I absolutely can’t speak highly enough about the service that I received from Steven and Emma during my recent check in. I had made a mistake with my booking and they were extremely kind, generous and patient with me while I tried to figure things out. Steven went above and beyond to assist me with resolving my error and I am truly grateful to him and this wonderful Brentwood team. While the hotel is great, it is this team that made my experience truly memorable. You won’t find better service anywhere and I will always chose this hotel when staying in the Nashville area. Thank you again!

Our stay at this hotel was nice. However, it would have been nice if the pool was inside the building. It was super hot arriving there and rainy the next day. So we didn't get any use of the pool, at all.

Woman working the front desk was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the key machine was not working on arrival, so we had to wait two hours to get keys. We were initially walked to the wrong room and had to change. Rooms are getting pretty worn and are not what is expected for the current rates. Probably won't return.

07-23-21 to 07-25-21: If the actual hotel was lacking in any department, it more than compensated for it through EXCELLENT customer service! On this last of 3 excursions that I have been on recently, the service provided by David has been the most refreshing. He treats each customer like family. Breakfast was great and the rest of the staff was pleasant.

This is indeed a very good place to stay when you are in Nashville, and you want to stay away from downtown. The location is near everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The staff is fantastic. A special shout out to David at the front desk who has fantastic customer service skills. Oddly enough there were no charging stations in the room. However, there were plenty of places to plug in.
