Ficamos com uma família de amigos por quase uma semana. Solução muito agradável com os dois apartamentos que se tornaram comunicantes e terraço com vista para a Piazza Plebiscito. Bom equipamento básico com tudo que você precisa e troca de roupa. Muito útil é a presença da máquina de lavar com a possibilidade de relaxar no terraço. O anfitrião, Dino, uma presença atenciosa mas discreta (também nos fez encontrar uma pilha de 20 cêntimos, necessária para a utilização do elevador no quinto andar). Excelente localização para se locomover por Nápoles a pé ou de transporte público, mas também como base para outros destinos, como fizemos (Capri, Pompéia, Península Sorrento). Relação qualidade / preço muito boa. Estacionamento afiliado próximo a um preço fixo da diária, mas também encontramos o grande estacionamento municipal próximo, onde pagamos de acordo com as necessidades diárias, conveniente. Eu aconselho. Eu voltarei.

Estuvimos con una familia de amigos durante casi una semana. Solución muy agradable con los dos apartamentos que se convirtieron en comunicantes y terraza con vistas a Piazza Plebiscito. Buen equipamiento básico con todo lo necesario y cambio de sábanas. Muy útil es la presencia de la lavadora con posibilidad de pasar el rato en la terraza. El anfitrión, Dino, una presencia cariñosa pero discreta (también nos hizo buscar una pila de 20 centavos, necesaria para el uso del ascensor en el quinto piso). Excelente ubicación para moverse por Nápoles a pie o en transporte público, pero también como base para otros destinos, como lo hicimos nosotros (Capri, Pompeya, península de Sorrento). Muy buena relación calidad / precio. Estacionamiento con descuento cercano a un precio fijo diario, pero también encontramos conveniente el gran estacionamiento municipal cercano, donde pagamos de acuerdo con las necesidades diarias. Yo aconsejo. Vuelvo enseguida.

Estrutura localizada em excelente posição estratégica a poucos passos da Piazza del Plebiscito e da Via Toledo. Ideal para grupos de até oito pessoas ou para famílias grandes. Nice terraço comum com vista para Nápoles e Piazza del Plebiscito, onde você pode relaxar com um gazebo adjacente e churrasqueira. Bastante limpo e bem abastecido com todos os serviços. Se eu voltar para Nápoles, voltarei.

Structure located in an excellent strategic position a few steps from Piazza del Plebiscito and Via Toledo. Ideal for groups of up to eight people or for large families. Nice shared terrace overlooking Naples and Piazza del Plebiscito where you can relax with an adjoining gazebo and barbecue. Quite clean and well stocked with every service. If I come back to Naples I'll be back.
