All I can say is this place isn't worth the money that we paid... The carpet was dirty, not vacuumed, the top cover on the bed was stained horribly, there was a chair outside with I'm not sure what was on it. The staff was not friendly, the people that cleaned the rooms didn't speak English, so we couldn't communicate with them. The lady kept say " No English, Indian...." We were having breakfast and the employee came in and said "breakfast is over, wrap up it up now", The juices ran out, the only juice that didn't run out was the apple, water came out the others. The employee that came in, didn't know how to change the juice containers. There was a gentleman doing a waffle, he finished, there were other people waiting, I think they were going to do a waffle, as soon as the gentleman said he was finished, the employee grabbed up the waffle mix without asking if anyone else was going to make some for themselves. I can go on... But here are some pics of what we had to deal with...I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DAYS INN ON North Roan St, Johnson City Tennessee... If I could, I would give this no stars....

It's ok and it's clean with a great price for the night. Most of my night was a few friends and a party that lasted until daylight. Of course we were not loud and obnoxious and I always keep to myself most of the time but it's my birthday and I wanted to have some fun.

The prices are affordable. Cleanest of the hotels I have stayed at in the Johnson City Tn. The complimentary breakfast has a great selection including waffles and fruit.

Me and my woman enjoyed our stay at this hotel...our room was very well kept ,clean and the hotel was very quiet...they had breakfast in the morning and when we called for a late check out it was no issues...great place....

We have stayed here many times and usually have no issues with anything at all, but this time the room didn't look like it had been cleaned. We ended up cleaning it ourselves. The air conditioning wasn't working very well, we had it on 61 and it was still 76 in the room when we left. The shower head was broken and couldn't be adjusted at all. And the vending machine kept $3.75 of my money when I bought a bag of Cheetos. That's really not their fault, it just added to the bad experience. The last 4 or 5 visits would've been rated a 4 at the very least, because we had never had a bad experience with them, but if I could rate 0 stars this time I would.

This was the second time we stayed in the Best Western Johnson City Hotel & Conference Center. It's a very clean, updated hotel with friendly, efficient staff. There is an outdoor pool which we did not use but it looked clean and inviting. Free on-site breakfast is offered. The food was good and the woman who staffed the breakfast room was excellent. She kept everything clean and well-stocked. This was a challenge because it was a very busy holiday weekend. We had no serious problems. Our room had only one chair. Since there were two of us, a second chair would have been nice. We certainly liked this hotel enough to stay here again in the future and we would recommend it to family and friends.

We stayed here for 2 nights while I was interviewing for jobs since we are relocating to the area. The room was very nice and nice furniture, the only thing I saw wrong was a cobweb behind the door other than that the room was very clean. The hot breakfast was very good and such a variety!! The complimentary shampoo they give is NOT the ordinary cheap stuff but a name brand shampoo and conditioner in one, they also have make up remover wipes which I thought was a great touch as I have never seen that before. There were plenty of towels too!! At most hotels you get 2 towels but here we had 4 and they weren't the skimpy little ones and they didn't feel like John Wayne towels like most hotels do!! I would stay here again if I wasn't going to be living here but I would recommend this place to friends and family. The staff was very friendly and acted like they enjoyed working here that it was not just a job! Yes, it was under construction but that was fine. Don't listen to the other reviews this is a nice place
