We had used this hotel for a block for my wedding in October 2020. There was many issues.
1. When I called in to verify the block, I was told there wasn't a block. I was also told this when I came in to drop off wedding bags for my guest two days before my wedding. I emailed and called the rep many times and no reply.
2. I was informed by my guests that they found old french fries in the cabinet in their room from the previous guest (they sent me a picture) and also candy wrappers in another room.
3. When we moved the block they didn't inform our guest, who reserved a room, but moved their reservation without notification and not for the correct days.
4. Also, the guests found it was cheaper to go online vs the block too.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel for hotel blocks even though there isn't any arbitrations. I was embarrassed and disappointed for my family members who were attending our wedding.

Eu fiquei em Best Western plus Hannaford com minha família. Eu e minha irmã tínhamos um quarto separado com duas camas queen size. Era muito limpo, as camas eram confortáveis a equipe era tão amigável. É tão perto do shopping Kenwood e de muitos restaurantes. Eu adoraria voltar e ficar aqui quando o tempo ficar melhor, pois é muito perto do meu parque de diversões favorito Kings Island.

Me alojé en el Best Western Plus Hannaford con mi familia. Mi hermana y yo teníamos una habitación separada con dos camas tamaño queen. Estaba muy limpio, las camas eran cómodas, el personal era muy amable. Está tan cerca del centro comercial Kenwood y de muchos restaurantes. Me encantaría volver y quedarme aquí cuando el clima mejore, ya que está muy cerca de mi parque de atracciones favorito Kings Island.

I stayed in Best western plus Hannaford with my family. Me and my sister had separate room with two queen size beds. It was very clean, beds were comfy staff was so friendly. It is so close to the Kenwood mall and lots of restaurants. I would love to come back and stay here when weather gets better since its really close to my favorite Amusement park Kings Island.

Vine a la salida Cincinnati y este hotel fue increíble! El personal de recepción fue muy servicial y conocedor de la zona y me ayudó a elegir buenos lugares para ir a ver y comer. Increíble ubicación al otro lado de la calle del Kenwood Mall. ¡Definitivamente regresaré para quedarme aquí de nuevo!

Came to checkout Cincinnati and this hotel was amazing! The front desk staff was so helpful and knowledgable about the area and helped me pick great places to go and see and eat. Amazing location across the street from the Kenwood Mall!! I will definitely be coming back to stay here again!!

Este Best Western foi o pior hotel em que já me hospedei ***As banheiras nos dois quartos que eu estava mudando não eram ambos até os meus melhores padrões ocidentais, tenho certeza. As molas o parafuso o tampão de drenagem nas banheiras estavam faltando as molas, então os tampões de drenagem não parafusaram para segurar a água na banheira .. na 3ª mudança de quarto, eu estava me perguntando o que é o próximo cabelo preto comprido encontrado no toalhas no banheiro, tomada de luz não funcionava no banheiro, mofo sob a saboneteira do chuveiro. Eu gostaria de poder adicionar fotos.

Este Best Western fue el peor hotel en el que me he alojado ***Las bañeras en las dos habitaciones a las que me cambiaron no estaban a la altura de mis mejores estándares occidentales, estoy seguro. Los resortes el tornillo el tapón de drenaje en las tinas faltaban los resortes, por lo que los tapones de drenaje no se atornillarían para mantener el agua en la tina ... para el tercer movimiento de la habitación, me preguntaba qué sigue con el pelo largo y negro toallas en el baño, enchufe de luz no funcionaba en el baño, moho negro debajo de la jabonera de la ducha. Ojalá pudiera agregar imágenes.

The tubs in the two rooms I was change to were both not up to my best Western standards im sure.
The springs the screw the drain plug in the tubs were missing the springs so the drain plugs won't screw down the hold the water in the tub.. by the 3rd room move, I was just wondering what's next found long black hair on the towels in the bathroom, light socket didn't work in the bathroom, black mold under the shower soap dish. I wish I could add pictures.

Fiquei aqui no fim de semana passado. Eu estava reservado para duas noites, mas fiz check-out depois de uma. A mulher na recepção quando eu fiz o check-in foi muito rude. O quarto estava imundo. A cama era extremamente desconfortável. Havia mofo rosa e preto no banheiro. Eu já esteve aqui uma vez antes de um ano ou mais atrás e foi bom, mas realmente decaiu e eu não vou ficar aqui novamente.

Stayed here this past weekend. I was booked for two nights, but checked out after one. The woman at the desk when I checked in was very rude. The room was filthy. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. There was pink and black mold in the bathroom. I have stayed here once before a year or so ago and it was fine, but it has REALLY gone downhill and I will not be staying here again.

This hotel was horrible. They made me put a $100 deposit in cash. That was not mentioned on Hotels.com. only two towels in the room. Said the pool was open when I booked but was not. Plug-in separating from the wall. Bed was horrible.DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

There was a problem when we checked in. My husband found an online deal, which the front desk lady had to be pressed to honor. The room was not cleaned well. I strongly suggest bringing your own clorox wipes and pillowcase ( just in case). I will say there were no bugs and the bed was extremely comfortable!
