Sehr schöne Einrichtung, Küche gut ausgestattet, WC kann man nicht zusperren. Wir waren mit 2 Gruppen da, leider waren unsere 2 Apartements relativ weit auseinander (am Eingang kann man nach links oder rechts gehen, jeweils 2 Lifte, ein Apartement war links im 6. Stock und eines rechts im 6. Stock - kein direkter Weg, man musste immer ganz nach unten und mit dem anderen Lift hoch)
Sehr nahe am Strand, wenige Minuten bis zum Supermarkt "Mercadona" und nur wenig weiter bis zur Metrostation "Poblenou".

Nice apartment with location close to the beach. You should be aware that the nearest beach is a gay beach. Just so you are prepared for naked men playing beach volleyball 😉. The apartment has everything you need and there are shopping opportunities close (400m) by. There is about 15 min (walking) to the nearest metro station which runs directly to the center of Barcalona. Lots of eating places nearby and small rooftop pool. Contact person (Lucia) is very friendly and speaks / writes english which is a huge advantage.

Very good location to the beach, restaurants (eg in Ramla del Poblenou), groceries and shopping. Still a quiet place. Modern, and loved the roof terrace. We were a family of four, had rented a one-bedroom one bathroom appartment. The sofabed was very bad quality and would have wished for another bath. Great with washer/drier and a vacumecleaner.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichetes und mit allem, was man braucht, versehenes Appartement. Dicht zum Strand (200m durch einen Park und gut mit Metro und Bus ans Zentrum angebunden.
