Went here with another family so in total it was 4 adults and 6 kids. Wasnt ideal being In the older part of the hotel with pushchairs as there was no lifts so had to carry buggies up to our rooms every time.
Food was okay, staff are great, pools/slides are great. We got the bus to the town for a couple days to get out the hotel as there is nothing nearby.
Overall decent holiday for the price. Dont worry about all the other negative reviews, it's nowhere near as bad as they make out.

Great hotel with friendly staff. Good water park at the hotel & excellent water play area for young children. All inclusive. Everything very clean & tidy. 5 minute walk down to the beach. At the front of the hotel is the main road where you can catch a bus into Chania. Takes about 45 minutes depending on the traffic & buses run every 15 minutes for about 3 euro each way. Hotel is very quiet & runs back from the road so no traffic noise. You can eat at the taverna 1 night per week which is booked at reception. Nice range of cocktails served from 6pm to midnight. No complaints at all. There are also several supermarkets within walking distance & a hotel shop selling cigarettes etc. Hotel also make ice cream available all day. A mix of UK, polish & Danish guests & only TUI use this hotel. Take your own pool towels although if you forget you can rent one from the hotel. A great holiday & good range of food & packed lunches can be ordered from reception if you are going out for the day except this is not available on the day you leave. About a 45 minute journey from the airport by TUI coach transfer.

Hi I have just returned from crispy Resort in Crete and I’m going to write A review. The hotel was Beautiful and the scenery was amazing. However on arrival the room we was presented with was supposed be a family room but all it was was three beds pushed together. The room had no air-conditioning instead they have put a dehumidifier in the room. With regards to the food it was catered totally for German Swedish and Polish. With regards to the entertainment there wasn’t any for the Whole week which is quite a shame when the children would like to have some fun at night.Now regards the food I’m not one to complain however Not any meal we had was hot on questioning the waiters they said every dish was kept to 65° C however that’s Not the fact because everything is lukewarm which is acceptable I was totally disappointed with the food and that Maybe the biggest disappointment of all aside of that the complex was brilliant

Really think that these negative reviews are of somewhere else!? Have spent a great week here, very clean, gorgeous food and really friendly staff. We hired a car for 3 days but know there is a good bus service. It's a short walk to the village nearby but as the beach is so close you have everything here.
