Amei! O hotel acaba de ser atualizado. Eu perguntei ao pessoal sobre as atualizações e eles disseram que tudo no hotel foi atualizado nos últimos 6 meses! O lobby era lindo e a equipe era acolhedora! O check-in foi muito fácil e quando cheguei ao meu quarto fiquei surpreso com o quão espaçosas as suítes eram! Eu tinha duas camas Queen e uma sala de estar com sofá e mesa de jantar para duas pessoas. Os travesseiros e edredom eram realmente macios e confortáveis! Dormi muito bem, o que normalmente não acontece quando estou fora de casa. De manhã, o buffet de café da manhã tinha ovos, biscoitos e molho, waffles e tudo mais que você poderia imaginar! Eu viajei a trabalho neste momento, mas eu certamente traria minha família de volta para ficar neste Comfort Suites em Allentown! Bom trabalho!

As camas eram muito confortáveis, mas o banheiro era um desastre. Grout no chão estava muito sujo. A banheira não drenava corretamente e o tampão de drenagem estava colocado na lateral da banheira. Funcionários foram muito simpáticos e prestativos. A comida no bar era excelente, mas parecia insuficiente. Garçonete foi muito agradável e fazendo o melhor que podia. Não tenho certeza se eles não estavam esperando uma multidão tão grande ou não.

Os quartos são muito agradáveis e espaçosos. O café é servido 24 horas e há uma piscina nova. Os funcionários da recepção são alguns dos mais amigáveis que conheci. Realmente gostei da minha estadia. A equipe foi atenciosa e falou quando você está saindo e voltando. Quarto era bom, limpo e camas confortáveis e um bom chuveiro e televisão. Depois de voltar para o nosso quarto naquela noite, nossos quartos ainda não foram limpos (o que não foi um grande problema). A equipe foi muito simpática e prestativa, o check-in e o check-out foram rápidos. A única reclamação que tenho é o café da manhã que não era muito bom, eu recomendo ir a um restaurante próximo para o café da manhã. Se você está apenas procurando um lugar para onde possa voltar e ter uma boa noite de sono, o Comfort Suites é uma escolha confiável.

Visitante pela primeira vez. A equipe foi cortês e útil. O check-in foi fácil. Teve café da manhã continental com uma variedade de alimentos. Tive um problema com o cartão do meu quarto e foi resolvido rapidamente. Piscina estava um pouco fria, mas caso contrário, se era bom. Becides o quarto sendo limpo e a equipe prestativa Eu não posso dar uma revisão arredondada do "lugar" como eles estão atualizando seus quartos. Dito isto, o café da manhã que eles oferecem está do lado muito pobre do mundo hoteleiro. Também permitir que atividades "questionáveis" continuem não é realmente pedir aos clientes que voltem.

First time visitor. Staff was courtious and helpful. Check in was easy. Had continental breakfast with a variety of foods. Had an issue with my room card and it was taken care of quickly. Pool was a little cold but otherwise if was nice. My sister had a issue in her room and was quickly to another room and they comped her 2 days for her inconvenience. I thought that was nice. Will Gladly recommend to others.

Room was fine, clean and comfortable beds and a nice shower and TV. After returning to our room that night, our rooms still weren't cleaned (which wasn't a big deal). Staff were pretty helpful and friendly, check in and check out was quick. The only complaint I'd have is the breakfast which was not very good, I'd recommend going to a nearby restaurant for breakfast. If you're just looking for a place you can comeback to and get a good night's sleep, Comfort Suites is a reliable choice.

Becides the room being clean and the staff helpful I can't give a rounded review of the "place" as they are currently updating their rooms. That being said the breakfast they offer is on the very poor side in the hotel world. Also allowing "questionable" activities to go on is not really asking customers to come back.

Really enjoyed my stay. The staff was attentive and spoke when you are leaving and returning. The room was extremely spacious with a quaint living space, although it was unused due to my schedule. Unfortunately while I stayed I didn't vist the pool or work out center. Even though the location is across the street from Dorney Park it was surprisingly relaxing and quit during the day and night. Overall this Hotel is great for family or like me great for business trips

We only stayed here for a short time but the service during our short stay was outstanding. Room was clean enough. Only gripe was the pull out sofa bed had a huge stain on it. Looked gross.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Decor needs updating. Construction in progress. We needed to cancel a room due to unexpected medical circumstance and night manager was not only accommodating but also compassionate, kind and caring. This was much appreciated!

The location was convenient if you're going North and surprisingly quiet for being across from an amusement park. Staff is friendly. The most memorable part of the room is the giant tub, which will apparently be replaced "in long-term" as the sign on the bathroom door states.

For the most part Hotel was fine. However room was a little bit dated and carpet looked old and dirty with some cigarette Burns. Also the couch was kind of worn, the material on the arm of it was cracked and worn out. Not exactly a first class Hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bar is nice enough. The bartender was friendly and food was good.

The rooms are very nice and spacious. Coffee is served 24 hours and there is a new pool. The front desk staff are some of the friendliest I have met. The quality of the breakfast wasn't great, but it was complimentary. The bathroom in our room was slightly dirty. I like that they are starting to incorporate eco-friendly practices.

Beds were very comfortable but bathroom was a disaster. Grout on floor was very dirty. Tub did not drain properly and drain plug was sitting on the side of the tub. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Food at the bar was great but seemed understaffed. Waitress was very nice and doing the best she could. Not sure if they were not expecting such a large crowd or not.

Found this hotel as a stop along our way through Pennsylvania. It was easy to get to off the highway. Parking was a little confusing as all the slots were marked permit only but the desk told us that is for when the water park across the street is open. Room was clean. Breakfast was wonderful- plenty to choose from- cereal, eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, yogurt and more. Staff was friendly and helpful at check in.

Loved it! The hotel has just been upgraded. I asked the staff about the upgrades and they said everything in the hotel has been upgraded in the last 6 months! The Lobby was beautiful and the staff was welcoming! Check in was really easy and when I got up to my room I was surprised at how spacious the suites were! I had two Queen beds and a living room area with a sofa and dining table for two. The pillows and comforter were really soft and comfortable! I slept really well which normally doesn't happen when I am away from home. In the morning the breakfast buffet had eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, and everything else you could think of! I traveled for work this time but I would definitely bring my family back to stay at this Comfort Suites in Allentown! Great Job!
