I stayed next to the office. The room was perfect for my 4 day stay. Microwave, small fridge, coffee maker. I was able to go to the nearby supermarket and save money on eating in.

We always stay in Carson City for a trip to Lake Tahoe and Topaz, but this time we came on a trip with the dogs and booked a pet friendly room.
The value for money is really good, and the staff named Harry was so kind that We were able to stay happily.
It is said that about 10 rooms will be operated as pet friendly rooms, but they are probably used together with smoking rooms.
There was a slight smell of cigarettes and one side of the bed was clapsing, but the heater is quiet, and Netflix, Disney+, and Apple TV are also available, so we enjoy taking a rest.

Kept trying to call the front desk because the room next door was blasting their TV and no one answered the in line phone. I even called from my cell phone to the office and no one answered! So much for sleeping(noise stopped around 3 am)! The floors look like they film crime scenes here and they have one poor house keeper for the entire place! There is literally only two outlet plugs in the room and they are farthest from the bed as possible. If I get out of here alive, i will never come back. Of course they won't know since THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!

Yes I have seen and I have heard the complaints about the $100 deposit. I don't understand why people complain, if you are traveling or if you have stayed in hotels or motels ever then you should know there is not a single place you can stay without either paying the refundable deposit or having to have a major credit card on file. I feel bad for the staff that always get the guests opinions and most of the time they are not nice about it. I have stayed at this location with my pet and my teenage daughter and no matter what happens here the staff goes out of their way to make sure your stay is a good one. So I give this place five stars. A little more about it every time you go to rent a room anywhere it says in the fine print that extra fees may apply, always know that those fees are to protect the motel and the guests. If you are renting out anything that you own don't you apply a deposit in the event that your property gets damaged or destroyed. Well next time you feel like you need to get angry about the deposit. You should put yourself in the owners shoes. They are providing a safe clean place for you to stay, but they have to protect their belongings just as you do yours.

There's no more humanity these days. Currently having to stay in a hotel with my family until an apartment calls me back about a place to live. I went in to pay for a second night, I have the money for a second night... And I only had half of the ridiculous $100 deposit. Instead of letting me just pay maybe half the deposit, or working with me, they told me that I can't rent a room without the $300 for 1 night. The deposit they didn't ask me for the first night I was here. It's just the lady that owns it. Everyone else here is great. But the lady that runs it only cares about her money.
