The hotel was horrible no coffee maker in the room stink including the refrigerator also there was no breakfast/lack of breakfast and they should provide shuttle to take you to the metlife stadium there was no coffee maker. Also we're never coming back. also please don't go to this hotel it's horribledisgusting

Wow!! The first thing I saw were people Lotering outside.next the frent desk informed their is no house keeping. Then she tells me if u want clean towels you have to bring the dirty ones to from desk. Ok time to go get breakfast no decaf. Muffins and evolops of oatmeal.and if you don't get there by 10:00 it's gone.We We will never ever recommend the place to any one. The star is for the room's being pretty clean.

No decent breakfast. No shuttle to met stadium. Room smell, no coffee maker in room. Uber suck. Had to wait. 3.5 hours for them. Loud music across the hall. Hallway smell. Weed. Rug smell. Never coming back ever. And do not recommend nobody to go to this hotel

Postagem enganosa. Esta instalação NÃO oferece café da manhã. Só tem café. A equipe da recepção, embora muito gentil, adiou todas as perguntas à gerência.A localização é ótima. As instalações estão ok. A roupa de cama e os móveis eram limpos e confortáveis. Os corredores e elevadores fedorentos poderiam ser abordados. Maçanetas quebradas e banheira lascada. Não havia absolutamente nenhum prato, itens essenciais para cozinhar, então qualquer pessoa que precisasse cozinhar uma refeição deve trazer tudo.

Pelo preço valeu a pena. Parece que está em reforma. Em todos os quartos estavam limpos. O chuveiro do banheiro tinha algum molde superficial na calafetagem, mas tenho certeza de que é exatamente isso que me fez parecer alcançar. Era mínimo no canto do chuveiro. Tenho certeza de que na próxima vez que estiver lá, será abordado. Como eu disse, há muita construção e reforma acontecendo. No geral pelo preço valeu a pena. Definitivamente, tente fazer um acordo on-line com alguns dos aplicativos. Foi uma estadia curta mas valeu a pena.

Misleading post. This facility DOES NOT offer breakfast. There is only coffee. Front desk staff, although very kind, deferred all questions to management. The location is great. Facilities are ok. The bedding and furniture were clean and comfortable. The smelly hallways and elevators could be addressed. Broken door handles and chipped tub. There were absolutely no plates, cooking essentials so anyone needing to cook a meal must bring everything.

I'm giving this a poor review before ever stepping foot within for the simple fact that this establishment has been around for how long? And nobody, employee or from corporate ever verified the location with Google Maps to make sure that people can find this location easily.. It's sad when the location that people get routed to, with this exact address, this locations phone number and all other information have to have a print out ready for all the people who get routed to the wrong location.. You're welcome for the google maps edit i've made and hopefully gets approved to save the 1000s of others that will walk through the doors... smh

For the price it was worth it. Seems like there's renovation going on. Over all the rooms were clean. The bathroom shower had some superficial molding in the caulk but I'm sure that's just the thing that made me seem to catch up to. It was minimal in the corner of the shower. I'm sure that the next time I am there it will be addressed. As I said there is a lot of construction and remodeling going on. Overall for the price it was worth it. Definitely try to get a deal online with some of the apps. It was a short stay but worth it.

Levantei no meio da noite para usar o banheiro e vi uma barata. Este foi totalmente não vale o dinheiro que pagamos para ficar aqui. Eu estou muito desapontado! Havia lixo na lixeira quando fizemos o check-in e ninguém veio no dia seguinte para esvaziar o lixo, verificar o quarto, limpar, substituir a caixa de lenços vazia, nada.

Se eu pudesse dar este lugar há estrelas gostaria. O quarto é muito desatualizado. Tem pratos quentes para cozinhar que se parecem com eles aqui desde a década de 60. A água no banheiro nunca got quente. Quando ligamos para reclamar eles disseram que talvez transformá-lo para o lado frio tornaria quente. Ele não o fez. Então, eu e meu parceiro teve que tomar banhos mornos. Os cobertores são difíceis e duras. Então, quando chegou tarde da noite a nossa chave não estava funcionando. Liguei para a recepção ninguém respondeu. Chamado após assistência horas e eles disseram que ninguém estava respondendo suas chamadas também. Alguém hospedado no hotel nos deixar entrar, nós tentamos a chave para ir ao nosso quarto, não estava funcionando. Voltou para a recepção chamado após assistência horas novamente e disseram-nos, por vezes, os trabalhadores estão se escondendo na lavanderia. E eles foram bem, nós temos o cara para sair e ele vai pedir-nos nós também tentar chamar .... Como sim por quase uma hora e bateu nas janelas, se você está administrando a recepção, na verdade, fazer o seu trabalho. Eu não recomendo este lugar a ninguém.

Fizemos o check-in e saímos 13/04/22-13/04/22!!! Arrependi-me de reservar este hotel no momento em que desci do elevador. As fotos definitivamente enganam você. O cheiro é uma mistura de mofo, animais, fumaça, maconha, uma casa de repouso e sujeira. O banheiro e a cozinha são nojentos e desatualizados. A geladeira tinha pequenos insetos. O quarto era absolutamente horrível. E eu acho que as pessoas vivem lá. A única coisa boa foi o anfitrião. Ela foi gentil e entendeu totalmente minhas preocupações. Ela me deu um reembolso total.

If i could give this place no stars i would. The room is very outdated. Has hot plates to cook that look like they been here since the 60’s. The water in the bathroom never got hot. When we called to complain they said that maybe turning it to the cold side would make it hot. It did not. So me and my partner had to take lukewarm showers. The blankets are hard and stiff. Then when we arrived late at night our key wasn’t working. Called the front desk no one answered. Called after hours assistance and they said nobody was answering their calls as well. Someone staying at the hotel let us in, we tried the key to go to our room, wasn’t working. Went back to the front desk Called after hours assistance again and they told us, sometimes the workers are hiding in the laundry room. And they were right, we got the guy to come out and he’s gonna ask us did we try calling…. Like yes for almost an hour and we banged on the windows, if you’re managing the front desk, actually do your job. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
