Rooms have been updated, as always great nights sleep, breakfast and the pub food next door has a great variety, top quality.

A perfectly fine Premier Inn. We always stay here when visiting Hampton Court. The attached Fairmile Inn serves good food.

Friendly staff. Reasonably priced for time of year. Rooms were clean and tidy (admittedly I was in the new section). The restaurant was in the pub adjacent to the hotel. The breakfast was of a good standard and a well stocked all you can eat buffet was hot. I will give 5 stars as I had no issues at all with my stay but a few of my colleagues stayed in the ground floor and they mentioned that their rooms were quite cold even with the heaters in the rooms on.

Good friendly staff. Very clean and tidy. More than adequate facilities in the room for my needs. Will definitely book there again if I'm staying up that way. Had a breakfast too and the food was good and super nice bacon 👍
