Experiência horrível em 26 de fevereiro nas cabanas de praia. O serviço horrível esperou 20 minutos para obter uma cabana de um cara. Em seguida, o outro cara foi rude com minha esposa porque não estávamos hospedados no hotel, embora tenhamos alugado essas cabanas várias vezes. Falha de comunicação entre os dois caras trabalhando lá. Ele basicamente chutou minha esposa para fora da praia tão rudemente que outros hóspedes lhe perguntaram por que ele disse que não éramos hóspedes e tivemos que sair. Smh Horrível serviço ao cliente! Não ficaria aqui com base nessa interação!

Estranhamente, o check-in frontal fica na parte de trás do lobby. Seria bom postar isso em algum lugar visível para quando os carregadores estiverem fazendo seus trabalhos. Isso ou contratar um terceiro para sempre ter um na área de pull up. Ricardo foi uma excelente ajuda. Ele e o cavalheiro no caixa da frente são o motivo da pontuação mais alta. Não há área interna para comer. Fomos para a área de estar e foi ao ar livre. Chuvoso e frio, então pedimos sanduíches para levar para nossos quartos e o bacon no meu não estava cozido. Os outros pontos positivos estão diretamente na praia, a uma curta caminhada de alguns restaurantes e lojas realmente bons. Se você gosta de retrô, há uma ótima sensação retrô no local. Em uma nota lateral, a placa agora diz Bellwether Beach Resort.

Horrible experience on February 26 at the beach cabanas. Horrible service waited 20 minutes to get a cabana from one guy. Then the other guy was rude to my wife because we weren'tstaying at the hotel although we have rented these cabanas several times. Miscommunication between the two guys working out there. He basically kicked my wife off the beach so rudely that others guest asked him why..he said we weren't guest and had to leave. Smh Horrible customer service! Wouldn't stay here based off this interaction!

Level 11 needs to work on their service. We have been coming here over 15 years. When it first opened it was the place to go. I'll probably not go back to Level 11, but will return to Spinners.

Bizarrely, the front check in is in the back of the lobby. Would be nice to post that somewhere visible for when the bellhops are both of doing their jobs. That or hire a third to always have one out at the pull up area. Richard was excellent help. He and the gentleman at the front checkout are the reason for the higher score. There is NO indoor area for eating. We went to the breakfast seating area and it was outdoors. Rainy and cold, so we ordered sandwiches to carry to our rooms and the bacon on mine was not cooked. The other plusses are directly on the beach, walking distance to some really good eateries and shopping. If you like retro, there is a great retro feel in the place. On a side note, the sign now says Bellwether Beach Resort.

Whenever we want to head to the beach this is our go to. Vanessa at the bar makes the best Rum Runners and Bloody Mary cocktails. The atmosphere of the beach is just amazing! They always have an amazing and fun band.

Spinners on the Roof was delightful! Zoie created the BOMB Margaritas 🍹 for my BFF from California. Since I really don't drink, I sipped on a spicy Bloody Mary that was to. Die. For. Cheers, Zoie. Your dinner selections were spot ON! Eating at the bar wasn't uncomfortable, as it usually is. Tuna Tartare, the BEST crab cake I've had since Maryland, 10+ years ago! Great food, GREAT atmosphere & NO SILLY HOLIDAY GAWDINESS! So happy we did not have to look at that nonsense in a RATED RESTAURANT. Right, Zoie? 😉😉

Nós estávamos lá para um casamento e na chegada todos os funcionários foram muito acolhedores e muito simpáticos. O casamento foi em um dos andares superiores, onde a vista era absolutamente espetacular. Você viu o pôr do sol e foi magnífico. A única coisa é que fica bastante quente. Portanto, esteja preparado para ficar quente por um curto período de tempo. A comida era muito bem pensada e preparada. Mais uma vez, embora estivéssemos em um casamento e fosse um buffet, não faltou apresentação e bom sabor tanto com os pratos principais quanto com os acompanhamentos. No geral, a experiência nos fez querer voltar e experimentar o restaurante da próxima vez.

We were there for a wedding and upon arrival all the employees were very welcoming and very friendly. The wedding was on one of the upper floors where the view was absolutely spectacular. You got to see the sunset and it was magnificent. The only thing is is that is that it gets rather warm So be prepared to be hot for a short period of time. The food was very well-thought-out and prepared. Again although we were at a wedding and it was a buffet it didn't lack presentation and good flavor with the main dishes as well as the sides. Overall the experience has made us want to come back and try the restaurant next time.

Hubo un water leak en la habitación viniendo de un toilet de la habitación del piso superior mantenimiento fue atender la emergencia, quedaron en mandar a housekeping para limpiar y nunca aparecieron.

Tiene cosas muy buenas como la ubicación y la vista pero se quedó en el tiempo en cuanto a muebles, Tv, etc y lo más importante es que el hotel, en las habitaciones y pasillos es una verdadera mugre. Lamentablemente no se puede poner el olor, pero el pasillo con alfombra era un asco y la habitación los muebles y balcón también.

Lindo hotel, las habitaciones son buenas con tv led, heladera, microondad y cafetera, buenas camas amplias y confortables, baños amplios y con bañera. Las habitaciones poseen balcones que miran deoendiendo la ubicacion hacia la playa o la calle. Posee pileta pequeña, una hermosa area de playa con cabanas y sombrillas. Gimnasio, lavadero, bar en la playa y restaurant completa la oferta.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado justo sobre la playa y tiene excelentes vistas. El edificio está algo viejo pero bien mantenido. Hay pileta,No ofrece servicio de playa, las reposeras y cabanas se pagan aparte. Lo mejor son el Bongo bar y el restaurante Spiner ubicado en el último piso que es giratorio. Ambos ofrecen una comida fabulosa a precios razonables, recomendables los pescados y frutos de mar. Lo único que no nos gustó fue el desayuno, no está a la altura de los restaurantes y se paga aparte
