I went with my husband for our wedding anniversary and this hotel was perfect, clean, the employees are polite, courteous, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. We will be back.

Localização ótima. Ganhei um upgrade para um quarto com cozinha e sofá, o que realmente me surpreendeu. Café da manhã ótimo, super completo, com o básico (ovos, frios, pães, frutas, café). No geral, staff atencioso. Entretanto, no nosso último dia tivemos um episódio super super super desagradável com o Julio, da cozinha. Ele gritou comigo e com meu marido após inserirmos um pão brioche na torradeira de pão de forma (pão este que não ficou preso nem danificou o aparelho; também não havia sinalização indicando que este tipo de pão não deveria ser inserido na máquina). Como se o constrangimento não houvesse sido suficiente, ele ainda debochou na nossa cara quando falamos que íamos fazer uma reclamação para a gerência do hotel - que realmente não nos ofereceu nenhuma cortesia e nem desculpas pela humilhação pública. Por este motivo, não volto e nem recomendo o hotel, afinal tratamento do cliente deve ser a prioridade de qualquer estabelecimento.

Ótimo hotel. Localização excelente. Ótima higiene. Alguns funcionários bem que poderiam ser mais simpáticos, principalmente um senhor de cara fechada que fica no restaurante. Uma dica: se o seu passeio contratado for começar antes de servirem o café (07:00), solicite no dia anterior até às 22, um lanche por hóspede. Pela manhã é só pegar na recepção. São itens que constam no café da manhã oferecido no restaurante, acondicionados em sacolinhas com o logotipo do hotel.

A estadia no geral foi boa, mas há pontos negativos a ressaltar.Positivos: o hotel é bem novo, muito bem estruturado, elevadores rápidos, acesso via cartão. Café da manhã é razoável, poucas opções e não variam (comemos praticamente a mesma coisa 7 dias). O quarto com cozinha é amplo e bem funcional. O hotel fica bem localizado, num bairro lindo que é a Providência, super seguro e está a 5 minutos a pé da estação tobalaba do metrô (uma das principais, liga a linha 1 a linha 4) e a 6 minutos do costanera center (maior shopping da cidade). Os funcionários são muito cordiais e sempre tentam ajudar. O hotel ainda oferece um kit de café da manhã pra quem vai sair cedo para passeios e vai perder o café no hotel.Contras: o nosso banheiro tinha 3 problemas desde o primeiro dia, o box vazava e inundava o banheiro a cada banho, a pia estava com aquele ralo que abre e fecha quebrado então não descia a agua de jeito nenhum e o vaso sanitário estava com marcas de sujeira no fundo. E o quarto é MUITO mal iluminado. Além disso, o que muito nos chateou foi o que o funcionário que disse que se chamavaJúlio fez com a gente no nosso último café da manhã lá. Estávamos tentando usar a torradeira que não pode ir queijo, mas alguém na nossa frente, Além do queijo, ainda botou um pão grande que travou os.nossos. Ele chegou achando que a bagunça era nossa, falando alto com a gente (todos os hóspedes olhando pra nossa cara). Tentamos explicar que não era nosso, ele simplesmente continuou reclamando, disse que o nome dele era Julio e que se quiséssemos reclamar que fôssemos na recepção do hotel.No geral, recomendo o hotel. Bom custo benefício.

Excelente ubicación, buena conectividad, residencial, bajo ruido exterior dentro de habitaciones, con una pequeña cocina en caso de encierro como el q vivimos, buen desayuno, variado y a la medida, buena atención de recepción, atentos a los clientes... Cómo para volver, totalmente recomendable...lo único malo es q se escucha el sonido del pasillo y del cierre de puertas de otras habitaciones.

Gostei muito de minha hospedagem no Presidente Suites. Inicialmente sua localização, longe do centro que se encontra tomado pelas manifestações. Nas vizinhanças existem ótimas opções de restaurantes.Outro ponto muito positivo foram os quartos amplos e de impecável limpeza. No restaurante, a simpatia do garçom Fredi. Não utilizei a piscina. Retornaria, com certeza.

terrible!!! You should always note that this is a four star hotel: bad service, very unfriendly reception, cleaning of the room is ridiculous, equipment of the room is very worn and smelly, bathroom is damaged, the manager and staff are all the same and ignore any intervention. No improvement or concession, pool does not work, breakfast is poor and cheap because the quality is questionable. the eggs are cold or burned, coffee is only dark water, ham is old and dried up, and the cheese is old and dried up, the fruit comes out of the cans, the pastry is ridiculously tough and old and cheap, the waiters are preppy and rude, most of the service and receptionists are ignorant and do not speak a word of English. This is the worst and most expensive 4 star hotel I have ever visited. viva Chile! absurd prices!

Bliss. That's what I said as I lay down after my shower. Quiet location in up market suburb. Our Executive room was clean and comfortable. Huge bed, spotless bathroom. Breakfast was OK. Very good value.

Great service from start to finish. Help with tours, maps, and general info on Santiago. Room was fantastic and love the option of the small hob and microwave enabling snacks and a little independence. Good breakfast and sorry that I didn't try the other meals during my stay. Pool is not really big enough to swim in but a pleasant addition none the less. Special thanks out to Hector and Mozilla?for all their help, assistance and genuinely friendly manner on reception.
