I stayed one night at the hotel and I was charged twice.
I was charged for the "Hold" at the time of check in and the final payment at the time of check out.
It is very tedious and annoying to have to follow up by phone and email on mistakes made by other people. If you do not invest your time and money, you do not get back the amount charged twice.
Everyone can make mistakes, but resolving them is the difference between good and bad management.

Excelente lugar para pasar pa noche en Santo Domingo y seguir a tú desrino final, desayuno incluido y personalizado. El chef y las azafatas te atienden comonrey y puedes pedir lo que desees comer 100% repetible .y si viajas con niños puedes disfrutar de una excelente piscina

Staff are outstanding, they need training but terrific. Hotel is under staffed and limited operation but could easily be brought up to 5 star with some refurbishment.

Fui al restaurante del lugar, la comida además de que duró bastante para llegar no llenó mis expectativas. Pedí una simple hamburguesa, sentí que la carne estaba vieja y tenía mal sabor. Aún así, las atenciones de la gerente del lugar fueron muy buenas.

Hotel está viejo por dentro necesita remodelacion y la habitación era cómoda pero vieja. La alfombra olía muy mal. El restaurante sin ninguna ventilación sales con la ropa con olor aceite. Lo único bueno es la cercanía al aeropuerto.

WiFi works well enough to stream zoom, and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast is free with the stay. Not a 5 star stay, but certainly a 4 star. This area of Dominican Republic is less developed.
