This is a party hotel not for business or families. Lots of pot and drugs. Some staff are good but those in charge do not care and don’t even pretend

Krystal has been very thorough with keeping us tidy and neat and that’s like coming home when we’ve been working 14hrs+ a day to get all the power restored after the tornado hit.
All the staff are very nice and considerate of your needs

In town on business, place was ok maintained, service was marginal. Maybe they were having a bag night. I would come back and give them another shot, and if I needed to come back again with the same service I would just have lower expectations. It's the most reasonable priced place. It's good if you just need to sleep and go. Some people were smoking pot, drinking in the parking area. It seemed sketchy. Again, maybe it's not always like this.

The cleanliness could definitely be improved, but it was better than the one I stayed in last week in Franklin, TN. The rooms are very dated, and the floors In the rooms are uneven. I noticed the same thing in my room in Franklin. The Coin-operated laundry has really old machines that made me nervous but they washed my clothes without damaging them, so I guess that’s about all you can ask. The whole place is just old and not very clean. The sheets on the bed were clean, though, and staff was very responsive when my key card didn’t work at first. I had an issue with my heater, as well, and they came over immediately to look at it. The lady at the front desk has been great- very friendly and helpful. I’ve been here two days, and my only other complaint is actually the “breakfast.” Both mornings I poked my head in there to see what they had, and there was coffee and a little basket of granola bars. And packets of instant oatmeal or grits- which personally I didn’t even consider because A) gross and B) I didn’t want to mess with preparing it. Oatmeal counts as breakfast, I guess, but grits have a very limited appeal, even in the south, at least as a breakfast item. I guess I should be happy they have anything at all, but if they are going to advertise it as breakfast, they really need to have more than granola bars. The one in Franklin at least had muffins. Some fruit or something would be nice, too, or cereal I don’t have to cook. But I feel they should call it a coffee and snack bar or something- not breakfast.

Every extended stay America that I have stayed at has been in serious need of an update. This one needs the maintenance crew to go through and make sure the TV and smoke detector are good. Also would of been nice to have a few more options for the grab n go breakfast like juice boxes or something. Not worth the $160 we spent for two nights.
