Como um nativo de Birmingham Michigan visitando de Miami, foi realmente um prazer ficar neste novo hotel. O lugar é lindo, bem moderno misturado com meados do século, e as pessoas são super atenciosas. Não nos lembramos da última vez que ficamos em algum lugar com uma experiência tão boa e sem esforço. Cada andar tem sua própria despensa recheada de guloseimas para os hóspedes, a academia é super, e o bar e restaurante do hotel são ótimos! Recomendo!
Como nativo de Birmingham Michigan que visitaba Miami, fue realmente un placer hospedarme en este nuevo hotel. El lugar es precioso, muy moderno mezclado con mediados de siglo, y la gente es súper atenta. No podemos recordar la última vez que nos alojamos en un lugar con una experiencia tan buena y sin esfuerzo. Cada piso tiene su propia despensa llena de golosinas para los huéspedes, el gimnasio es excelente y el bar y el restaurante del hotel son geniales. ¡Lo recomiendo encarecidamente!
As a native of Birmingham Michigan visiting from Miami, it was truly a delight to stay at this new hotel. The place is gorgeous, very modern mixed with mid-century, and the people are super attentive. We cannot remember the last time staying somewhere with such a good and effortless experience. Each floor has its own pantry packed with goodies for the guests, the gym is super, and the hotel bar and restaurant are great! Highly recommend it!
Excelente localização no coração de Birmingham, MI. Mas apenas a 20 minutos de carro do centro de Detroit. Bem a uma curta distância de muitas lojas e restaurantes que a cidade tem para oferecer. O atendimento ao cliente superou em muito minhas expectativas. Ambiente chique, chique, sofisticado e sofisticado no bar. Great location in the heart of Birmingham, MI. But just a short 20 minute drive to downtown Detroit. Well within walking distance to many shops, and dining venues the city has to offer. Customer service far exceeded my expectations. Chic, swanky, sophisticated, upscale atmosphere at the bar. Rooms are immaculately designed, free pantry of snacks on each floor. The Daxton would easily fit perfectly in Miami, New York or LA however, it belongs to Birmingham, MI.
The staff was outstanding, rooms were large and clean with wonderful amenities. LOVED the cupboard on each floor filled with drinks and snack at n/c. Lori Butts, the Director of Front Office was AMAZING. Lori always made sure we had what we needed and had a great attitude. You can tell the employees must be treated well by their employer as they all seemed happy to be working at the Daxton. They treat their guests with well!
A genuinely superb property. I have stayed at fine properties all over the world. The Daxton stands out as one of the finest, and indeed the finest suburban properties in which I have stayed. Sublime service, beautifully appointed rooms, great food, even better drinks, and a wonderful experience. This is the type of property you enjoy for any occasion.
Amo este hotel. Eu fiquei cerca de meia dúzia de vezes para o trabalho. Há uma pequena despensa em cada andar com lanches e bebidas. Especialmente apreciar que eles não níquel e centavo convidados para cada pequena coisa como garrafas de água. Os quartos são confortáveis e bem projetados. A equipe é muito simpática e os quartos são cuidadosamente limpos todos os dias.
Me encanta este hotel. Me he alojado una media docena de veces por trabajo. Hay una pequeña despensa en cada piso con bocadillos y bebidas. Aprecie especialmente que no cobren cinco centavos a los invitados por cada pequeña cosa, como botellas de agua. Las habitaciones son cómodas y están bien diseñadas. El personal es muy amable y las habitaciones se limpian a fondo todos los días.
Love this hotel. I've stayed about a half dozen times for work. There's a little pantry on every floor with snacks and drinks. Especially appreciate that they don't nickel and dime guests for every little thing like bottles of water. The rooms are comfortable and nicely designed. The staff is really friendly and rooms are thoroughly cleaned everyday.
O Daxton Hotel é um lindo hotel com um lindo lobby e quartos incríveis. Eu e meu marido fomos para o fim de semana e o hotel não decepcionou. O manobrista foi rápido e eficiente cada vez que precisávamos de nosso carro e o concierge foi alto nível. MAS fiquei muito decepcionado com a arrumação. Nós estávamos lá por 2 noites, sexta-feira à noite e sábado à noite e arrumação não participou do nosso quarto em qualquer ponto no sábado. Nós fomos o dia todo no sábado, coloque a placa para dizer que teríamos ido o dia todo e no nosso retorno às 22h no sábado à noite nenhuma arrumação havia participado do nosso quarto. Para o preço que você paga por este hotel, você deve estar recebendo serviços de limpeza. MAS, no domingo de manhã, às 10h, houve uma batida na porta e foi a arrumação perguntando se faríamos o check-out mais cedo porque eles queriam começar a limpar nosso quarto. Check-out foi às 11h, não às 10h. Se não fosse por essas questões, o hotel teria sido incrível.
El Daxton Hotel es un hermoso hotel con un hermoso vestíbulo y habitaciones increíbles. Mi esposo y yo fuimos el fin de semana y el hotel no me decepcionó. El servicio de aparcacoches fue rápido y eficiente cada vez que necesitábamos nuestro automóvil y el conserje fue de primera categoría. PERO me decepcionó mucho el servicio de limpieza. Estuvimos allí por 2 noches, el viernes por la noche y el sábado por la noche y el servicio de limpieza no asistió a nuestra habitación en ningún momento el sábado. Estuvimos fuera todo el día el sábado, pusimos el letrero para decir que estaríamos fuera todo el día y, a nuestro regreso a las 10 pm el sábado por la noche, ningún servicio de limpieza había asistido a nuestra habitación. Por el precio que paga por este hotel, debería obtener servicios de limpieza. PERO el domingo por la mañana a las 10 am llamaron a la puerta y el servicio de limpieza preguntó si saldríamos temprano porque querían comenzar a limpiar nuestra habitación. La salida fue a las 11 am, no a las 10 am. Si no fuera por estos problemas, el hotel habría sido increíble.
The Daxton Hotel is a beautiful hotel with a gorgeous lobby and amazing rooms. Myself and my husband went for the weekend and the hotel did not disappoint. The valet were fast and efficient each time we needed our car and the concierge was top notch. BUT I was very disappointed in the housekeeping. We were there for 2 nights, Friday night and Saturday night and housekeeping did not attend our room at any point on Saturday. We were gone all day on Saturday, put the sign out to say we would be gone all day and upon our return at 10pm on Saturday night no housekeeping had attended our room. For the price you pay for this hotel you should be getting housekeeping services. BUT on Sunday morning at 10am there was a knock on the door and it was housekeeping asking if we would be checking out early because they wanted to start cleaning our room. Check out was at 11am, not 10am. If it wasn't for these issues the hotel would have been amazing.

O Daxton é um 10 de 10! Eu viajo muito e fico em tudo, desde hotéis de destino internacional de luxo de 5 estrelas a hotéis domésticos de 3 estrelas à beira da estrada; Daxton oferece o luxo, qualidade F&B e serviço impecável do primeiro e (praticamente) o preço razoável do último. Em outras palavras, o melhor valor que eu já vi! É propriedade local e o proprietário e os funcionários têm muito orgulho em proporcionar uma experiência memorável. Minha impressão é que todos trabalham em hospitalidade porque amam o negócio, não porque é um salário. Não consigo entender como alguém pode ter uma experiência negativa que não foi sua própria culpa. O que mais posso dizer......
Tivemos um desastre em nossa casa e tivemos que sair às pressas com nossos animais de estimação. Donna estava nos esperando e não poderia ter sido mais acolhedora para todos nós. Tanto Donna quanto Jodi foram muito confortáveis, profissionais e alegres. Eles realmente ajudaram a nos deixar à vontade durante algumas das circunstâncias mais estressantes para nós. Eles fizeram questão de nos contar sobre a noite de Jazz às quintas-feiras e outros eventos divertidos pela cidade. Kat e Chris são barmen fabulosos, oferecendo excelente serviço e sugestões. The Daxton is a 10 out of 10! I travel a lot and stay in everything from 5 Star luxury international destination hotels to 3 Star roadside domestic hotels; Daxton provides the luxury, quality F&B, and impeccable service of the former and (practically) the reasonable pricing of the latter. In other words, the best value I've ever seen!It is locally owned and the owner and staff take great pride in providing a memorable experience. My impression is that they all work in hospitality because they love the business, not because it's a paycheck. I cannot fathom how anyone could have a negative experience that wasn't their own fault. What more can I say......
We had a disaster in our home and had to leave in a hurry with our pets.Donna was expecting us and could not have been more welcoming to us all.Both Donna and Jodi were very accommodating, professional and cheerful.They really helped put us at ease during some of the most stressful circumstances for us.They made sure to tell us about Jazz night on Thursdays and other fun events around town.Kat and Chris are fabulous bartenders providing excellent service and suggestions. I cant say enough about the hotel, the staff, and the service. I would give them a 10 if I could!

O atendimento ao cliente foi além das nossas expectativas desde o momento em que chegamos para fazer o check-in até a partida. Cada pessoa foi genuína, profissional, atenciosa e muito divertida. O hotel é absolutamente lindo, nosso quarto era fantástico e o tempo que passamos foi tão agradável. Nós voltaremos!!! Um grito muito especial para o cavalheiro no check-in do restaurante que me trouxe 2 xícaras de café enquanto eu esperava o café preparar! Outro grito para o diretor-gerente Raj Radke ** tirou um tempo para nos mostrar o lindo cavalo mecânico banhado a ouro e nos contar a história do hotel e a arte fabulosa! Grite para o gerente do hotel e todos os caras que trabalham na bagagem e manobrista! O mais bonito e humano!! Eu amo especialmente o coelho rosa gigante !!!

El servicio al cliente superó nuestras expectativas desde el momento en que nos detuvimos para registrarnos hasta que partimos. Cada persona fue genuina, profesional, atenta y muy divertida. El hotel es absolutamente hermoso, nuestra habitación era fantástica y el tiempo que pasamos fue muy agradable. ¡¡¡Volveremos!!! ¡Un saludo muy especial para el caballero del restaurante que me trajo 2 tazas de café mientras esperaba que se preparara el café! ¡Otro grito al director gerente Raj Radke ** se tomó el tiempo para mostrarnos el hermoso caballo mecánico chapado en oro y contarnos la historia del hotel y el arte fabuloso! ¡Un saludo al gerente del hotel y a todos los muchachos que trabajan con el equipaje y el servicio de aparcacoches! *** I RARELY WRITE REVIEWS BUT I HAD TO BRAG ABOUT THIS HOTEL**** This is undoubtedly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at.The customer service was beyond our expectations from the moment we pulled up to check in until we departed. Every single person was genuine, professional, attentive and so much fun. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, our room was fantastic and the time we spent was so enjoyable.We will be BACK!!! A very special shout out to the gentleman at the restaurant check in who got me 2 cups of coffee while I waited for the coffee to brew!Another shout to the managing director Raj Radke ** took the time out to show us the gorgeous gold platedmechanical horse and tell us the history of the hotel and fabulous art!Shout out to the hotel manager and all the guys working the luggage and valet! The nicest and most personable !! I especially love the giant pink bunny !!!
Hotel incrível! Viajamos muito e nada se compara ao nível de serviço que este hotel oferece. Todo mundo foi tão agradável e acolhedor. O cappuccino e café no bar é incrível. O manobrista colocará água e desinfetante em seu carro quando você o pegar. Eles oferecem lanches e água grátis na “despensa” localizada em cada andar. As camas eram muito confortáveis e o quarto era bonito e muito limpo. Muito tempo e pensamento foram para tornar este hotel mais como uma casa e voltaremos sempre que estivermos na cidade novamente!
hotel increíble! Viajamos mucho y nada se compara con el nivel de servicio que ofrece este hotel. Todos fueron muy amables y serviciales. El capuchino y el café en el bar son increíbles. El valet pondrá agua y desinfectante en su automóvil cuando lo recoja. Ofrecen bocadillos y agua gratis en la “despensa” que se encuentra en cada piso. Las camas eran muy cómodas y la habitación era hermosa y muy limpia. ¡Se dedicó mucho tiempo y pensamiento a hacer que este hotel se sintiera más como un hogar y volveremos cuando estemos en la ciudad nuevamente!
Amazing hotel! We travel a lot and nothing compares to the level of service this hotel provides. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The cappuccino and coffee at the bar is amazing. The valet will put water and sanitizer in your car when you picked it up. They offer free snacks and water in the “pantry” that is located on each floor. The beds were very comfortable and the room was beautiful and very clean. A lot of time and thought went into making this hotel feel more like a home and we will be back whenever we are in town again!
