So far my stay has not been up to par. When we first pulled up to the property the grass was almost to my knees. It looked like an abandoned hotel. I checked in and was immediately told there was no room cleaning or breakfast service the last thing we were told was the pool was open. So my family goes to the pool the water level is spilling out to the courtyard and the pool deck was filthy with leaves a patron said we shouldn’t let our daughter swim without the chlorine being checked. We asked the front desk person who was hesitant and said we check twice a day. The hall and outdoor trash was also overflowing I only stayed here for the outdoor pool and local but would rather stayed elsewhere but don’t want to move my family from place to place. We even inquired about upgrading to a larger room because the door in our room between the bedroom and living area doesn’t close all the way. I have photos of grounds and room but no where to update we will be making a complaint to the staff manager on site too. I mean there was a patron actually raking leaves by the grills that by the way had a can of propane on the pavement. Second worse Homewood Suites stay should have stuck to Embassy Suites. Won’t recommend anyone stay here.

This was a very nice hotel. Staff were very welcoming and sweet and the breakfast was always fresh delicious. My only complaint is that the rooms are a bit dated and the noise levels were unbelievable. One night it sounded like someone above us was throwing heavy things off the bed and fighting from midnight to 2AM. However, after a call to the front desk the noise got much more manageable. But I feel like the whole time we were there we could hear every step out upstairs neighbor would take and the TV and music from the neighbors beside of us. If you don’t mind noisy accommodations then you won’t have any issues here.
