerned about sanitation in the rooms and the existence of any protocol for guests who test positive to COVID-19. Temperature is never taken at the entrance and hotel staff sometimes interact with guests without wearing a mask. Note that if you need a PCR test to be taken prior to travel, it can be done at the hotel. The main positive comment is about the location. Very convenient if you plan on walking around a lot. It is also close to the port (called vapur) and tramway (to go to Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosque etc.) Supermarket and several coffee shops / restaurants nearby.
We were staying at the hotel for a week, and let me tell you…ALL employees were super kind, helpful, reliable and professional, especially the girl named Sakine left a very good impression. We could ask her for any advice during the trip and her English was good as well. We felt really welcomed and would come here next time again, definitely recommend 10/10.
Este hotel é o pior hotel que já estive. Os funcionários não falam inglês e não entendem o que você está dizendo. Eu reservei um quarto para 2 pessoas com 2 camas de solteiro, eu consegui um quarto com uma cama de casal, o quarto estava imundo, havia cabelo no chuveiro. Eu falei isso para o gerente, ele não ligou. então eu consegui um quarto para 2 pessoas com a pior vista. se você estiver procurando por vistas, este é o hotel errado. Eu queria o café da manhã no quarto, eles discutiram comigo por que eu queria o café da manhã no quarto. Não acho que eles entendam o que a palavra serviço significa. Quando eu peço comida, tenho que descer até a recepção para pegar a comida. Por que não deixá-lo subir para o quarto? Não compreendo as regras que o hotel segue. O hotel merece 2 estrelas no máximo, instalações e serviços não estão perto do que é declarado no site. Estou extremamente desapontado e nunca irei reservar aquele hotel novamente.
Este hotel es el peor hotel en el que he estado. El personal no habla inglés y no entiende lo que está diciendo. Reservé una habitación para 2 personas con 2 camas individuales, me dieron una habitación con una cama doble, la habitación estaba sucia, había pelos en la ducha. Le dije esto al gerente, no le importaba. así que conseguí una habitación para 2 personas con la peor vista. Si estás buscando vistas, este es el hotel equivocado. Quería desayunar en la habitación, discutieron conmigo por qué quiero desayunar en la habitación. No creo que entiendan lo que significa la palabra servicio. Cuando pedí comida, tengo que bajar a la recepción para recoger la comida. ¿Por qué no dejarlo subir a la habitación? No entiendo qué reglas sigue el hotel. El hotel merece un máximo de 2 estrellas, las instalaciones y el servicio no están cerca de lo que se indica en el sitio web. Estoy increíblemente decepcionado y nunca volveré a reservar ese hotel.
This hotel is the worst hotel I have been to. Staff do not speak English and do not understand what you are saying. I booked a room for 2 people with 2 single bed, I got a room with a double bed, the room was filthy, there was hair in the shower. I told this to the manager, he did not care about it. so i got a room for 2 people with the worst view. if you are looking for views this is the wrong hotel. I wanted breakfast to the room, they discussed with me why I want breakfast in the room. I do not think they understand what the word service means. When I ordered food, I have to go down to the reception to pick up the food. Why not just let him go up to the room? I do not understand what rules the hotel follows. The hotel deserves 2 stars max, facilities and service are not close to what is stated on the website. I am incredibly disappointed and will never book that hotel again.
Muito acolhedor, muito limpo e uma localização privilegiada. No geral, uma estadia perfeita por alguns dias em Istambul. Cafés e restaurantes da moda nas proximidades, distâncias curtas para atrações turísticas e áreas comerciais. Graças ao gerente Tayfun nos sentimos em casa. Homem muito útil, onde poderíamos ir com todas as nossas perguntas. O mesmo se aplica a todos os outros funcionários. Definitivamente recomendado!
Queria fazer uma reserva por telefone, mas depois de várias vezes entre em contato conosco, não houve interação. O dono do hotel queria fazer-nos uma proposta de preço ... há muito que esperávamos mas sem sucesso.É uma pena porque gostamos do hotel nas fotos.
Muy acogedor, muy limpio y en una ubicación privilegiada. En general, una estancia perfecta para unos días en Estambul. Cafés y restaurantes de moda cercanos, distancias cortas a atracciones turísticas y áreas comerciales. Gracias al gerente Tayfun nos sentimos como en casa. Hombre muy servicial al que podríamos acudir con todas nuestras preguntas. Lo mismo se aplica al resto del personal. ¡Definitivamente recomendado!
Quería hacer una reserva por teléfono, pero después de varias veces por favor contáctenos, no hubo interacción. El dueño del hotel quería hacernos una propuesta de precio ... llevamos mucho tiempo esperándola pero sin éxito.Es una pena porque nos gustó el hotel en las fotos.

Dos pontos negativos: - ruído da rua, que atrapalha o sono se tiver as janelas abertas (mas pode escapar do ar condicionado); - pequenos banheiros; -café-da-manhã insípido (mas a esse preço você provavelmente não deve esperar nada melhor). A conclusão é a seguinte: por tanto dinheiro, um hotel bastante decente, com uma localização conveniente para os turistas! Vou recomendar!
De los pros: ¡por el precio es un hotel bastante bueno! Buena renovación dentro de las habitaciones, limpieza diaria, buen piso 0, pequeño pero agradable! Personal educado, trata de ayudar en todo, resuelve todas las preguntas, habla inglés y ruso. Ubicación conveniente cerca del casco antiguo y del Bósforo. De las desventajas: -ruido de la calle, que interfiere con el sueño, si tiene las ventanas abiertas (pero puede escapar del aire acondicionado); -baños pequeños; -Desayunos sin sabor (pero por un precio así probablemente no deberías esperar nada mejor). La conclusión es la siguiente: ¡por tanto dinero, un hotel bastante decente con una ubicación conveniente para los turistas! ¡Lo recomendaré!
A brand new hotel in a central location. It is a facility that has employees who do their job lovingly, from reception to housekeepers, and values its guests. The hotel is located very close to all kinds of shopping, metro stations and all public transportation systems. In addition, there are many restaurants around which you can find almost anything you can think of. Although it is on the street, it has quiet rooms. Tea and coffee making facilities are offered in the rooms. A + cleaning from the room to the corridor and the elevator. It was one of the BEST experience I’ve ever had. The hotel is brand new . Location wise it is in the heart of history. We had fascinated by the Galata Tower view. Also the atmosphere at the hotel is so good . The rooms are very modern , clean and nice . Everyone is showing their hospitality so much. Thanks for everything guys. Hope to see you end of July one more time if you have room available for my family...
