Fizemos o check-in tarde da noite. O pagamento foi antes do check in e antes de vermos o quarto. Acho que se alguem pegar o dinheiro adiantado DEVE TER CERTEZA de que tudo esta 1000% bem. Quarto estava muito sujo e não fresco. Escrevi um e-mail para a recepção. Nenhuma resposta dos trabalhadores do hotel. Na manhã seguinte, pedi aos recepcionistas o gerente do hotel. Ele me perguntou sobre o problema. Eu disse que escrevi e-mail e está tudo no e-mail + posso mostrar fotos como o quarto está sujo. Essa pessoa começou a discutir comigo de uma maneira muito ruim e não gentil. Disse-me que viu o meu email mas DEVERIA (usou este tipo de palavras com o hóspede do hotel) vir à noite à recepção para tentar resolver o problema. Deixo isso para pensar para os futuros hóspedes se o recepcionista vir o e-mail do hóspede do hotel e não reagir imediatamente. Homens da recepção disseram que ele chamaria o gerente e o gerente viria. Fiquei esperando na sala por volta de 5min e ninguém veio ver a situação e falar comigo. Desço novamente e recebo informações de que o gerente está fora do prédio. Eu estava perdendo meu tempo privado na sala ... os homens da recepção nem me ligaram para me informar sobre isso ... tão rude. Eu não recomendo este lugar. O serviço é muito rude. Os quartos são extemamente sujos. Salame não estava em pratos principais no café da manhã. Também pedi ao funcionário do restaurante para colocar meus cartuchos de uma geladeira turística no freezer por 6 a 7 horas. Ele colocou na geladeira e não no freezer ...... definitivamente o serviço não cuida dos hóspedes, só leva dinheiro adiantado e é algum tipo de fraude e trapaça.

We checked in late night. Payment was before check in and before we saw the room. I think that if anybody takes the money on advance MUST TO BE SURE that everything is 1000% well. Room was very dirty and not fresh. I wrote email to reception. No reply from workers on hotel. On the morning I asked reception men for the manager of the hotel. He asked me about the problem. I told that I wrote email and all is on the email + I can show photos how dirty is the room. This person started to arguee with me in very bad and not nice way. Told me that he saw my email but I SHOULD (he used this kind of words to the guest of hotel) come on the night to reception to try to solve problem. I leave it to thinking for future guests is it ok if reception men see the email from guest of the hotel and he dont react immediatelly. Men from the reception told that he will call for manager and manager will come. I was waiting in the room around 5min and nobody come to see the situation and speak with me. I come downstairs again and I get info that manager is out of the building. I was losting my private time in the room...men from reception even didnt call me to inform me about that...so rude. I dont reccomend this place. Service is very very rude. Rooms are extremly dirty. Salami wasnt on main dishes on breakfast. I also asked worker of restaurant to put my cartridges for a tourist refrigerator to the freezer for 6-7hours. He put it the fridge not freezer......definitly service dont take care for guests, just takes money on advance and its some kind of fraud and cheat.

Não é muito limpo. Achei o carpete manchado, a porta do banheiro respingada, suja, empoeirada na TV. A área onde o hotel está localizado é deprimente. A única vantagem é o café da manhã. As medidas anticovídicas são poucas, apenas um pouco de desinfetante no restaurante.

Nós reservamos este lugar por causa da proximidade com a Arena Puskas. O lugar era bonito e a vista realmente linda. Havia um cheiro estranho vindo do banheiro, mas fechar a porta do banheiro resolveu. O café da manhã estava muito bom.

We booked this place because of the proximity to Puskas Arena. The place was nice and the view was really beautiful. There was a bit of a weird smell from the toilet, but closing the bathroom door resolved it. The breakfast was very good.

Hotel bom e limpo. Excelente café da manhã. Infelizmente o Sky bar onde devíamos tomar uma bebida de boas-vindas não funcionou e o bem-estar também não funcionou Localização do hotel bastante longe do metro, autocarro mesmo em frente ao hotel.

Horrível Foi um pesadelo. tudo velho, cheirando mal. Não dava para dormir porque embaixo do lençol ficava no colchão uma coberta, como para as crianças, e a cada movimento fazia um barulho alto. O lugar ao redor também era estranho, e depois que ocupamos o quarto ninguém atendeu pelo telefone da recepção. Por favor, não escolha este lugar!

Horrible It was a nightmare. everything old, bad smelling. You couldn’t sleep because underthe sheet it was on the mattress some cover, like for the children, and at every moving it had a laut noise. The place around was also weird, and after we occupied the room, nobody answered by the phone from the reception. Please do not choose this place!

Very good price and super clean, stylish rooms. Also, the girl at the front desk was super helpful. She assisted me finding the right food to order and was kind and considerate with all interactions!

I got a nice, spacious room, clean, all good. The gym was fine, staff very nice as well. I would just expect more toiletries in the bathroom for 4-star hotel and also a better breakfast. For 10€ what they serve it is not worthy, would expect more choices, fresh fruit..

Reception staff were great, saunas were nice, kettle, coffee and tea in the room. The only fall back I thought was that they didn't have the "sanitary pack"? The cotton buds and stuff

Love this hotel! It’s a good distance from the town, however it has brilliant facilities, staff are so helpful and lovely to deal with. Rooms are modern, no tea and coffee facilities in the room, and the mini bar wasn’t filled up regularly. Foods amazing! Bizarre breakfast options, but they always had the basics and super pastries. You won’t be disappointed if you visit x

Completamente recomendable.

Es todo mejorable menos la ubicación. Es muy lejos y complicado llegar a los lugares turisticos. Tenes q usar taxi. Si estas poco tiempo no vale la pena.

Esta un poco separado del centro de la ciudad, pero en taxi son 10 minutos o menos. Las habitaciones y los baños bastante bien y el personal simpático. El desayuno no estaba mal pero es mejorable.
