Could not have found a better stay for the price and location in Uptown Charlotte.. Perfectly nestled beside the Spectrum Center and has all the amenities one could want.. The staff was friendly and professional at all times.. the morning buffet was the best I have eaten at a hotel.. Great tasting and lots of options for all.. Cant wait to return for our next visit in the Queen City..24 hour Market was nice, as was the valet parking option.. I DO NOT think there is any other hotel parking.. Parking lot across the street is less and very easily accessible for those choosing not to use valet

We have stayed here several times, most recently for two different weekends in October 2021. On our first October trip this year, we booked well in advance for the Mercy Me concert.On this visit, we met Ron Shuler at the front desk, and his attentiveness and interest in our needs really amazed us. Finding such compassion in frontline workers since the pandemic hit is truly a treasure. Ron shared his vested interest in the overall comfort and contentment to not only us, but to other guests checking in. He also showed a genuine ease with guests who were staying long-term. Because of Ron’s warm personality, when we booked our next trip to Charlotte two weeks later, hands down, we booked at Hyatt House again. In addition to Ron’s reception as the first line of hotel greeting, the overall hotel amenities are great. Not a big posh “Who’s Who”atmosphere. Perfectly located next to the Spectrum Center. Less than a half-mile walking distance to Trade/Tryon. Too many restaurants to mention. Parking across the street for $10/day I think. Daily warm breakfast (included) in a buffet style. **Could use more vegan options for sure. And decaf coffee at the breakfast area. Charlotte is an obvious city change from our Boone mountain log home, but we love being able to visit frequently and embrace the differences. North Carolina is amazing.

Estar localizado próximo ao Spectrum Center foi ótimo, já que estávamos lá para um show. O quarto era limpo e a cama confortável, mas eu não gostei do custo de US $ 30 para o estacionamento com manobrista do hotel. Agora sei que o estacionamento noturno do outro lado da rua é permitido por $ 15. O café-da-manhã de cortesia inclui uma ótima variedade de itens e muito saboroso. Para o custo e localização, eu diria que é uma boa escolha.

Being located adjacent to the Spectrum Center was great since we were there for a concert. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, but I didn't like the $30 valet parking cost for the hotel. I now know that overnight parking across the street is allowed for $15. The complimentary breakfast included a nice variety of items and was tasty. For the cost and location I would say its a good choice.

Um bom hotel - todos os funcionários foram simpáticos e acolhedores. Nós apreciamos a nossa estadia aqui. É perto de muitos dos pontos turísticos de Charlotte. Nós estávamos lá para o jogo de futebol dos Panteras / Vikings e fomos capazes de ir a pé para o jogo. Nossa suíte era de um bom tamanho com um banheiro de bom tamanho - refrigerador completo e cozinha. Funcionou muito bem para nós. Apenas uma observação - o serviço de quarto funciona apenas a cada 4 dias. Isso pode demorar um pouco - 3 dias pode ser melhor.

A nice hotel - all employees were friendly and accomodating. We enjoyed our stay here. It is close to many of the sights in Charlotte.
We were there for the Panthers/Vikings football game and we were able to walk to the game. Our suite was a nice size with a good size bathroom - full refrigerator and kitchen. Worked great for us. Just a note - room service is every 4 days only. This might be a little long - 3 days might be better.

King Studio room. Bed was super comfortable. View at night and the next morning was beautiful. Front desk clerk was super helpful when checking in. Breakfast spread was good and simple. Will definitely stay again when we return to the area.

Good service, clean facilities, valet parking 30dlls, beautiful view from the room, very nice room and the pool has a very beautiful view only that it is very small.Buen servicio, instalaciones limpias, valet parking 30dlls, hermosa vista desde el cuarto, muy lindo cuarto y la alberca tiene muy bella vista solo que es muy pequeña.
