O Hotel é ótimo. E o tratamento que recebi nestes 3 dias de estada me faz dizer que foi o melhor tratamento em hotel qie recebi em toda minha vida! Recomendo a todos. Tem café da manhã muito bom, bar na coberfura muito gostoso com piscina e restaurante no térreo. Muito bom mesmo!

Excellent location five minutes from bars restaurants, small pool but nice enough to cool off, and lovely Capri is a short sail away, and the Amalfi coast, another beautiful part of Italy 🇮🇹.

Cleaning staff seems to be overstretched or just doesn't care. Led by a management team without much more enthusiasm. Garbage not emptied, dirty glasses and dishes not cleared away from room. Ant problem for sure, and it was already known by staff. Overheard several guests with similar problems. Dated place in need of renovations. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Lovely hotel, nice rooftop pool and panoramic view, spacious rooms with natural lighting, great location, nice garden, and good breakfast. Staff were helpful for the most part.
I really enjoyed our stay, it was a good mix between a hotel and a resort as we had love music in the rooftop top one night, and lots of poolside amenities. If we go back to Sorrento, I'd definitely stay here again!

This hotel is located so perfectly in the central part of Sorrento! We were a few minutes away from all the action. We had a beautiful view from our balcony. We went up to the pool and it was clean and nice. They don’t have umbrellas so you have to play around and find a shady spot. We stayed here 5 nights and on the last night we went to a nearby grocery store and got a bunch of great platter food items and ate those on our balcony. The only downfall is that the fridge wasn’t very cold to keep your drinks cool. You can see the fire works from the hotel terasse. Breakfast was included and had a great variety! Este hotel está localizado perfeitamente na parte central de Sorrento! Estávamos a poucos minutos de toda a ação. Tivemos uma bela vista da nossa varanda. Fomos até a piscina e estava limpo e agradável. Eles não têm guarda-chuvas, então você tem que brincar e encontrar um local com sombra. Ficamos aqui 5 noites e na última noite fomos a um supermercado nas proximidades e recebemos um monte de ótimos itens de comida de prato e comemos aqueles na nossa varanda. A única desvantagem é que a geladeira não estava muito fria para manter suas bebidas frescas. Você pode ver os fogos de artifício do hotel terasse. O café da manhã estava incluído e tinha uma grande variedade!

What can we say but faultless. Staff were all so helpful and friendly. Food amazing. Location perfect. Pool on rooftop was lovely. Rooms clean and plenty of room. Trips could be organised from the hotel. Would defiantly visit agin. Thank you.

Very centrally located.So convenient for getting around, bus/train station 5 mins stroll.
Food is,for a 4 star by local standards average. As is the decor, very dated. That said, i would stay here again, fort it's location ,excellent staff and cleanliness

The receptionists here are all very kind and helpful with anything you need, even if it's not related to your stay at the hotel. The hotel itself is exactly what you would expect for a 4-star hotel, it was pretty good. Very centrally located and convenient for getting around.

Built in the sixties it has a wonderful old fashioned feel that took me back to childhood trips. It hasn't been messed with although it offers everything you need. Large room and balcony. Fridge. Proper shower cubicle although bathroom layout and aesthetics could be better. Our room was quiet although may be a problem if facing main road rather than garden.
Great location a few minutes walk from main square.
Breakfast nothing special.
We checked in early.

La ubicación es espectacular, a un paso del centro. Lo único, la cena del hotel deja que desear (además de que solo es hasta las 21.30), el desayuno podría ser más amplio y las paredes son de papel, las habitaciones comunican con la de al lado y se escucha absolutamente todo de la habitación de al lado y del pasillo. Lo único bueno la ubicación

Lo primero que te llama la atención al entrar en el Grand Hotel Cesare Augusto es un aroma vintage. Y lo digo como algo bueno. Tiene una estética retro, pero bien cuidada.No tiene tarjetas para acceder a las habitaciones, sino que mantienen la llave con ese llavero grande y pesado, que tienes que pedir al llegar y dejar al salir.Las habitaciones son grandes y están muy bien cuidadas. La nuestra tenía una pequeña terraza.El hotel cuenta con una piscina en la azotea. Y al fondo ves el Vesubio.El personal es amabilísimo. Entregas la llave del coche y te lo llevan al parking.Sí volvemos a Sorrento, repetiremos.

Tipo hotel viejo en muy buen estado. Grande, con habitaciones grandes, balcon. Muy bien mantenido y pintoresco. Un desayuno bastante bueno. A dos cuadras del centro de sorrento. Con Jardin y un rooftop con una vista increible, pileta y bar. Antiguo pero muy bueno.
