We used the spa which could’ve been better. The jacuzzi water didn’t seem to be cleaned. The cleanliness needs improvement for sure.

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely massage and spa day here. My masseuse was named Shontelle. She was really lovely, really chatty and her massage was amazing.
The facilities were okay; the steam room was nice but I think it’s a bit on the older side so there’s a tad bit of water collection on the ceiling of the steam room and when it drops down it’s quite hot on skin. Also, the diffusion of steam isn’t equal - you have to sit right at the top to feel the steam. The sauna was really lovely and up to par. The shower facilities were up to par. The jacuzzi felt a bit cold for the temperature I’m used to in a jacuzzi, however the size of the jacuzzi is really nice. I did enjoy it regardless of the temperature. The swimming was really nice, 1.2m all the way through. When we were in the pool there was a swimming lesson going on. So there were tons of mothers waiting for their kids and watching us swim etc. It sort of felt like being at the community swimming baths at noon during the summer holidays.
The parking machine took our money and didn’t give us a ticket. When we spoke to the main reception they said “That’s got nothing to do with us”. When we got to the spa area the receptionist there was more helpful and asked us to sign into the parking machine.
Despite all of this, I would recommend and I would most certainly go back again. We enjoyed ourselves and I’m sure you will too.

Very welcoming atmosphere and staff. The room was lovely. The only let down was the breakfast which was cold and not very appetizing! The continental breakfast was very nice though and the table waiting staff were lovely. We would love to stay again but probably wouldn't have a cooked breakfast.

Booked a full body massage, it was lovely. Staff was kind and friendly. Would recommend. When we booked for massage and to use the facilities we wasn't told there was a swimming lesson going ahead, so we wasn't able to use the facilities so we was given a voucher to come back at another date. Which was lovely. X

Me and my husband recently had a full body massage each in their spa and their staff were amazing. The rooms they use are extremely relaxing and the staff really know what they are doing. They are also very friendly and the prices are reasonable for the treatment you receive. We will definitely be going there regularly!
