Muito bom, uma excelente vista e o meu a dizer dele eu lidar com toda a equipe que trabalha lá e como eles dão-lhe um cartão para ele. Entrada para o quarto os quartos são amplos os serviços de higiene também é um ótimo hotel e para não mencionar a atenção é muito boa é totalmente aconselhável 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Parecia 3 estrelas, aparentemente as restrições do município e do governo cancelaram alguns serviços como o bar, caso contrário, sua estadia de colorau é muito boa, a piscina e fica anexo ao shopping.

Eu dou uma estrela só parquet não pode ser memorandos de pôquer. Em primeiro lugar, na primeira noite não conseguimos dormir porque o ar condicionado não funcionava. Em seguida, pedimos toalhas de mão e eles só nos deram uma toalha de mão para nós dois. Terceiro, o chuveiro deixou a água estagnada enquanto tomávamos banho. Quarto eles nos deram algumas toalhas velhas e quinto hoje nós acordamos sem água às 7h30 e todo o hotel cheirava horrível.Dizem que é um hotel 5 estrelas, mas é 1start para ser generoso. Temos problemas com o AC. Com o ralo da banheira, com toalhas velhas e ásperas uma falta de toalhas. Hoje temos que sair cedo do hotel, mas não havia água para os chuveiros. Demorou dois dias para finalmente consertar o ralo da banheira. Muito Insatisfeito

Le doy una estrella solo parquet no se puede poker memos. En primer lugar la primera noche no pudimos dormir porque el aire acondicionado no functionaba. Luego pedimos toallas de mano y solo nos dieron una toalla de mano para los dos. Tercero la ducha dejaba el agua estancada mientras nos duchamos. Cuarto nos dieron unas toallas viejas y quinto hoy amanecimos sin agua a la 7:30am y todo el hotel apestaba horrible.They say is a 5 stars hotel but it is 1start to be generous. We have problems with the AC. With the tub drain, with old ruggedy towels an shortage of towels. Today we have to leave the hotel early but there was no water for showers. It took two days to finally come to fix the drain in the tub. Very dissatisfied

Habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias, bien equipadas. Muy buena atención. La música del área social en el cuarto piso debería apagarse a las 10:00 pm, los huéspedes buscan descanso. El restaurante muy bueno.

Muy bueno, Una excelente vista y mi que decir de él trato de todo el personal que trabaja ahí y lo bueno que te dan una tarjeta para el. Ingreso al cuarto las habitaciones son amplias los servicios higiénicos también es un gran hotel y ni que decir de la atención es muy buena queda totalmente recomendable 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Three nights here. Bad services. Noise Every night of works in the area directly above the room around 1am. Thé staff didnt help. The might have tried but nothing changed. it is visually speaking a décent hotel. Great breakfast. Noisy place again. Free Shuttle to thé airport (not flexible). Overall thé hotel is for sleeping and that really not their strong hand.

Exactly what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. I enjoyed the pool, it has a wide view of the city. The buffet breakfast was great.

Well accommodated rooms wich means they have everyhting you need for your trip to Tumbes. Prices are a little exagerated for the city. Highly recommended!

Good hotel, beautiful building, it's not my first Wyndham (Miami and Guayaquil), but it is the first time that I have to wait 3 hours to get a room. I arrived at 11am, but because check in time it's at 2pm I'm still waiting on reception.
At 2pm I asked about my room, front desk lady with no eye contact gave to an other front desk employee a room number (# 100) and the room was dirty, waiting 3 hours for this?
Unbelievable.
Worst customer service ever. Bad front desk service. I would not recommend this hotel because of that. Do you?.
At the same day at dinner and next day at breakfast. Was totally different experience. A delicious food and waitresses with great customer service skills. Do I have to change my initial mind? May be.
