Stayed there last night, woke up to something biting me and my significant other and his mother in the other bed. Ignored it woke up next morning with welts all over us . Not sure if it was bed bugs or fleas at the time didn’t know it was pet friendly . Probably should put people that don’t have dogs in a room that hasn’t had any animals in it . Very disappointed now I have to worry about transporting my luggage home and infesting my house !!!!! Something needs to be done!!!!

Very friendly and professional staff 5/5! The biggest selling point for me was the $35 pet fee (most places charge $50-$150+). Overall the rooms were clean 4/5. Biggest complaint was the noise. It was very easy to hear conversation/dogs barking in adjacent rooms. It didn’t concern me for only one night, however, it would be an issue if I would’ve been staying longer. Good location to attractions and shops in Pigeon Forge.

This hotel is conveniently located on the border of Sevierville and Pigeon Forge. Depending on your specific needs and preferences, prices could be considered a little high. Their pool isn't the biggest, but it's definitely bigger than a number of other comparable hotels in the area. In addition to a small gym and laundry facilities, there are also a number of nice areas around the building to sit down and get some fresh air. The entire facility (including the 3 different rooms I've stayed in) is very clean and well maintained. Every member of the staff has always been professional, polite, helpful, and friendly. I would use two words to describe their breakfast selection: thorough and high-quality. It is available to guests from 6am-10am, 7 days a week and the main courses are different every day. A fully stocked self-serve coffee bar is available 24/7 and I personally find it delicious. The free wifi speeds are acceptable for streaming video and browsing the web, but I had to sign back in every time I went off site to go exploring. I have no problem recommending this hotel to anyone who doesn't mind paying a little extra, because you definitely get what you pay for in this case.
