(+) A localização é ótima e o café da manhã também é muito bom. (-) Hotel antigo, precisando de reformas. O funcionário que fez check in foi super grosseiro e impaciente e o que fez o check out me chamou um táxi que fez a corrida na bandeira 2, e não quis me explicar o porquê. Tirando os funcionários, o hotel é bom no geral.

Solo era una noche y encontré una oferta de una habitación individual. Muy pequeña,el colchón muy viejo, las tuberías pasaban por la mitad de la habitación. Eso si, tanto la habitación como el baño muy limpios. Tenían bufete para el desayuno,no estaba mal, pero no había mucha variedad. Para una noche el hotel está bien, pero para largas estancias por lo menos la habitación individual , no es apetecible.

The hotel was ok. But for the price we have expected something more. It was old and on the pictures it looked better then the reality. Plus there was an extra charge 12 € for the parking... And btw what are this pillars about?

Esta muy bien situado, cerca de la estación de tren y a poca distancia del centro. El hotel está un poco anticuado, las habitaciones son un poco incómodas con columnas por el medio que hacen que parezcan más pequeñas tienen aire acondicionado aunque hay mucha sensación de un edad. El desayuno no estaba mal y la atención fue correcta.

Good hotel. They are renewing some rooms, so I hope I'll have the chance to see them in the future. I got older room, but was clean, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Location very good. Breakfast OK, standard.

Un buen hotel. El servicio es correcto, el personal es muy atento, la habitación cómoda. La ubicación, sobre todo para el viajero que se traslada en tren, es excelente. Solo hay que cruzar la calle para arribar. Es muy fácil recorrer el centro histórico, a pocas cuadras.

Nice hotel and like the rest of Zagreb, very nice people, I got a cut on my toe from somewhere else and the night staff provided first aid very promptly. Rooms are clean, bathrooms are nice, only wish that they had non-slip bathroom floor. Very good location.

Considering we rolled into Zagreb in the dead of night, without reservations and managed to get a room for our one night stay, we did well with this hotel. It was clean, comfortable and had a marvelous free breakfast in its humongous dining room. It was a short stay but a v. good one. We tried to get a room a week or so later, but sadly the hotel was fully booked. I'd definitely stay there again.
