Une plage de rêve devant la porte, un magnifique jardin cerne tous les bâtiments du complexe. Ici les journées passent vite, que vous ayez décidé de ne rien faire ou de vous activer. L'offre all inclusive ultra propose des occupations de tous genres. Le personnel sympathique se fait un plaisir de satisfaire vos désirs et l'équipe d'animation se met en quatre pour vous proposer un programme attrayant.

A área do hotel e a praia em si seria muito bom. No entanto, o serviço é catastrófico. A começar pelo cartão do quarto não funcionando e travesseiros e roupas de cama inexistentes, e o cheiro desagradável de esgoto, a falta de limpeza e a luz bruxuleante do banheiro. Nosso frigobar não foi reabastecido, tivemos que tentar reabastecê-lo nós mesmos. Toalhas foram tiradas com a limpeza, mas não substituídas. No geral, a equipe foi bastante hostil, com algumas exceções. Serviço de bebidas tanto na praia quanto no restaurante tão bom quanto inexistente. Coquetéis não são bons - quantidade sobre qualidade. Ao meio-dia já não tinham cerveja nem álcool para os cocktails na praia. Pratos, copos e talheres no buffet estavam sujos.Por esse dinheiro, não recomendamos.

La zona del hotel y la playa en sí estarían muy bien. Sin embargo, el servicio es catastrófico. Comenzando por la tarjeta de la habitación que no funciona y las almohadas y ropa de cama inexistentes, y el olor desagradable de las aguas residuales, la falta de limpieza y la luz parpadeante en el baño. Nuestro minibar no fue rellenado, tuvimos que intentar rellenarlo nosotros mismos. Las toallas se tomaron con la limpieza, pero no se reemplazaron. En general, el personal era bastante antipático, con algunas excepciones. El servicio de bebidas tanto en la playa como en el restaurante es casi inexistente. Los cócteles no son buenos: cantidad sobre calidad. Al mediodía ya no tenían ni cerveza ni alcohol para los cócteles en la playa. Los platos, vasos y cubiertos del buffet estaban sucios.Por este dinero no lo recomendaríamos.

Definitivamente não é um hotel 5 estrelas. A sala fica de frente para um canteiro de obras, que pode ser ouvido a partir das 7h. Você também pode ouvir os hóspedes em outros quartos. O berço está sujo. A comida é bastante normal, não particularmente saborosa e a equipe não é útil. Não recomendado.

Definitivamente no es un hotel de 5 estrellas. La habitación da a un sitio de construcción, que se puede escuchar desde las 7 am. También puede escuchar a los invitados en otras habitaciones. La cuna está sucia. La comida es bastante normal, no particularmente sabrosa y el personal no es servicial. No recomendado en absoluto.

This hotel is an absolute gem !! The gardens and pools are really well maintained, the staff is so nice and caring, rooms are spatious and the cleaning staff is full of nice attentions ! The vibe at thr hotel is very chill, relaxing, not the place to party but perfect for a getaway to disconect and destress 🌼 The food is delicious ; a lot of choice and very fresh, including seafood and grilled fish. It also changes day to day so we cannot get bored ! I would just advise to wake up for the breakfast buffet as the late breakfast is very small and probably leftovers. Or you can order a snack at the bar instead ! Overall, the stay was wonderful and we will come back !!

Lindo hotel muito grande e bem conservado, a equipe é atenciosa, mas sobrecarregada longa espera entre cada pedido, o buffet é muito variado e abundante, mas a qualidade é equivalente a uma cantina. Para um hotel cinco estrelas exclusivo, é mediano. O preço dos quartos é alto, é uma pena porque o lugar é bonito.

I had a booking for 3 suites on 24th July 2022 .. and upon arrival the parking was full.Was asked to keep my car out and walk to the reception..After a huge delay when I met the General Manager he was the most rude person i have seen in the hospitality industry.. he just said " what would you do if you were in my place"..I do not advice neither recommend this hotel ..

Definitivamente não é um hotel 5 estrelas.O hotel está mostrando a sua idade, tudo está de alguma forma quebrado e só foi reparado temporariamente, os móveis e os tapetes estão manchados. O chuveiro e o vaso sanitário não estão devidamente limpos (mofo em todos os lugares). A roupa de cama também é trocada em dias alternados. No fim de semana todos os moradores vão de férias no hotel, então a equipe não tem tempo para os outros hóspedes e você é tratado como gente de segunda classe. O gerente do hotel tenta parecer útil do lado de fora, mas isso muda muito rapidamente quando você tem um pedido ou reclamação.

Tivemos umas férias perfeitas de 2 semanas neste hotel TOP. Um ótimo serviço e funcionários muito simpáticos, desde a faxineira até o CEO. Aqui eles entenderam bem a palavra SERVIÇO. Exceder o cliente todas as vezes (política Mundial Disney, já tive esse treinamento) e com isso você garante 80% de clientes repetidos. Não encontrei reclamação. Muito bom hotel. Voltarei ano que vem com certeza! Realmente uma lufada de ar fresco! A comida todos preparados na hora e uma grande variedade. Realmente por cima! Bela praia com bons colchões com almofadas e espreguiçadeiras sob um abrigo de madeira. Tudo é limpo bem e regularmente. Também aqui serviço superior da equipe de garçons. O complexo também tem 2 belas piscinas e um Thalasso com sauna e banho turco e massagem. As massagens também são gratuitas. Realmente, você realmente é mimado aqui.

Definitivamente no es un hotel de 5 estrellas.El hotel está mostrando su edad, todo está roto y solo ha sido reparado temporalmente, los muebles y las alfombras están manchadas. La ducha y el inodoro no se limpian adecuadamente (moho en todas partes). La ropa de cama también se cambia cada dos días. Los fines de semana todos los lugareños se van de vacaciones al hotel, entonces el personal no tiene tiempo para los demás huéspedes y te tratan como a gente de segunda. El gerente del hotel intenta parecer útil en el exterior, pero eso cambia muy rápidamente cuando tiene una solicitud o queja.

Tuve unas vacaciones perfectas de 2 semanas en este hotel TOP. Un gran servicio y un personal muy amable, desde la señora de la limpieza hasta el director general. Aquí han entendido bien la palabra SERVICIO. Supere al cliente cada vez (política de World Disney, he tenido esa capacitación) y con esto garantiza un 80% de clientes repetidos. No pude encontrar una queja. Muy buen hotel. Volveré el año que viene seguro! ¡Verdaderamente un soplo de aire fresco! La comida recién preparada y una variedad muy amplia. ¡Realmente exagerado! Hermosa playa con buenos colchones con cojines y tumbonas bajo un cobertizo de madera. Todo se limpia bien y con regularidad. También aquí el mejor servicio de los camareros. From the first moment we walked in to reception we understood that it’s an amazing world class place The girl at the reception, Sonja , greeted our dog so warmly ( like in Italy ) , that we felt at home Beautiful well kept resort At the beach we had an amazing service from Yosri The food in the restaurant is not consistent but the chef Camel gave us an awesome service When we went to « the roof » bar Amin gave us the best service 3 nights in the row ! The room stinks of sewage!!! We complained to the reception and the hotel manager, they did nothing.. At the restaurant there is only turkey and vegetables; no meat, no fresh fish, no meatballs, not even chicken!! We ate salad and pasta Shower door would not even close so bathroom is always flooded. Very bad week-end for me and family!! It's a shame considering the room's price.

I’m very disappointed ! Given the price of the hotel, the quality didn’t much :( First the food was so bad and not fresh ! The same food they had for lunch was served for dinner ! There were too many flies around the food, so I talk to the manger and he didn’t have any reaction…! It was so disgusting. The towels and the chairs at the beach are dirty and smelly ! Absolutely magnificent Hotel, very beautiful Gardens indeed. Food is great for an all inclusive, and excellent variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Lucky we got an upgrade since hotel was almost empty in February and enjoyed a world class suite and view. Prices get really high in high season but the experience is totally worth it.
