Boa confortável hotel moderno no centro de Slough, adorável bom valor, com acervo considerável e camas. Foi bom e tranquilo também para uma boa noite de sono. A equipe atenciosa e amigável. Local ideal para ficar se na área, e apenas a cinco minutos a pé da principal estação ferroviária em Slough.

While checking in the receptionist was particularly rude and snippy, when we got to the room it smelled of smoke and bearing in mind I'd booked for me and my partner there was only one towel and one set of pillows. When we called down to ask for more towels the same snippy woman from check in those are the amount of towels that come with the room, then when my partners advised her there are two of us she agreed to give us an extra towel. We went out for dinner and it was a cold night. We were quite happy for the warm room, but after a few hours we realised there was no breeze and we were both uncomfortably hot. The room was advertised as having air-conditioning. We called down to reception to see if anything could be done and the receptionist confirmed he'd reset the air-conditioning manually for room 433, not our room. my partner went down to speak to receptionist who advised him there was nothing he could do and they had no fans so we just had to deal with it. When he asked why we weren't pre warned we were told again there's nothing we can do. Won't be staying here again. Worst premier inn I've stayed in.

Me alojé aquí para el cumpleaños de mi hijo y luego fuimos Legoland, que está a 13 minutos en coche. El personal limpio y ordenado del hotel y de las habitaciones es encantador, amable y servicial. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

Os funcionários da tarde foram úteis, eu estacionei do lado de fora por 10 minutos e ganhei um bilhete de estacionamento tho, 😂. Minha própria culpa, eu sei. Os funcionários da manhã eram muito lentos. Demoramos tanto para conseguir um assento que já tínhamos reservado, acabamos apenas indo para outro lugar. O quarto era bom.

Staff in the afternoon were helpful, I parked outside for 10 mins and got a parking ticket tho, 😂. My own fault I know. Staff in the morning were very slow. Took so long to get a seat that we had already booked, we ended up jsut going somewhere else. Room was good.

Stayed here for my sons birthday and then went legoland which is a 13 min drive away. Clean and tidy hotel and room staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Muy buena ubicación y trato amable. Precio razonable para una buena noche de sueño. El desayuno era excelente, mi hijo tenía segundos cada mañana ?! 😁 El único inconveniente es que no limpian la habitación o ni siquiera entran a la habitación durante la estancia, por lo que debes preguntar en recepción si necesitas toallas limpias o cualquier otra cosa. Te lo proporcionan en recepción y debes llevarlo a tu habitación de inmediato. Todo debido a la situación de Covid19.

O café da manhã foi excelente, meu filho tinha segundos todas as manhãs ?! 😁 A única desvantagem é que eles não limpam o quarto nem entram no quarto durante a estadia, então você precisa perguntar na recepção se precisa de toalhas limpas ou qualquer outra coisa. Eles fornecem você na recepção e você precisa levá-lo para o seu quarto imediatamente. Tudo devido à situação da Covid19.

Very good location and friendly service. Reasonable price for a good night sleep. The breakfast was excellent, my son had seconds every morning?! 😁 The only down side is that they don't clean the room or even enter the room during the stay, so you need to ask at reception if you need clean towels or anything else. They provide you at reception and you need to take it to your room right away. All due to the Covid19 situation.

Buen hotel ... pero el hotel está defectuoso, no hay aislamiento entre las habitaciones, así como los baños dentro !!! El hotel está muy limpio y el personal es muy amable y servicial.

Good comfortable modern hotel in central Slough, lovely good value rooms, with decent furnishings and beds. Was nice and quiet too for a good night's sleep. Staff both helpful and friendly. Ideal place to stay if in the area,and just five minutes walk from the main railway station in Slough.
