I had the pleasure of spending my 30th birthday here. Staff went out of their way to make me feel special and taken care throughout my stay. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous and equipped with drinks (alcoholic and non) and chocolate, refilled daily although some items aren't free. The location is downtown and right next door to a club and eating establishments but I personally wasn't bothered by the noise. Guess I couldn't hear them soaking in the huge bath, sipping champagne, with the fireplace on? Tive o prazer de passar meu aniversário de 30 anos aqui. A equipe saiu do seu caminho para me fazer sentir especial e cuidado durante toda a minha estadia. Os quartos são absolutamente lindos e equipados com bebidas (alcoólicas e não) e chocolate, reabastecidos diariamente, embora alguns itens não sejam gratuitos. A localização é no centro e ao lado de um clube e restaurantes, mas eu pessoalmente não me incomodei com o barulho. Acho que eu não podia ouvi-los mergulhando na banheira enorme, bebendo champanhe, com a lareira acesa?

El personal hizo todo lo posible para que me sintiera especial y cuidado durante mi estancia. Intense, vibrating bass pounded unceasingly up through the walls and floors. The sliding doors leading out on the street acted little better than rice-paper. And after the music stopped, there were the lulling sounds drunken patrons, fights and broken bottles... It was a literal 'waking' nightmare.Maybe I'd let it slide if I was staying in less up-market venue (five-star), but for this price I expect more. Amazed this hasn't come up in a review before (I read them before booking). Tão bom quanto tudo estava na superfície, se é muito barulhento para dormir, qual é o sentido?A música dos clubes de dança próximos foi até as 4 da manhã em todas as 3 noites em que estive lá (quinta-feira, sexta-feira e sábado). Graves intensos e vibrantes martelavam incessantemente pelas paredes e pisos. As portas de correr que davam para a rua funcionavam pouco melhor do que papel de arroz. E depois que a música parou, houve os sons de embalar os clientes bêbados, brigas e garrafas quebradas... Foi um pesadelo literal de 'acordar'.Talvez eu deixasse passar se estivesse hospedado em um local menos sofisticado (cinco estrelas), mas por esse preço espero mais. Espantado que isso não apareceu em uma revisão antes (eu os li antes da reserva).

Tan agradable como todo estaba en la superficie, si es demasiado ruidoso para dormir, ¿cuál es el punto?La música de los clubes de baile cercanos fue hasta las 4 am durante las 3 noches que estuve allí (jueves, viernes y sábado). Los bajos intensos y vibrantes golpeaban incesantemente a través de las paredes y los pisos. Las puertas correderas que daban a la calle actuaban poco mejor que el papel de arroz. Y después de que la música se detuvo, hubo sonidos arrulladores de clientes borrachos, peleas y botellas rotas... They really have thought of everything, from the open fire in the room, the balcony, the Eames chair, Alpaca throws, heated floor, fresh milk in the morning, dining credit, central location, friendly staff, valet parking... even a bag of sweets and a handwritten note left in the car for the onward journey. I cannot fault it. Cheap at double the price. Este é o melhor hotel de 5 estrelas em que já fiquei - e já fiquei em muitos em todo o mundo. This is a spectacular5- Star hotel with top level service, professional and welcoming staff, delicious food and located right in the middle of Queenstown's beautiful waterfront shopping and dining area! Our suite was gorgeous and large. Spotlessly clean room andlarge beautiful bathroom. Wonderfully spacious closet area as well. It felt like a home instead of a hotel. We will definitely return!!! Este é um espetacular hotel 5 estrelas com serviço de alto nível, equipe profissional e acolhedora, comida deliciosa e localizado bem no meio da bela área comercial e gastronômica à beira-mar de Queenstown! My partner and I had a wonderful stay at The Spire. The staff were great and always available, the room was spacious and immaculately clean and the location is great.
