Great service, great location but the rooms were okayish. The biggest problem for us was the bed was too small for my tall husband (6ft/ 184cm). But still, the place is a great value for money.

The hotel staff were lovely and helpful. The included breakfast was really nice and convenient. Great location close to tram stations and minutes away from Rathaus (town hall). The room was nice and spacious, the only reason to give it four stars is it is quite hot in the summer, and maybe it would be nice to add a fan in the future at least for this season. Good experience!

A charming hotel with good service and friendly staff. Clean and quiet room, separate beds available. Spacious clean bathroom with a well-functioning shower. Good and varied breakfast. Perfect for a vacation in Vienna. Easy to explore Vienna on foot or by public transport. Tram 2 runs nearby. We recommend!

excellent hotel for the price. staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. breakfast is good (nothing fancy, but nothing to complain about) . very accessible to tram stations. rooms are a bit old but charming. overall, excellent for what you pay for.

Very nice old fashioned Hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast included and quite tasty. Indoor Lift is a magnificent piece of history. Never seen anything so nice and old fashioned. Hotel staff is very friendly and know Vienna quite good.
