The location They did not state their pet policy and rules. I called multiple times about our reservation with questions. I was jever once advised on my pet and their policy i had a whole day planned for my kids and that changed once i read their pet policy.

The hotel had a relaxed yet upscale look. It was clean and located close to my destination The manager on duty was pleasant and very helpful when I asked for local places to eat. I was told the hotel was smoke free, and if I did smoke there was a fee that would be charged. When I got to my room, it reeked of smoke. I told the manager on duty and we when back to the room to verify. He apologized and set me up in a new room.

The location was convenient. The hotel itself was clean and inviting. Staff were friendly. Our room itself was fairly dirty. I doubt that the floor in the room had been vacuumed, and we found a pill on the floor, dirt and food.

All of the stuff outside the room was great. 24 hour cookies, great breakfast. Pool and large hot tub. Price with price breaker The room seemed old, poorly lit room has a lamp with no bulb. Pillow was flat, I'm sure they would have fixed this if I called. Bathroom had some peeling paint in corners.A new $20 faucet and valve would have greatly improved shower

The hotel was in a great location for what we needed. Staff was friendly and courteous. Hotel is showing it is somewhat out of date. No USB ports available in the room and why the hotel offers free Wi-Fi it is not password protected leaving the connection unsecured which would allow person(s) to intercept your username and passwords.
