A localização do hotel é realmente conveniente, você pode chegar ao centro em um momento com seu próprio transporte e transporte público. Os quartos são amplos e sossegados, a zona sanitária necessita de renovação.

Que pena ... Estrutura ok ... Mas perderam a minha reserva, tanto do quarto como do restaurante. Esperando uns 20 minutos, mas teria passado sem ele .., considerando que a matriciana em Roma e uma instituição, devem saber fazer direito. Cozinha pobre, caso contrário, na norma.

I expected a way better experience from a 4 stars hotel. Overall, I am very disappointed from the stay in hotel Zone. Below are few points to guide you:
- During the check-in, the receptionist asked us to authorize a pre-auth for our stay otherwise she can't let us in. I would expect such information to be available beforehand.
- The rooms had nothing to do with a 4 stars hotel. It looks like it was a high class hotel in the 70s or 80s, but never maintained since then (it even still had an Oldtimer radio built-in the bed frame… and of course it doesn't work!)
- The bathroom was in an awful state: broken plumbing, deposited soap and lime scales,...just look at the pictures)
- The AC was a nightmare: we were there in January, but the room was boiling. Seems like the AC is centrally managed, and despite turning all the buttons here and there, the room temperature was fixed. We talked to the reception and they were like "we can't change it, maybe try with the control buttons on the AC itself"
- The breakfast was (less than) average for a 4 stars hotel: no wonders there are no pictures of the buffet in the ads. The only "cooked" item was boiled eggs (if you find them!). One day, despite we were down at 9:00 for breakfast, there were no eggs. We asked if they're gonna bring some, the hotel manager replied: "Actually no. We were expecting less people in the breakfast so we only prepared few and they are gone". Like they can't predict the volume they need to prepare based on the number of customers that actually booked a room with breakfast included!!! I understand the hotel manager is trying to "manage" with what's available at her side, but that was a cheap move from a 4 stars hotel!
- The location is really far from city center. There is indeed a free shuttle offered by the hotel, but the places are limited, you need to book way in advance, and the last shuttle back to the hotel is at around 18:00?? (HELL EVEN ON NEW YEAR'S EVE!!!) Like ROME is a living city and has an unbelievable charm at night… and, there's literally NOTHING to do around the hotel after 18:00. I mean, people are usually there for VACATION, not to sleep at 9:00 to wake up early for work!
+ I have to admit: the staff (especially the guys in the restaurant) are very nice and friendly. But honestly, that's not really enough to cover all the negative points I mentioned above
- The icing on the cake: on the room's doors, there's a copy of a so-called "certificate" to prove that the hotel has been awarded a 4 stars level. On the (1st or 2nd) January 2020, they updated the paper by striking the "2019" mention, and writing a "2020" on it :-D had me like "is this even real?"
I can go on to write a 4-page essay on how bad the experience was, but I guess the above detailed bullets (along with the pictures) should convince anyone reading the comments to move ahead and pick another Hotel... better go for a 5 stars as the standard in Rome is not as amazing as it can be elsewhere!

O café da manhã é bom com escolhas decentes. Localizado em um bairro tranquilo. Possibilidade de estacionamento subterrâneo. Sem GLP ou metano.

Lo único bueno son las bonitas instalaciones con bonitas y modernas habitaciones y baños. Hotel bastante distanciado del centro, a una hora andando y 20 minutos en taxi, inconveniente si tu idea es visitar el centro de la ciudad donde están los monumentos más relevantes, disponen de un transporte gratuito que te acerca un poco al centro pero sigue quedando lejos. Desayunos pobres. Mi experiencia no ha sido satisfactoria con el restaurante, fuimos para cenar y pedimos dos platos y una agua para mi y mi pareja. Después de 20 minutos esperando sin que nos sirvieran ni el agua viene el camarero para decirnos que los platos que queríamos no quedaban y teníamos que pedir otras cosas. Nos fuimos enfadados y pusimos queja en la recepción, donde vimos otro huésped enfadado discutiendo por problemas relacionados también con el restaurante y después supimos que hubieron más con nuestra situación y no nos ofrecieron solución. Mala organización, mal servicio y mucha lejanía de los puntos de interés. Para mi las "4 estrellas" por las que pagas no son acordes con el hotel. No volveremos.

There are positives and negatives. If you want to stay at this hotel, be aware it is quite a hike from the center of Rome. So either see everything you need to see first and then come to the hotel just to sleep, or be ready for a taxi drive to do some night touring. There is nothing to see in the area around this hotel, but it does have a lovely veranda for a summer evening. Also, if you want to eat in the hotel's restaurant, they will feed you well, but it will not be an authentic reflection of Italian food. If you are prepared for that, you will not be disappointed. I agreed with another reviewer's assessment of breakfast. Good assortment of foods and good cappuccino. The pillows were hard, but when I asked for a softer pillow, it was provided. I agreed with other reviewer's about the staff- courteous and eager to make it a pleasant experience. And a strange bathroom, as another reviewer described. I agreed about the weak AC. I would not hesitate to stay there again, just as long as I was prepared for little things that were a tad "different."

Very nice, exceptionally clean hotel, provides a variety of breakfast items, not just pastries and coffee. This hotel was extremely helpful to me as I left my little cash pouch in the safe because it was black and I didn't notice and neither did my husband it when we took out our passport. I didn't even know I had left it there until they sent my husband an e-mail the same day stating we had left something in the safe. They worked hard to get it to me before we left to go back home to the U.S. and they figured out that it would cost me less to have it just shipped to my home in the U.S. All the money was still there when it arrived at my house! Very honest folks there! I highly recommend this hotel! It's close to the bus line and the metro.

En general tuvimos una estancia en el hotel muy agradable y tranquila. El personal fue muy amable y simpático. El desayuno bastante correcto. La limpieza muy correcta y la habitación amplia. La zona es muy tranquila, lo único que está un poco alejado del centro historico pero tienen un minibus lanzadera gratuito previa reserva en recepción. Repetiríamos.

Fue muy agradable alojarnos en este hotel, con parking privado para nuestro auto y sin ningún coste. También para comodidad de los clientes tienen un servicio de microbús q te lleva hasta el centro de la ciudad, muy cómodo. La atención muy buena, la higiene en general y el servicio de cena, he de señalar que el desayuno no era escaso pero sí que podría ser un poco más variado. La atención del personal fue muy buena
