Estive hospedada por uma semana neste hotel , possui uma localização excelente ! A ambientação segue o estilo temático da rede , e o rock está presente em todos os ambientes a qualquer hora do dia ou noite , inclusive nos elevadores! Serviço cordial e atencioso. Vá sem pressa ao café da manhã pois o serviço é lento, quarenta muitos para ovos mexidos! Os quartos são bastante pequenos para os padrões americanos.
El hotel espectacular como todos ,ahora creo que le falta la filosofía y el alma de los demas el servicio la atención no marcan la diferencia de la filosofía Hard Rock hotel.
First time staying at this hotel but will definitely stay again if in the city. The hotel is in Times Square which puts you in a great location to walk almost any place. Also transportation is always available (taxi, uber, subway) everything is near. The hotel itself is beautiful. Wall to Wall music influences decorate the walls inside and outside of the rooms and many have fun facts about the items of the musical artists as well. The rooms are bigger than your typical NYC hotel rooms so that's nice. Once in your room it's very quiet despite being in the middle of everything. The beds are comfortable, room very clean and anything extra you could need is just a call away since the concierge is available around the clock and willing to answer any questions. The hotel also has a gift shop and a roof top bar/lounge along with 2 or 3 restaurants. Great place to stay!!

We stayed for 6 nights, brilliant hotel and location. Not a single fault I can think of, we travel a lot and this was one of our best experiences. The rooms are pristine and the service throughout the hotel is faultless. Time square is literally a 10 second walk from the entrance and there is always entertainment there. The bar inside the restaurant has a really great atmosphere and the staff are always very helpful. If you are considering booking this hotel do not hesitate, you will not be disappointed. El hotel es muy bueno, la ubicación es inmejorable, está nuevo, huele bien y aunque las habitaciones son súper minimalistas, no me decepcionó en ese sentido. Lo qué si, en cuanto llegas a hacer check-In te piden una tarjeta de crédito y cuando haces check-out te cobran una tarifa de 170 dlrs. Al preguntarles de qué, ni siquiera te saben explicar, y pues bueno, no te queda de otra más que resignarte.
Una experiencia magica, todo es alucinante en los hard rock, la única cosa que estén cambiar es el desayuno que incluye la habitación, 45$ por un croissant y frutas? A mean, yo podría pagar más si es un desayuno de verdad, pero fué muy decepcionante el desayun, sale mejor pedirlo a la carta, cuesta la mitad.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel. We came to NYC for a long-weekend getaway. Our room was very clean, well appointed, luxurious and quiet. I often struggle staying at hotels because most are just downright nasty but this room was absolutely spotless, smelled clean and had everything we could want or need. We received wonderful service at the front desk and luggage room and were always greeted with a smile when we walked in the door. The café wasn't Starbucks quality but was a quick place to grab a decent enough cup of coffee if you don't feel like walking down the street. The hotel was centrally located and just around the corner from Times Square. We were able to walk almost anywhere we planned to go and could quickly get to the Subway. My husband and I both agree that we will definitely book with this hotel again if we ever happen to re-visit New York City. This was the best hotel experience that we have had in quite some time.

Stayed 2 nights.Hotel is brand new.Really nice 2 queen room.Somewhat small compared to other locations, but normal for NYC.AC was great. Location was very close to subway just around the corner.Also short walk to Times Square and Broadway theaters. Pizza place next door was fast and delicious.Also very convenient deli/store right next door.Family loved it overall. Front desk was nice.Coffee shop very nice though coffee was not quite hot and the latte cups were half foam.Being critical, Elevators are a little frustrating.Key card needs to be read before you can select your room and it doesn't seem to read easily.It's also only on one side in the elevator so you see everyone struggling with trying to rotate into the corner to take their turn striking their key card and then selecting their floor.It's more awkward than it sounds.You kind of have to see it. Fiquei 2 noites. Hotel é novo. Quarto com 2 camas queen realmente agradável. Um pouco pequeno em comparação com outros locais, mas normal para NYC. AC foi ótimo. Também é apenas de um lado do elevador, então você vê todos lutando para tentar girar no canto para ter sua vez de bater o cartão-chave e, em seguida, selecionar o andar. I highly recommend it. The staff was extraordinary—great customer service from the bellhops to the servers at the bar. We stayed in the balcony room. The room was clean and fresh, with an amazing view. The rooftop bar was also excellent, nice view and great staff. We will definitely come back; my only issue was not staying longer. Eu recomendo. Hotel completamente nuevo con toda la temática musical quecaracteriza a Hard Rock. Cuanta con una excelente ubicación. Está a solo media cuadra de Times Squere y a solo cuadra y media de la 5ta Avenida. Muy recomendable

I visited the RT 60 with my sister yesterday 6-4-22I ordered Down Mexico drink I bealive is the name of the drink . My sister was drinking an Apple martini . She tasted my drink but she didn’t like she told the server no I not wants now I let you know later , after 5 mi utes the server come back with the drink for my sister we tell her no she said she let you know later and sheleft with the drinkthen a new server comeback and put the drink on our table saying here is your drink you ordered I get upset but my sister told me okleave the drink no problem and she paid the bills. That was very rude and disrespectful for acostumer. We visited the second floor bar and was great service nice staff completely different Than the RT60

Imóvel novo de alto padrão. Certamente voltaremos. Tiffany na recepção / concierge nos ofereceu um serviço ao cliente muito bom. A comida no Restaurante Sessions (café da manhã, serviço de quarto) foi excelente. Limpe a propriedade nova. Localização central . Nova cama king confortável. I spent a wonderful weekend with you all (besides dinner being sub-par food for the Hard Rock, and the service at the restaurant Sessions being extremely slow, daily). I unfortunately had to leave a day earlier than planned, when I explained this to the front desk staff they were more than understandable and went to issue my refund, but the young man looked confused and said "the computer wont let me." I told him not to worry about it and I would call customer service to get it situated when I got to the airport. I have now called twice and have been told twice to call back as they can't get through to the Front Desk. That customer service can't issue the refund - only front desk can. O que. É. O. Ponto. Do. Cliente. Serviço. Então. I am unsure why this is such a difficult task to perform, I have worked in hotels most of my adult life and have never had such difficulty. Would LOVE for someone to reach out to me to resolve this.

Brand new high end property. We will certainly return. Tiffany in reception / concierge offered us very good customer service. Food in Sessions Restaurant (breakfast, room service ) was excellent. Clean new property. Central location . New comfortable King bed. Only downside was the animal house nearby in Times Square. Walk thru it once then avoid it.
Increíble experiencia, con gusto recomendaré este increíble lugar. Que tengas una estancia cómoda, hermosas habitaciones, los detalles, la limpieza y el olor. El personal es excelente, sonríe y está allí para ayudarnos. El desayuno fue una experiencia única (prueba la tostada francesa) y esta habitación espectacular. Por qué no puse 5 estrellas, es que la bebida era demasiado fuerte y no buena (necesito la ayuda de Jon Taffer;) mis amigos y yo. ¡Gracias a todo el personal!
Experiência incrível, terei prazer em recomendar este lugar incrível. Tenha uma estadia confortável, quartos bonitos, os detalhes, a limpeza e o cheiro. Os funcionários são ótimos, sorriem e estão lá para nos ajudar. O café da manhã foi uma experiência única (experimente a torrada francesa) e este quarto espetacular. Por que não coloquei 5 estrelas, é que a bebida era forte demais e não era boa (preciso da ajuda de Jon Taffer;) eu e meus amigos. Obrigado a todos os funcionários!
Amazing experience, I will gladly recommend this amazing place. Have a comfortable stay, beautiful rooms, the details, the cleanliness and the smell. The staff are great, smile and there to help us. The breakfast was a unique experience (try the French toast) and this spectacular room. Why I didn’t put 5 star, is the drink was to strong both and not good ( need help from Jon Taffer ;) myself and my friends. Thank you to all the staff!

Hermoso lugar. Solo visité el bar, que no estaba bien abastecido. Pedí una IPA de cualquier tipo y me dijeron que estaban completamente fuera. Eso fue a las 6 de la tarde de un jueves.

Great, clean building but their bar staff is still a hot mess. Went to go see a show and waited 15 mins before I was able to get a bartender’s attention. There were four of them behind the counter and there weren’t even many people waiting at the bar. I realize that it’s a new location and that they are still working on their work flow, but wow that was rough. I got charged for 3 drinks when I had only ordered 2 ($100+ overall). My whiskey sour wasn’t even sour and was majority ice. Was looking forward to the awesome show in the new hotel, but feeling very ripped off for paying $100+ for 2 drinks and receiving poor service.
Beautiful place. I only visited the bar, which was not stocked well. I asked for an IPA of any kind and was told they were completely out. That was 6 pm on a Thursday.
Ficar aqui por 4 noites, fim de semana prolongado visitando e explorando Nova York. Reservei o Hard Rock Hotel há cerca de 3 meses, quando não tinha… nenhum comentário, nenhuma foto real, apenas impressões de artistas, que pareciam muito legais. Muito animado para vir da Holanda e entrar neste novo hotel; Não me preocupei porque tinha visto o de Ibiza, que é ótimo. Nossas impressões: Ambiente maravilhoso, com uma atmosfera tão grande, tudo focado em música e muito estilo luxuoso e moderno como seria de esperar de HRH. Fizemos a coisa certa, você pode reservar muitos outros hotéis que podem ser bons pelo mesmo preço, mas têm móveis muito desatualizados. O bar da cobertura é ótimo, lindo de se ver. A equipe é simpática e os quartos oferecem muito espaço em comparação com estadias anteriores em Nova York. Café da manhã um pouco caro, mas para tal ambiente esperado. Explorar as coisas do artista no hotel é bom, traz memórias, sendo um dos primeiros hóspedes, não ficamos desapontados. Muito bem recomendado.

Adição divertida à Times Square. Não posso atestar os quartos, pois nunca fiquei em um, mas a área do lounge do 2º andar e o bar da cobertura são um novo pedaço agradável de Nova York.
Alojarse aquí por 4 noches, un fin de semana largo visitando y explorando Nueva York. Reservé el Hard Rock Hotel hace aproximadamente 3 meses, cuando tenía … no hay reseñas, ni fotos reales, solo impresiones de artistas, que se veían muy bien. Muy emocionada de venir de los Países Bajos y dar el salto a este nuevo hotel; No me preocupé ya que había visto el de Ibiza, que está buenísimo. Nuestras impresiones: Ambiente maravilloso, con un gran ambiente, todo centrado en la música y mucho estilo lujoso y moderno como es de esperar S.A.R. Hicimos lo correcto, puedes reservar muchos otros hoteles que pueden ser agradables por el mismo precio, pero tienen muebles muy anticuados. El bar de la azotea es genial, hermoso de ver. El personal es agradable y las habitaciones ofrecen mucho espacio en comparación con estancias anteriores en Nueva York. El desayuno es un poco caro, pero se esperaba un entorno así. Explorar las cosas de los artistas en el hotel es agradable, trae recuerdos. Siendo uno de los primeros huéspedes, no estamos decepcionados. Muy bien recomendado.
Fun addition to Times Square. Can't attest to the rooms as never stayed in one, but the 2nd floor lounge area and the rooftop bar are a nice new bit of New York.

Staying here for 4 nights, long weekend visiting and exploring New York. Booked the Hard Rock Hotel about 3 months ago, when it had … no reviews, no real pictures, only artist impressions, which did look very nice. So very excited to come over from the Netherlands and jump into this new hotel; I did not worry as I had seen the one in Ibiza, which is great. Our impressions: Marvelous environment, with such a great atmosphere, all focused around music and a lot of luxurious and modern styling as you would expect HRH. We did the right thing, you can book a lot of other hotels which may be nice for same price, but have very outdated furniture. The rooftop bar is great, beautiful to see. Staff is nice, and rooms offer a lot of space compared to previous stays in NYC. Breakfast a little pricey, but for such an environment expected. Exploring the artist stuff in the hotel is nice, brings back memories, Being one of the first guests, we are not disappointed. Very well recommended.

Mas nada importante. Localização brilhante, funcionários muito simpáticos e acolhedores. Café da manhã brilhante, também experimentamos o bar da cobertura RT60 e a área do café Sessions, é novinho em folha, então tudo é novo e dos mais altos padrões. Parabéns ao RH e à equipe, você pode ver e sentir a paixão que eles têm para tornar sua estadia muito confortável.
Este hotel abrió ayer, así que no estoy seguro de cómo hay críticas antes de hoy. solo éramos los terceros clientes en registrarnos. Pocos problemas iniciales que se esperan. Pero nada importante. Excelente ubicación, personal muy amable y servicial. Desayuno brillante, también probamos el bar de la azotea RT60 y el área de la cafetería Sessions. Es completamente nuevo, por lo que todo es nuevo y de los más altos estándares. Felicitaciones a Recursos Humanos y al personal, se puede ver y sentir la pasión que tienen para hacer que su estadía sea muy cómoda.
This hotel only opened yesterday, so am not sure how there are reviews prior to today. we were only the 3rd customers to check in. Few teething problems which is expected. But nothing major. Brilliant location, staff very friendly and accommodating. Brilliant breakfast, we also have tried the RT60 rooftop bar and the Sessions cafe area, It’s brand spanking new so everything is new and of the highest standards. Congratulations to HR and the staff, you can see and feel the passion they have to make your stay very comfortable.
